  1. Interesting that Eric didn’t accept the Ashley replacement and I watched a few clips of them after I read that. It showed lol From now on I can’t watch Y&R without looking at Eric/Victor and the way he’s acting around others lol I found this promo because of that and Jack’s return! Played by Peter from now on. This promo is so corny and cheesy but I love it! Does someone know the name of that guy announcing his return? I can’t place him. Was he a cast member or just a random announcer? Lol
  2. That’s so corny man lol I’m all up for it. But I do likE me some Diane from Y&R
  3. Thank u for answering. Your opinion is worth a lot. I really like hearing other Peoples opinions and different takes. I Can See why Long time viewers struggled with the last decade and I won’t repeat m love for that decade again Right now but I do get it. I was too Young for the 80‘s and 90‘s but I Loved 83 Where I started when I got my First GL Dvd‘s. I’m surprised Some Say This Is the Starting Point of the decline. I mean the Four Musketeers, The Lewis Clan, Kelly + Claire Ramsey, Early Reva, Eli Simms and Tony Reardon+Annabelle Adventures, Bradley Raines, Alan-Phillip‘s Story. There was so much going on and everyone was involved and it really had a strong Community feel and a lot of those cast changes helped that show in my opinion. But it started to Change drastically Late 84. I wish there was more available from 1937-1952. I Can Only assume It was a Great time coz Irma was into her Show with her whole Heart. The 100 Radio episodes that are available are so amazing and I listened to all of them. I’m just surprised that nothing more from GL‘s Radio episodes are available especially after 1950. Every other Radio Show from Late 40‘s Til 60‘s are available. I was able to get my Hands on the GL Books that were released like that Reverend Ruthledge book or the Novel about Paul Fletcher from 67. Those made me so fascinated by those Old Years from GL.
  4. A lot of cast changes , weird Recasts and some questionable stories. It had a good Portion of storylines but u lost a Lot of core cast Members and some of the familiar feel.
  5. I think that This was the real reason why this show started to Fell apart tbh
  6. True. P&G wanted out of the soap Business and that’s why 1 year later Atwt followed. I mean If that Big House ain’t behind your Show and providing Budget, Vision etc. How are they to make it. Writting is one Thing and the cast another but they tried. They had to work with like nothing lol I will always give them Credit for making the show til the last Episode even under those circumstances. i mean what were the actual glory days. Coz i hear nothing but complaining about the 80‘s/90‘s/00‘s. Even some 70‘s got criticized. To me it Looks Like The Last 30 Years were garbage to the majority of GL fans
  7. How popular is Devon with the audience ?
  8. Yeah I know but at least the first 1773 or so episodes are up. At least 7 Years. some Of the other episodes that were re-aired on Seven two are out there too online! I still don’t get why they cancelled it mid 96
  9. They are all on Dailymotion.. 1988-1995
  10. And WHY would they do that? They still have high Ratings !?!? Makes no Sense Business Wise.
  11. The Soap lost Sole of His Heart When she died Gosh that scared the Living hell out of me when I was Younger and watched it in my Teens when they re-aired it
  12. Now I can see why Lee actually really hates Laura for breaking Scotty’s heart LOL
  13. It took me a while but I finally managed to get through May 2015 completely! I really love Adam-Justin Hartley. He was driving the show man! His chemistry with everyone on that show was insane! Shame Avery will be leaving soon and they broke up Dylan and Avery just like that. BUT the time they took with Sharon and Dylan as friends becoming more was awesome! But the story I was really into was Nikki battling her alcoholic addiction! I know, I know that Eric as Victor is the heart of the show and everyone loves him to pieces! BUT I think this whole godfather persona and villain is laughable. He ain’t that much of a good villain tbh. I know the audience loves Nikki and Victor so much but I do think she deserves better! Like for real! I even would’ve been fine if Nikki and Neil became a real thing. Their friendship is so precious! I know this ship has been gone and niktor will be forever together til they both leave this show. But I really would’ve loved for Nikki to get a men that treats her right. What this men drove her to would anyone to the bottle lol Jack and Nikki were always my secret favorite ship tbh! That Jack/Marco storyline is insane! Like seriously out there! Y&R never done those weird out there storylines like DAYS or GH but this one right here is so far out there and not like this show lol I mean we had that Adam storylines when he pretended to be Sabrina or the whole baby story with Sharon but Jack/Marco! But I do love Peter and I could tell that he had a blast with it. It’s weird that they even gave Marco some sort of personality and backround storyline. I don’t know if they were trying to make us like him or not lol The intervention episode of Nikki was one of the best episodes ! I really feel sorry for Nikki! one of the strongest character developments had Neil in 2015! I still don’t get that such honest men like Neil would actually be back working for Victor knowing what kind of a men he is lol I hate that this show is trying so hard to make Victor an anti hero
  14. Damn all All those big names leaving in 91. That’s wild.
  15. I actually liked 2003 and the introduction of Nick ! I enjoyed Macy-Amber-Rick-Deacon and they carried that year. The massimo-Stephanie-Ridge-Nick story was kinda… ODD! To put it nicely. But it got better as the year progressed and 2004 made up for it.
  16. To be fair.. SNL was always 50-50 with the audience and got carried by some outstanding cast members and fancy special guests. It had its reasons why it was nearly cancelled between season 5-6..
  17. They wanted to sound quirky and funny while having a serious meaning behind that. They kinda to write it in a Leo way. Ugh
  18. Gosh.. Hell to the effin NAH! She was great tv on RHOBH but no. I don’t need an exclusive show just about her and her life. This would be like Lisa R getting a show. No! Just NO!
  19. Damn. Yeah 10 is massive. @P.J. thanks. I thought Grant left in 05. I was wrong by one year then.
  20. The Jonathan storyline was amazing! Tammy and his romance was a bonus. Lizzie got added to that storyline and it was pretty good! the Bill and Lizzie storyline was some classic soap opera telling and I liked that and thought it was great. I even have to say that from the CBS Line UP GL was stronger story wise than B&B/ Y&R between 2003-2009 That’s a good move. I’ve decided I started with Jonathan’s first episode from 2004. Someone commented on the episode that GL lost 8 characters that year. Which 8 Characters left during 2004? I mean 8 is quite a lot
  21. Thank u so much for the tag… What a gem! Can’t believe Jessie and Lee being so prominent. When I started the classics they were just supporting characters. Gosh I love Jessie
  22. I love the SFT uploads. Thank u for all your uploads.
  23. But is him being supportive character during a financial crisis worth to keep him ? Hey I LOVED him in the 00’s with Suanita and he was funny. But he has become so annoying and his acting got worse. I mean he would be the safest one to axe and spare some money. I mean he is in this show for 2 decades and is eating some of the budget that could be freed tbh
  24. @Mitch64 I’ve heard a lot about that but never watched those episodes. Maybe I should give it a try. Maybe it’s a generational thing but I don’t get the hate for the last Alan Spaulding. I mean I did saw the original one for more than hundreds of episodes and loved him as much as everyone else but the latest Alan actor wasn’t that bad. He did great with the material given and was fitting for the 90’s and 00’s. I mean I’m in the minority but I did enjoy the GL 00’s. 2008-09 was rough filming wise but when it came down to storytelling it was actually pretty decent. Maybe I’m too young to see the hate torwards the 00’s coz the others are used to the better golden age and I’m not coz I wasn’t born. But they will always have special place in my heart! 2004-2008 was another peak for GL. I enjoyed 1997-98 so much with Annie, Alan and them all but when Reva and the clone story happened like 1999-ish I was losing faith in this show. But I do think they redeemed themselves. People are way too harsh on the 90’s/00’s GL
