  1. GH "spoilers" are the worst. They pretty much say nothing.
  2. It's another WEEK before Sharon and Noah are ambushed??? Not only are they dragging this out, but all of these people are so frickin dumb that I have no words.
  3. Agreed. I didn't see either of them as 21. I didn't see them as close to getting their college degrees, but here we are. Donnell drinking alone at the Uptown bar was just weird.
  4. Are we even sure Gina Tognoni is interested in returning to daytime or anywhere else? She doesn't have a single acting credit since she left Y&R in 2019.
  5. Same. I think the entire timeline for their story is a little wonky. For a long time, it felt like Hayley was friends with Naomi for a good length of time when they were younger, and then got with Bill. But we've since been told she's had multiple men, marriages, and marks, so it's kind of awkward to me. Even in her fake sweet Hayley persona, what about that made Naomi want to be closer friends with her? And how did she and the others miss all the signs that Hayley was moving on Bill?
  6. No doubt. I'd bet money that JJ told them what his hair and look would be, and that he wouldn't shower for his entire run.
  7. Yep. And the Lauren stuff is bound to be filler. In short order, Phyllis will lose the company and Lauren will disappear again. It's another two-week Josh Griffith arc. It also sickens me to hear Lauren talk about Phyllis as someone who worked so hard to get where she is and as someone who's reached her dreams. SHE STOLE THE COMPANY. SHE DID NOTHING TO EARN A DAMN THING.
  8. Agreed. This sets problem isn't getting any better. The back and forth between that coffee shop and Uptown is too much. And opening up that Airport Mall Coffee Shop Atrium by adding some depth to the back wall isn't much of an answer, either. Where are characters going when they leave through that exit? 😂
  9. It killed me because she didn't make her way to the cream and sugar table. She just hurriedly walked past the main counter and kept going. Is there a section of Crimson Lights we've never seen? 😂 😆 😂 😂 😆 😂 Hilarious! SC has been on a roll for some acting that looks like experimental theater at the home. I guess it fits today's episode where everyone seems to have taken stupid pills. I'm used to dumb on the soaps, but rarely is there this much in one episode.
  10. Just watched the most recent episode of Your Friends and Neighbors, the Jon Hamm series. Daniel Cosgrove had a cameo at the end that lasted 5 seconds. At most.
  11. Again, I agree with you completely. The Pitt handled this realistically without getting into the weeds of the lawsuit. Here we get Madison's mother's blog -- HER BLOG -- that precipitates a lawsuit. Madison goes into absolute spiral, followed by Chelsea freaking out that it will impact her own company. Are you kidding me? It's just an unforced error, and I don't get it. It'll be another unforced error if they go the memory loss route. I'm thinking it HAS to be caretaker overload because I can't believe the writers would be so stupid. But then I see dumb writing such as with Madison's lawsuit -- and Bill telling her to settle -- and I have my doubts.
  12. Worst Use Of An Extra Where is this woman going in Crimson Lights? 🤣 She just kept walking.
  13. -- I'm eternally amazed that Frank loves James Patrick Stuart so much but can't see that Valentin is written as a whiny stage 5 clinger. -- Nice re-intro for Ethan today. No idea if they'll give the character decent writing, but Nathan Dean is a solid actor who has an easy chemistry with his screen partners. -- Laugh Of The Day was definitely Carly chopping ingredients for that salad. -- Not realistic at all to me that Lucas wouldn't press for the name of Carly's love interest. Just not believable. -- Laura having the authority to approve a new flight path for Sidwell is hilarious.
  14. Yep. Really meh. -- The Nicole/Vanessa flashback was a good idea, but it didn't amount to more than a novelty scene. Nothing in that conversation led me to understand this deep friendship they have. Their outfits were more interesting than the dialogue. -- I'm hoping the Vernon memory crisis is just a "caretakers need to take care of themselves" kind of thing. This show cannot seriously be entertaining another serious illness after Anita's. -- Dani is still under Bill's spell, and it's sickening. She deserves everything she gets if she fumbles it with Andre to get back with a serial cheater who stole so much from her for years. -- Dani needs to check her contract with Tatum. I don't think models can wear or carry anything that isn't approved of by the designer. Just saying "I'm going to carry a ChelseaKat purse" wouldn't work anywhere in the real world. -- Why are Jacob and Naomi meeting again??? -- I wish the Madison lawsuit was more reasonable and not something that is so ridiculously frivolous. It just sounds like something that a judge would throw out immediately. Madison mentioned all the paperwork and time involved, but her lawyers would handle all of that.
