  1. I'd love to see more of the Kennedy clan in 2025. Re-watching "live" episodes, and seeing their family I would love for a full-time return for Libby Kennedy & Ben Kirk, and then see the returns of Malcolm & Billy at some point down-the-line. That would be very, very exciting!
  2. Nicola is a breath of fresh air! Hoping she remains that way, too.
  3. Whoever from this site is contacting me on another site, bullying and issuing THREATS (of violence), shame on you. You're disgustingly vile, and karma will find you.
  4. Exactly; it's a powerless role, in my eyes, and one he's sharing with several other people. The amount of people online I'm seeing say "There are no Black writers on this soap" show they're only seeing "Guza" and "Carlivati," and smacking their mouths off without actually looking into the SCRIPT team.
  5. 100% and I am glad someone does see what I see, as well. We have a predominately Black cast and our script writers are all POC, and that's promising. Val Jean knows what she is doing. I trust HER and HER vision, and those who've come in to execute it. Yes, even Carlivati.
  6. GH did not lose quality because of it; GH has been losing quality long before that. And that's pure fact.
  7. 🤣 People saw Guza & Carlivati and immediately ended the show. It's ridiculous.
  8. She lived at the Abbott mansion when she was briefly wed to Jack in 2012, and she did live in the penthouse while the Ranch was being re-built. Don't know about any other time.
  9. 💯 Thank you for saying it. If a name were to come in, I'd want to see Shelly Curtis return to General Hospital. She is a creative who I do think would have a vision for the soap, and would be able to handle budget. Promptly and properly. Plus, she's not someone who worked under Frank Valentini, which is a promising sign of good things to possibly happen.
  10. Never said I liked everything that was done... but it was sure a not-to-miss show for me. Once Morina/Griffith came in and dismantled things, I tuned out. Only came back when Susan Walters returned, and quickly left again.
  11. Same, and I think a lot of people are forgetting this.
  12. I loved it, and it made the show not-to-miss for me. It's the last time I enjoyed the soap, too.
  13. Mathison's Drew mirrors the time when Drew's memories were transferred to Franco, so it's [my] belief this could be a pre-Jason Drew overall. If they leaned into that, I'd semi-buy it.
  14. Lois' return happened during the strike era... which was kind of solid overall. #bringthosewritersback 😶
  15. lmao. Goes to show the momentum was Mulcahey and not the "historian" Korte. LMAO.
  16. I'm all for moving on, because Sonny would never be held responsible in the way he should have... so I'm okay with us DNI'ing it.
  17. Honestly.... not complaining. LMAO. Let's move on from it right now.
  18. As a Maura West fan, I can agree to all of this. However, Carly Tenney & Ava Jerome are two very different characters, despite being played by West, and that goes to West's exceptional talent as a performer. I can look at Ava and not see Carly, and vice-versa. As for the friendship between Ava & Nina, I too, am baffled at its existence, but also thoroughly enjoy it nonetheless. When it dismantled, it did feel natural and a return-to-form for both characters. And I think West said it best, in explaining the friendship: ❝ It certainly helps that this is a new and different incarnation of Nina. I think it would be more difficult if it were still Michelle Stafford playing her. It’s the same character. Of course, it is the same character but it is a different person and she brings an entirely different energy to the character than Michelle had. I believe that they could be friends, personally. Maura West believes in forgiveness. I believe in second chances, I believe in open-heartedness. And so, I’d like to think that even though Ava is a badass bitch, she also is capable of great compassion and empathy, and forgiveness. And, these two women are, and have been sort of outcasts, right? So, they have that in common that they’re always frightened. They’re always scraping to get by. And so, that’s a good friend to have someone who shares that experience with you. ❞ And I have to agree with her sentiment: I do think the friendship works because Cynthia Watros came into the role; I couldn't see the friendship between West's Ava & Stafford's Nina, at all.
  19. Beyond the Gates wouldn't ever be against The Bold and the Beautiful. A lot of places hold General Hospital at the 2pm time slot (some do have it at 3pm before local news programming), but yes... it'll be ABC vs. CBS once again. And I'm semi-praying for an obliteration of competition.
  20. We had it good. SO friggin' good, and then we didn't. BOO!
