  1. http://www.deadline.com/2011/06/glee-hires-first-writing-staff-allison-adler-tapped-as-co-ep-marti-noxon-to-consult/ Good news! The show is finally going to add more writers instead of Murphy, Brennan and Falchuk doing all the episodes. Murphy and Falchuk also direct/produce and that's just too much. Hopefully Season 3 will be more consistent and better.
  2. If you like gothic/suspenseful music, you must watch Friday's US Y&R episode. Since I never heard it before on Y&R, I think it's newly created material for the Atkinson Family. It went really well with the setting too. Some of it reminded me a bit of Sunset Beach's Terror Island. I couldn't help but smile throughout the Winters/Atkinson scenes just listening to the music. LOL
  3. How did Roger not win the first set? Are you kidding me?? Out of all the matches against Nadal at the French, that was his best. Then in the 4th set, after winning the 3rd set, he's up Triple-break in the first game and he loses that game? So many missed opportunities.
  4. The streak is over!!!!! And good thing the match today didn't go to a 5th set because I was not going to wake up at 7am to watch it. LOL It's amazing that Federer, whose career is on the downside, was the one who ended the "Joker's" streak. Yay to another Nadal vs Federer Grandslam final.
  5. “REVENGE” Wealth, beauty and status define the people in this town, but one woman is willing to destroy everyone for the sake of revenge. Emily Thorne (Emily Van Camp) is new to the Hamptons. She’s met some of her wealthy neighbors, has made a few new friends and seemingly blends into the town. But something is a little odd about a young girl living in a wealthy town all on her own, and the truth is that Emily isn’t exactly new to the neighborhood. In fact, this was once her old neighborhood, until something bad happened that ruined her family and their reputation. Now Emily is back, and she’s returned to right some of those wrongs in the best way she knows how – with a vengeance. “Revenge” stars Madeleine Stowe (“We Were Soldiers,” “The Last of the Mohicans”) as Victoria Grayson, Emily Van Camp (“Brothers & Sisters,” “Everwood”) as Emily Thorne, Gabriel Mann (“The Bourne Identity”) as Nolan Ross, Henry Czerny (“Mission: Impossible,” “Clear and Present Danger”) as Conrad Grayson, Ashley Madekwe (“Secret Diary of a Call Girl”) as Ashley Davenport, Nick Wechsler (“Roswell”) as Jack Porter, Josh Bowman (“Prowl”) as Daniel Grayson, Christa B. Allen (“13 Going on 30”) as Charlotte Grayson and Connor Paolo (“Gossip Girl”) as Declan Porter. “Revenge” is written and executive-produced by Mike Kelley (“Swingtown”), along with executive producers Marty Bowen and Wyck Godfrey (“Twilight”). The pilot is directed and executive-produced by Phillip Noyce (“Salt”). “Revenge” is produced by ABC Studios.

  7. I like it better than "B.T.W" but not enough to put it on my ipod. So far, I've been underwhelmed by the first two singles.

  10. My mind is running wild if you can imagine!
  11. Thanks for the link, Sindacco. Like I said before, DBN is such a bad composer. My God, those are so bad. LOL BTW, Stefano's theme will always be that short music cue, I think it's the Phoenix cue.....it's at 1:48 of this clip: <iframe title="YouTube video player" width="480" height="390" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/fI21NDG8Yfc" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
  12. Yikes! First week sales: 276,000. Way down from Circus' 505,000. Just downloaded Femme Fetale today - will give my reviews later. New Video: <iframe title="YouTube video player" width="640" height="390" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/qzU9OrZlKb8" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
  13. I really liked "How to Save a Life" because it's a song associate with the show and it was used in a big scene. Glad Callie or the baby didn't die. Also loved Meredith's scene in the elevator.
  14. When the last scene of the episode has someone driving, you know something is going to happen - I was yelling, "Put on the seatbelt! Put on the seatbelt!!" LOL I hope the baby doesn't die.
