  1. As I've seen on shows like Brothers & Sisters, if it had been more of an emotional pull to the baby, rather than her suspicions of Molly & TJ splitting, that would have been more plausible, from my perspective. Still would have hated her for doing so, but it would've been a better situation to try and understand.
  2. The decision for Kristina to "keep her baby" could have been done in such a different way than it was. And yet, the writers chose the avenue they did, and it sucks.
  3. I have a feeling I will; I am on episode 30 now, so.
  4. Ultimately, by the time I hit Terror Island I felt like I missed a ton of episodes... and I likely did. Hence why re-watching of it.
  5. YEPPP!! I am shocked to see Alexis so beside Molly when TJ came to the house... I kept thinking "Where was this before now?"
  6. I think Terror Island is when I checked out during my first watch; don't recall it necessarily being because of the storyline itself, though.
  7. Yes, but I am speaking of Bennett's first credit as sole head writer, which wasn't until October 22, 1997. Even you mentioned the mini-revamp coming eight months in, which would have been August-airing wise, and would have potentially caused Guza Jnr to abandon his position (due to being unhappy), and allowing Bennett to take full control. Although, per credits, Bennett is not credited right with Guza Jnr (which normally a co-head would).
  8. Oh yes, the picture and sound quality on Prime Video is an improvement from Plex.
  9. I disagree: it was beneficial. It's still trickled into the stories being told in 2024. The bigger mistake, to me, was the premature killing off of John Abbott. That was purely a plot-driven piece by Lynn Marie Latham & John Griffith.
  10. "This man is not with someone... put him with Meg." 🤷🏻‍♂️
  11. I thought they had, and I was praying that was a figment of my imagination. Ugh. Meg... another return tossed from partner to partner. Ryan, Craig, Mike.... whew.
  12. From Katie to Lily. They tried to make it work but it's clear: there was no viable plan in-place for Mike. YUP! That blink-and-miss reprisal.
  13. Collier [briefly] reprised the role 2009, as well. Honestly, Jon Prescott was wasted in the role.. so much potential not even tapped into.
  14. I'm not shipping; merely excited about a chem-test that feels like it happening for the second time.
  15. I'm going to drown-out the haters on this one; it's a potential pairing that I'm excited to see potentially play out.
  16. RIP to him! Dang!
  17. It's very disappointing the lobotomy that the "writer" has given to Ava; Tamara Braun is a powerful actress, but it often feels like daytime doesn't realize it. From her all-too-short time as Reese on All My Children (so much untapped potential), to the ridiculous time as Taylor (should have never happened), and then the insult that was the Kim Nero saga on General Hospital. Even her brief 2015–2016 return as Ava was better-off than the past four-years. I'm honestly surprised they have not cut her, yet. This is, by-and-large, her longest stint on a soap since her time as Carly on General Hospital.
  18. I completely agree; Rae was a breath of fresh air in terms of the original characters. But I also feel like they softened her too soon, and that they hadn't any clue what to do with her. Could the revamp have been why Robert Guza Jnr was out and Meg Bennett came in as head writer? I've always wondered what could have been had H. Wesley Kenney not left the show, due to creative differences, and been replaced with Gary Tomlin?
  19. Who said it was an act? You're giving him too much credit.
