I'm a rom-com fan but I did not expect that for this show, so I was put off a bit by that preview. I thought it would have the same tone as the other two Berlanti comic shows (Flash and Arrow). Instead, if feels like Berlanit's "No Ordinary Family" that aired on ABC years ago. I do like Melissa Benoist though.

Even though Bad Blood isn't one of my favourites from the album, I can't wait for the music video. Joseph Kahn is a great director and some of Taylor's friends are in it. The video will premiere at the Billboard Music Awards. Of course Taylor's character has "cat" in it. Here's the posters for Lily Aldridge and Zendaya: Good luck!! Taylor puts on a good show. I'm avoiding all the clips that are being posted - I want to be spoiler free. LOL I'm going to two shows.

Glad to see CBS doing something out of their comfort zone. I'm sure if it doesn't get ratings on CBS, Warner Bros. will move it to the CW. Since it's being produced by Greg Berlanti, I wonder if the show will be set in the same universe as The Flash/Arrow and we'll get crossovers.

Grey's Anatomy: Discussion Thread
She was on Parenthood and got a lot of emotional scenes. She's a pretty good young actress. I think we'll be seeing more of her in the future. I love that they chose 'Chasing Cars' - a song that has history with the show. That was a good nod for long time viewers from the beginning. I liked her too. I bet she joins the show next season. Meh, it's the NY Post. Can't take them too seriously. Plus, they didn't give details.

Grey's Anatomy: Discussion Thread
I believe PD signed a "two year" contract that began this season, but he didn't air that much this season. He probably just agreed to come back for one and the "two years" was a ruse so people wouldn't guess Derek would die this season. I had a bad feeling at the end of last episode but once I saw that Shonda was credited as the episode writer, that it would be a big episode, and that Derek would die. Poor Meredith. So much death in her family. I'm not a MerDer shipper but I liked them. Next week's ep looks even sadder with everyone finding out.

Yeah, it's true. So I guess the break up will happen in 4-5 months. LOL Man, that guy moves fast. He broke up with his girlfriend days before the Brit Awards and that's when he was first seen with Taylor. Then a month a later, they make it official. Kind of disappointed that Taylor decided to go public with him already, a guy who moved on from his girlfriend so quickly. After two years of no public relationships, all of this unfolds in a span of 4 weeks? That raises my eyebrow.

Me too! I love behind-the-scenes! One of my many Taylor-Swift-dreams is to watch her write/record a song in the studio. LOL I wish Taylor did more videos like this one for her song 'Change'. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DfnGwGw9Yn8 LOL I didn't notice we were on page 13 until you mentioned it. 'This Love' is just so good - love the lyrics. During the 1989 Secret Sessions, people said Taylor showed them a video of soldiers returning home that was set to 'This Love.'

Lyrically, it's not that great, but I love the 80's music production, especially the keyboards, and it's so upbeat and joyful. I love this song, it's in my top 5. It wasn't at first but it grew on me a lot. I also love the 80's music production for IWYW - it's also in my top 5. I shout the chorus. LOL Bad Blood is in the bottom quarter for me. There's a rumour in might be the next single and Kanye's going to be in the remix. I like HYGTG but I have it dead last. It's seriously in your top 2? Wow. LOL Wildest Dreams is in the third tier (bottom half) for me. Both of these songs grew on me, though I like This Love more. Like I said before, Clean is the best written song on the album. I hope it's released as a single too because I think this song gives Taylor the best chance to actually win a Grammy instead of just being nominated. Have you read Imogen Heap's blog about writing this song with Taylor? http://imogenheap.com/home.php?article=1321 I like YAIL the best out of bonus tracks. I really wish the voice memos were longer. I thought it was interesting that she has the melodies in her head and just hums it while trying to figure out the lyrics. I wanted to hear more about her writing process. She's talked before how she sometimes goes off to a corner, whenever she has people around her, to talk/hum into her phone. I'm glad you liked the album! Let me know what your thoughts are on Speak Now if you ever get it.

Saturday Night Live: Discussion Thread
I still watch it every week and love the show. I don't agree with people who say "it's not as good as before" because every generation says that about the new generation. SNL is always going to have funny sketches and not so funny sketches. Also, the show still churns out stars with every new group. Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones just got a huge boost when they were cast in the Ghostbusters movie. I think Taren Killum, Cecily Strong, Pete Davidson, Jay Pharoah have potential outside of SNL too.

If that ever happens, I think it's going to be a slow process (which I think is on going right now). I'm very much enjoying their "glass closeting". Of course I might be seeing what I want to see...but a lot of people are seeing it too. LOL Oh and that "alleged kiss" never happened (unfortunately). It was some stupid girl who posted a frame of a video (from The 1975 concert on December 4th) that made it look like a kiss and then the stupid press ran with it without checking if it was true or not. It's known as "Kissgate". LOL You should check out these Kaylor videos, they're some of my favourites. The 13 min one is more detailed and has all their big moments up until December 9th. And I think you said you liked Taylor's cover of Riptide.

Are you a shipper? Do you know about their trip to Big Sur last March, or their hand-holding at various places, their closeness at the AMAs and Victoria Secret Fashion Show, or the stuff that happened at The 1975 concert in early December? I'm a huge shipper of them. LOL Khan, do not crush my dream!

Karlie Kloss and Taylor aka "Kaylor" on the cover of Vogue! like how Yahoo put it: ".....taking their already questionably close friendship to the next level." LOL This is a huge step for them. "Unstoppable, Inseparable, Adorable" Wow, what a great day! Style video and Kaylor Vogue cover/photoshoot in one day. Pictures inside: They're so cute together. I love their chemistry - it's unlike any with her other friends.

It's been released on Much Music's website in Canada: http://blog.muchmusic.com/video-premiere-watch-taylor-swifts-brand-new-music-video-for-style/ Not sure if it will work outside of Canada. Thoughts after 2 viewings: I like the imagery, cool effects and "artsy" factor of it though I don't really understand the video. LOL It's definitely not as fun as the Blank Space and Shake It Off videos. I could've done without the nod to Harry Style's paper plane necklace (which is also referenced in Out of the Woods). She looks great though! I rank it third behind Blank Space (1) and SIO (2). I can't see Style getting more hits than those two videos. Director of the video is Kyle Newman. He is Jaime King's husband and is mostly known for directing the movie Fan Boy, and for co-directing Lana Del Ray's "Summertime Sadness" video. I liked Target's 1989 commercial that used Style - I think the majority of fans would've liked this more, if the video was about clothes and NYC.

Here's a link: Taylor Swift Gave A Fan Breakup Advice And A “Moving On” Playlist I'm going to check out that playlist. I always like to check out artists, that I haven't heard of, whenever she mentions them. I started listening to Haim because they're hanging out with Taylor now, and I actually like some of their songs ("If I Could Change Your Mind" is my favourite).