  15. Not too many funny lines anymore. I used to type out a lot more. Episode 2.16: "Original Song" Sister Mary Constance: For a nun, I’m pretty liberal. But…..I’m barely a nun. In fact, I just joined because I needed a place to live. The Convent is the one place I knew where I could stay off the pole but my questions is this, that Dalton Academy, is it a gay school or is it just a school that appears to be gay? Episode 2.15: "Sexy" Holly: And Brittany, you think that storks bring babies? Brittany: I get my information from Woody Woodpecker cartoons. Episode 2.14: "Blame It on the Alcohol" Burt: I don’t know what two guys do when they’re together. You know, I sat through that whole ‘Brokeback Mountain’ – from what I’ve gathered, something went down in the tent. Principal Figgens: And now performing the hit single ‘Tik’ and also ‘Tok’ by rapper ‘Ke’ dollar sign ‘Ha,’ the New Directions. Episode 2.13: "Comeback" Sam: My dad always said there are two ways to get a woman to love you – take her hunting and rock-n-roll. I knew what I had to do. I mean who’s more rock-n-roll than Justin Bieber? No one. That’s who. Brittany: Most teachers think by cutting class I can improve my grades. Episode 2.12: "Silly Love Songs" Tina: Five minutes ago you said Mr. Shu belonged in a 12-step program. Will: Wait, what? Santana: You’re addicted to vests. Sanata: I’ve had mono so many times it turned into stereo. Puck: What is this place? Lauren: It’s a library. Episode 2.11: "The Sue Sylvester Shuffle" Azimio: If I have to stay, I’m not singing no show tunes - that is the music of my oppressor.
  16. Not bad, but it does sound like a Key-Dollar Sign-Ha song, especially the 'oooohh...ooooh....ohh....ohhh' and the stuttering. I prefer Dr.Luke's pop/pop rock sound than is electro/dance sound. I was hoping to see Dr.Luke produce more pop for Britney electro/dance. I hate when great songs are on the deluxe because it means the won't get released as singles. Like on the Circus album, "Quicksand" and "Trouble" are such awesome songs.
  17. Not everyone can go on singing shows. I think using Youtube is a great way of being discovered. I like watching some of those amateur videos (ie. DaveDays, Kurt Schneider's crew, Boyce Avenue, etc).
  18. Those were my favorite parts too, especially how the wedding gown rises. I also liked the monitors showing her past videos. I thought the video was too fast from the constant cutting.
  19. LOL!! That was pretty good until the Vogue the part at the end.
  20. I guess I'm the only one who doesn't really care what artists say or do - just as long as they don't commit harsh crimes and like murder or rape. So if Gaga or Kanye, or whoever, wants to announce that they're the best ever, or wear strange outfits, go right ahead. It doesn't affect my judgement on the actual song.
  21. TRIPLED?!
  22. On "The Fame" I like: - "Just Dance" - "LoveGame" - "Paparazzi" - "Eh, Eh (Nothing Else I Can Say)" - "Poker Face" - "Brown Eyes" - "Starstruck" - "Paper Gangsta" - "Disco Heaven" - "Retro, Dance, Freak" On "The Fame Monster" I like: - "Bad Romance" - "Alejandro" - "Monster" - "Speechless" - "Dance in the Dark" - "Telephone" - "So Happy I Could Die"
  23. On the first listen, the song is okay. I hear "Express Yourself" too but I don't mind that. I also hear "When Love Takes Over" by David Guetta ft. Kelly Rowland. Not a fan of those songs.
  24. My least favorite Grandslam mainly because I never get the chance to watch it. If there's no Federer vs Nadal, I probably won't even try to watch the final . There's just no new crop of up and coming players that's worth watching.
  25. After the first hearing....I just like it, not love it. The best part is the chorus (“If I said my heart was beating loud / If we could escape the crowd somehow / If I said I want your body now / Would you hold it against me?/ Cause you feel like paradise/ And I need a vacation tonight / If I said I want your body now / Would you hold it against me?). But I have a feeling it won't play well on radio. It's not catchy enough (the verses) and it's too techno-y.