  15. Fully agree. This is absolutely insane, and it's a horrible idea. If this isn't a fakeout, this writing team has lost their minds.
  16. Are you saying his two nominations and Emmy win at GH are proof the show used him correctly? Because they didn't. He's an actor. A really good actor who turned in some great performances at GH -- and we all know the daytime Emmys celebrate specific and even isolated performances. Over the years, writers worked way too hard to keep the character around, making Cyrus a chameleon who made no sense. It's typical GH, keeping a villain long past the expiration date. Then by the time the character is on his or her way out the door, we're too exhausted to even care.
  17. Boy, did you nail it about Jeff Kober. His work in The Pitt has been spectacular, and it makes me want to apologize for every negative thing I've said about him as Cyrus. GH failed him so badly it's unbelievable. They hit the lottery and had no idea what to do with it. It's one of the biggest botches in years.
  18. So Adam is as dumb as Nick. Got it.
  19. I agree. I thought KA and DC were good together. Agree with both of you. I think Frank worries a bit too much about sets while these actors....well, someone needs to pay more attention to them. KT looks particularly disheveled, and I'm being kind. And that baseball set? We could have done without that, especially since it didn't look authentic.
  20. Barbara Bush is the perfect callout. You're right that his weight might not be his fault. I don't want him to get the MEK Ozempic look, but 20 lbs. would do wonders. Still, he'd remain an awful choice to pair with Laura, whose character needs a major rehab. That's what I mean. The way they're writing Laura, a Sidwell pairing isn't that far-fetched.
  21. Could anyone be worse at this undercover stuff that Jacob? I can't believe the writing for him, or the way they're playing out this plasma story. He's had more sex with Naomi since going undercover than in the entire year before that. I loved that too much. Perfect putdown.
  22. Daniel Cosgrove does look awful, overweight and bloated. I was going to mention it earlier, but I was afraid the knives would come out. The fact is that he was a strikingly good-looking leading man back in the day, and we are now far, far from that. And yeah, pairing him with Laura is bizarre, because he's barely shown an ounce of decency since arriving. If they do this, it'll just be more evidence that Laura has lost her mind. Maybe she should join the mob full-time.
  23. You'd think, but then again, does any "good" character on the soaps spend as much time sucking up to and defending criminals as Laura? She's complicit in so much Port Charles crime that I can't stop laughing 😂
  24. It's so bad. 😂 Sometimes I feel like they're dimming the lighting to hide how awful it is. It doesn't help that Joey is "balancing the books" as he sits at the gaming table in front of a lot of journals and spreadsheets. Doesn't every mob boss function that way? I guess Joey doesn't worry about a paper trail.
  25. -- Vanessa's meltdown was bad enough, but then we got Chelsea's spiral, which seemed to be completely over-the-top. This ridiculous lawsuit -- one that doesn't sound legit on any level -- can hurt ChelseaKat? Come on. -- Vanessa can keep mentioning Doug until the cows come home. None of it makes me believe she cares about him or ever cared. -- And here goes Lauren Buglioli with that hitch in her voice again to show she's emotional. -- So Joey gets major props from Vanessa for "caring about her friendships with other women." The bar is really low. -- Martin's security detail is hilarious. Having the guy stay THISCLOSE to Martin is hilarious. -- Randy AGAIN meeting Hayley at Uptown, the highest profile place in town? They are such dumb criminals. -- Meanwhile, Jacob gets a new hangout, this one all wood instead of all brick. I mean, what the actual hell? 😂 But at least we had Jacob using ANOTHER variation of his street accent. 🤣 -- I was happy to see Nicole spitting today -- first at Hayley, then at trash Vanessa, and even at Lia about bringing in corrupt cop Marcel on the hacking case. -- To me, that Marcel move makes Lia another dumb criminal in town. And I kind of love it that wardrobe puts her in the most boring, ugly pantsuits from Chico's.
