Tbh JPL‘s Phillip has been written as campy ever since he was on Days mid 2010‘s. That’s why i prefer Jay in that role. He can play both. Serious and campy. JPL‘s take feels like Rex from OLTL with an Uber ego who lost his direction

Thank you so much for your hard work. Abe got 50 episodes this year. Loving it. The elderly cast still appearing that much is appericiated. Just 2 episodes for Galen/Rafe… wow

Just 4 episodes with Josslyn? Felt much more lol i love Cynthia but the less of her character the better

I’m not black myself but a few black actresses and actors are on my top 10 lists and it’s hard to see so many get wasted. BUT everytime I watched GH and their black characters I have to say that the actors are doing the best they can with the material given. But it always felt forced and like on Y&R - Winters Wednesdays or Tuesdays. I don’t know what it is but it ain’t flowing as natural compared to the other parts of the show which is such a shame. I do blame some fans for it too. They have really tried with Curtis etc. But the fans won’t even give them a chance.

Day of Days 2024 was amazing. There were a few bumps and started a bit of a mess for some lol But they were really trying their best. I just hope they work something out if they do it again at the peacock theatre/ La Live. I didn’t got to all stations but was lucky enough to meet over half of them on them. Station 4 and 1 kinda got screwed over. Station 1 in the morning round and station 4 in the last round. But overall they were doing their best and even reacted to the things that went wrong in the morning sessions. I got to meet my legendary favorites Susan/Julie and Deidre/Marlena! That was all I wanted lol Gosh Susan is the kindest human being alive even under pressure to push the lines so everyone can come up. and Deidre signed my collectors book with the picture of Wayne and her as Roman and Marlena on their honeymoon. She smiled about the good old days. I love John and Marlena and always will but since I started the 1983 to 1984 episodes I really adored Roman and Marlena a bit more! I told John Paul L. (Phillip) that I loved him on OLTL but that he’s not my Phillip. I liked the other one better. Brandon and Martha were amazing! They really look like they could be married irl. Martha gets so much hate because people are still hung up on KS as Belle. I told her that I got to meet both belles now and that she is my favorite. She replied that I don’t have to choose and that I can switch channels if I wanted to see either one of them coz of KS being on GH! Abigail (Stephanie) has such positive energy. Robert (Alex/Ben) got completely blocked by an elderly women in front of me. He tried to be on every picture with Deidre and the fans but that one elderly women didn’t even say hi to him and wanted that picture with her on her own and went straight to the next cast member instead of him. lol Not a favorite i assume. I didn’t got a chance to meet Ashley and Leo but Ashley was on the side of the stage near the end and making pictures with two lady’s and I took my chance and went over. Was able to ger a good picture with her. Wally was definitely sick. He looked very ill but still tried to be as nice as possibly. Poor guy had to be at a gig with the day players after this. I didn’t got a chance to meet BB (Stefan) coz he had to leave for that gig already. And I didn’t got to meet Eric (Brady) coz he went to lunch. I got screwed twice in my stations lol I never comment on anybody’s body but Paulina (forgot the actress name) looked absolutely fabulous and seemed like she lost a a lot of weight and I couldn’t believe how skinny she was. She looked so stunning

I do get the feeling that a lot of people felt that same way and that’s why that story was popular. But Jack’s redemption arc was one of the best Days ever had. He worked for it to be worthy for Jennifer

Earth: Final Conflict! like I said before it wasn’t that I really liked them. It was just the way some storylines ended with them. April’s character suffered from MTW’s exit as Mike. I remember that I did enjoyed the Mike/April storyline with the sick Nick thrown in to give them a hard time but in the end it was all for nothing. It was such a waste of time to root for them. Emilio seemed like a Pete Jannings rip off. But he did had some good jokes. But his singing, dancing stuff was a bit too cringey here and there. He was likeable but for me he suffered because he was thrown into my favorite couple Jack/Jennifer and that’s why I had to hate him lol Someone brought up the Melissa and Emilio storyline which I completely blocked out. It came back to me and with that storyline his character became so odd. It was so out of character and a such a character elimination. Hated that.

