  1. Credits for Friday, November 1, 2024: Created by: Frank & Doris Hursley Executive producer: Frank Valentini Head writers: Elizabeth Korte, Chris Van Etten Writers: Celena Cipriaso, Kate Hall, Anne Schoettle Director: Allison Reames Smith
  2. Yes, she was the fifth actress in the role. Shame she did not last longer or was given a chance to return.
  3. Just hope they show up at the polls, but I want to know why it took for those "comments" to be made for the [supposed] switch...?
  4. I've seen in many shows, daytime and primetime, where people in denial about the recent death mention how they're "cold" and want to warm them up. And do feel it's realistic, as grief and denial are not linear. Grahn sold the material. To me, it mirrored the work of Sally Field in Steel Magnolias, especially in remarking how mothers are not meant to bury their children and losing them. It was well-scripted dialogue (which I don't often credit this soap with, especially under the present regime). It was Burton that came off as cold and did nothing for me.
  5. Not a good decision; my gripe with ABC is it is a 720p network only. (which I've never understood). The quality is going to downgrade more than it has on CBS. These shows should just go to streaming-only.
  6. Seen some of the cast wearing this... I want one so bad.
  7. The continued disrespect of veteran actors on General Hospital is alarming. Anna Lee, Stuart Damon et al. It's a continued pattern of this soap to disregard its veteran cast. Yes, I'm not upset with Kelly Monaco's exit nor the [all-too-obvious permanent] death of Sam McCall, but it's leaving a real pit in my stomach that this is happened, yet again, knowing what we know from the past with Lee & Damon. This is the kind of exit we needed, controversial or not, but the pit-feeling in my stomach does feel a bit... concerning overall.
  8. Hate it!!
  9. That was already announced; per Deadline Hollywood, it debuts Friday, November 8.
  10. No, it doesn't. And when they take their month-long breaks during the summer... smfh. He's not smart. Him controlling budget is not the reason he should be keeping his job.
  11. No clue how it works; I just know they tape "scenes" for use. When they came back from COVID, they inserted saved scenes taped pre-COVID, and put them into the episode. Frank must have seen that, went "Oh that's smart," and kept it. MESS! Like, Michael & Sasha scenes were shot October 4, while the Dante & Rocco scenes, which aired same episode, were taped September 24. It's inconsistent AF, and messy. Van Hansis confirmed his first scenes on GH were with Kirsten Storms' Maxie and taped those in one-day, then went back to NY.... and then came back. Yet, the first scenes aired were with Carly & Josslyn at the Corinthos home.
  12. It's what he's done since they returned from COVID hiatus; the spoiler preview for today mentioned Ned & Tracy, and yet they did not appear; whatever "Sam" material airs tomorrow, I am sure could have been edited into today's episode, and the Willow/Michael/Sasha things could have waited. Also to mention: the credits for writers & directors did not air until the second set of scenes post-opening credits. Plus, on the episode Sasha went to Robert's office and then Nina's office her hair/makeup changed between scenes. Clearly, both shot on different days, and her hair TODAY when she left the hotel room semi-mirrored when she showed up at Robert's office. MESS. This is why you should be shooting "episodes" and not "scenes". And it's why Robert Adamson appeared sporadically in June and July 2022: he taped scenes in the time he was there, and they aired over a period of time. It's lazy.
  13. Episodes aren't taped as episodes; they're block-taped, and then pieced into episodes. Kelly Monaco kept being re-positioned throughout the episode, too. This has been a problem on GH since even pre-COVID, in terms of consisency.
  14. Two babies, two baby mamas within 12 hours.
  15. IKR? The torture of TWO more babies we don't need.
  16. Nancy Lee Grahn did that... but the fact certain things happened did not need to. What an insult to a 21+ year veteran cast member.
  17. Credits for Thursday, October 31, 2024: Created by: Frank & Doris Hursley Executive producer: Frank Valentini Head writers: Chris Van Etten, Elizabeth Korte Writers: Nigel Campbell, Cathy Lepard, Anne Schoettle Director: Tina Keller
  18. That or it's Invision. Images are even having troubles.
  19. I have the highest of faith this will not be a Dobson/NBC/New World/Santa Barbara situation.
