I never had the feeling people hated Friz back then. I always was under impression that they were quite popular. I mean Elizabeth did some bad things herself. Maybe not as bad as Franco BUT she is flawed herself and maybe that’s why she clicked with him. i really loved 2016-2019 and how hard Franco worked on himself and his relationship. Like I said he had such a strong character development tbh.

So I’ve kinda compared Elizabeth‘s Lovestory with Lucky and the one with Franco. i have to say that Friz definitely the better written couple and they had a stronger chemistry. I would even put Franco and Liz into my top 10 ultimate favorite couples of all time. Even top 5 if I catched up with the missing years. I still dont get why Franco had to be killed off and was the issue was? Coz it’s not like Franco was still evil or whatever. I have to say that Franco‘s character development is one of the strongest in the shows history if I am being honest

This is the right choice if we were lucky enough I hope they cast someone brand new and fresh that makes this character her own.

For me personally 2001 and 2002 had the least flaws and were exciting and great written overall during the entire year of both years

Which time should I watch first? march 1990? or July 2001? I would love for the summer of 2001 with my favorite teenage crush Katie but I’m also interested in the German episodes from 1990 with Bob-Susan-Kim and characters like Iva etc. I’m also interested to see the other Lily. i have to admit i just watched some mid 90‘s with my mom and that dumb mark krasnoff and Conner.. But regularly I’ve just became a big fan during 2001/02.. maybe that’s why I love the 00‘s than most fans around.

So technically the last decade on every soap? I thought Faison appearing with a face mask of Duke and pretending to be him was a solid one. It brought back some major characters and the story was good overall

Im so dissapointed:( wanted her back. Got to meet her and told her how Much her story with Bizzie meant to me from GL and how much I loved her with Dom/Dante. She had natural chemistry with everyone and looked like she could actually be Laura’s daughter.

I get the Dingle hate but they are s popular as the MCQueens from Hollyoaks. They are really beloved if you guys like it or not. That young boy was a talented one and was there for 1-2 decades and he may not be a legend but whoever is growing up on a show without being recast is a legend lol And Cain is the most beloved guy from this show and people love him lol i mean what do u guys call a legend these days from this show? I reached September 1981… Luke/Laura/Robert in that jungle is so boring. Like SOOOO boring. But Tiffany and Robert saved it for me. And Mikkos taking over. I’ve reached Robert entering downstairs! We lost Tony Cassadine and Alexandria Quartermaine. I swear to god. She joined in Nov 80 and appeared between 135-137 episodes until September! But her last month she got backburned what really dissapointed me. But I did enjoy her tragic love story with Tony who was even willing to see if she’s right about Mikkos being evil. Robert got caught by Mikkos What really carried that story were Robert and Tiffany and mikkos great acting and the side characters like Noel, Maximilian, Victor and Corinne! I wish they would’ve kept Corinne on. what I really hate about 1981 is Noah Drake and his pressuring methods to get Bobbie into bed. I know Bobbie might be a bit too obsessed with her brother but who wouldn’t be? It’s the 2nd summer where Luke has been missing for months and might be dead. If it was my brother or sister I would be more than worried sick. Can’t believe they all act like she is overreacting. That’s why I don’t like Noah. Yeah he did try to give her the time and space but every girl that walked by got flirted on that boring Hutch story finally got exciting and I’m in the final weeks of his run? Are u kidding me? NOW it’s getting interesting after boring us with his jail scenes for months ? A love story with rose ? Socially beloved by the GH gang and stuff ? WTH? If they would’ve spent more time developing rose and hutch it would’ve such a banger storyline. But I do think the story got more exiting now. Joe and Heather. Gosh I love them two. He did got the gun and we could finally see the re-written storyline play out. It was definitely Heather. But I’m glad she wasn’t it lol Sarah who became more confident and finally stood up at her and even handed the gun over to Joe was one of my favorite moments of 1981 with Heather and Alice conversation and Alice blaming her own daughter for driving her father away. What mother does that? But it was great TV. I know LnL are the pop culture phenomenon but they didn’t carried summer 81 for me if I am being honest lol

Yes it was just a job for them behind the scenes and it showed even though the cast did their best. That’s why soap operas dying coz it’s just a job and they are just doing their jobs half assed

I read through a lot of Joyce story’s for years but to actually see some stuff is great. Thanks guys for not being mad at me. but I wonder would people put Joyce in the same category as Heather Webber from GH? From what I’ve read she manipulated situations . to still be in Teddy’s life and so on. Its such a shame that so many full episodes are lost I get that they didn’t thought about people watching it like 40-50 years later