Guza AND Ron at the same team? Ok now I’m worried lol cant wait to see how their ideas will mash and if Ron suggests any DID story’s at the table to his co-team or baby switches lol

Spinelli finding the dead Georgie on GH in 2007! That freaked me out and I cried for hours. That whole Text message killer story had so many frightening scenes that scared me and were “shocking”

That made me laugh for about 10 minutes straight lmao that picture. Omg

What a bummer! They ran out of storylines for her? Didn’t they just put her into one of the biggest main plots of the year with Tom and Belle? What the actual hell? I’m shocked…

Which was odd coz he had normally chemistry with everyone he shared scenes with lol

BiG SURPRISE: Danny Mac returns as Dodger after 10 years and it will be a permanently return. He started filming already and will be seen in January! OK! That is a return I didn’t expected… BUT he will be involved with Sienna and her family which is not a good sign coz that storyline has been a flop already lol I bet he will be as wasted as Hannah Ashworth

Stefano‘s return was well done with him meeting Megan! Even if it was a re-write I enjoyed those scenes. Gosh I loved Wayne as Roman and even Drake when he played Roman for 4-5 years until they turned Him into John. Its a shame Stefano is dead otherwise I would be totally fine if Stefano would get his revenge on Josh his Roman lol I loved that dude as Chris and it sounds cold as hell but I wouldn’t mind if any of the DiMeras would take on Stefano‘s request of destroying Roman 😂

Even if they would write them dingles out it would just hurt the show. The core audience would not accept a new family and the dingles being gone just like that. Cain did change a lot in the last couple of years and got calmed down. Chaz is alright.. Charity itself ain’t a bad character and the Belle focused stand alone episode from September (which should get a British soap award if it returns lol) was so well done. Charity was so understanding coz of what happened to her. She matured so much. The support belle gets without them being the Dingles we used to know is such good change. Cain would’ve got rid of Tom the second he heard about belles abuse. He really got it together. i actually like the Dingles 2022-2023 more than in previous years again. I really believe even if they would take their time and write them out with some effort it would really hurt the show and them ratings which are low already.

Marie could have some kids by now too since 1985 lol

Oh ok.. but it was for the best.. It got him picked up by Y&R later on. Good for him coz his character would not have the longevity on Days like his character over on Y&R if we are being honest. I was quite surprised though coz in those few months Tom Hallick appeared in 70 damn episodes. He was nearly in every episode lol i haven’t gotten to Stefano‘s return yet but the last week of Maxwell felt out of character of the hard men that he was. They really wrote him out between 5 episodes lol But I did liked the way Andre and Abigail got rid of him That‘s a shame about Jed Allen. But hey it was for the better though coz it got him a big gig later on with Santa Barbara where his talent was more used than during what I’ve seen of him in 84. what a waste Coz the storylines he had in the 70‘s seemed so exciting. What a letdown. The break up of Maggie and him was so random and I feel it had to do with Suzanne‘s illness. But the scenes he shared with Kimberly were so amazing and I wish the writers would’ve gone there with them lol

I’ve reache October 12th and the end of Maxwell Heathaway in 1984. I wonder if the actor left on his own or if they axed him coz of Stefanos return next week coming up? I really love 1984 but the Neil-Liz-Carlo storyline is so boring and I don’t blame Don Diamont for leaving. Can’t wait for this story to be over with. Can’t believe I still have like 10 weeks of it I liked Neil but overall his character has been more dead weight than actually interesting. When Liz left in 1986 Neil became even more boring.. When he finally got a great storyline with Maggie they wrote him off lmao Don on the other hand had much more potential and was much more settled in. Can’t believe I’m going to lose him in a couple of months Why did the writers give up on Don? AND if Marlena’s pregnancy in 1984 is not THE LONGEST soap opera pregnancy in history then I don’t know. She has been pregnant for more than 6-8 months. This felt like a real pregnancy lol

Poor Liam I liked him much more than overrated Zayn. Shame he had such inner demons too Cant imagine what Cheryl Cole was feeling when she opened up the phone and had to hear about his passing

The tribute episode made me realize that Emmerdale has the best younger cast currently out of all soaps right now (not just UK Soaps) and the soap itself still has some life in it. They just need to stop dragging storylines out til Christmas. I really love my Belle and have decided to start a rewatch of 2016 to 2019 with Lachlan and Belle! 2015-2018/19 was such a strong period for this show! It just reminds me that Belle got two psycho‘s Lachlan and Tom.. Poor girl can’t catch a break
