  1. Yup, a retcon back to camp. Dante is "40," Brook Lynn is "38," Cody is "40," and Gio is "21." So, is technical terms, Dante would have been "19" and Brook Lynn "17" when Gio was conceived. It's not far-fetched, per say. But this is also why age is subjective on soap operas when SORAS is used so.... weirdly.
  2. Roger Howarth, Jon Lindstrom, Maura West Paul Ryan, Craig Montgomery, Carly Tenney Snyder (As the World Turns) Franco Baldwin/Austin Gatlin-Holt, Kevin Collins/Ryan Chamberlain, Ava Jerome (General Hospital) Emme Rylan, Maura West Abby Newman, Diane Jenkins (The Young and the Restless) Lulu Spencer, Ava Jerome (General Hospital) Paul Anthony Stewart, Laura Wright Casey Bowman, Ally Rescott (Loving) Danny Santos, Cassie Layne (Guiding Light) Bradley Cole, Laura Wright Richard Winslow, Cassie Layne (Guiding Light) Warren Bauer, Carly Corinthos (General Hospital) Lane Davies, Nancy Lee Grahn Mason Capwell, Julia Wainwright (Santa Barbara) Cameron Lewis/Fergus Byrne, Alexis Davis (General Hospital)
  3. If I remember, Lulu left Crimson because it wasn't her dream/desire to work for the magazine. She did it because Maxie asked her to. 🤣 Let's pray she doesn't ask her to join the Deception team. Did I lie? 😎 Yes, it was, and Brad introduced Brook Lynn to Cody, as well. So, this whole thing is a major retcon re-write. Half of the material of which was written when Chris Van Etten was head writer, so it's a major "YIKES" moment. Especially when your other co-head writer, Elizabeth Korte, is supposed to be a historian of the show itself. YIKES x2!
  4. It did feel like she was both not gone as long as four-years, and was gone longer than that. I cannot imagine going into a coma with the notion of Orangeman leaving office, and waking up to him returning to it. Not to mention, the deaths in Lulu's orbit, etc. WHEW. I can't wait for her to ask about the Floating Rib, lmao. Imagine not remembering how you ended up in a coma?!
  5. Yes; Laura "hired" him to stay outside Lulu's hospital room when she was stabbed by Ryan. But I don't recall further interactions.
  6. Were Curtis & Lulu were close when Emme Rylan was in the role? I cannot recall.
  7. Credits for Wednesday, December 4, 2024: Created by: Frank & Doris Hursley Executive producer: Frank Valentini Head writers: Chris Van Etten, Elizabeth Korte Writers: Emily Culliton, Charlotte Gibson, Anne Schoettle Director: Allison Reames Smith
  8. He is serving face yes, but I could have done without the environment he's in.
  9. Might start getting into these two soaps.
  10. The dream season of Dallas should have remained, honestly. Or how it should have ended altogether.
  11. It was definitely a Spelling production in the beginning, and I think that worked in its favour.
  12. Part of me may just re-start for the frick of it.
  13. I'm going to say it: I do not buy the "sibling connection" between Alexa Havins Bruening & Jonathan Jackson at all. Not one bit. Am hoping she works well opposite Genie Francis' Laura today... that could be the saving grace. I don't see him cutting Finn Carr at this point, who seems to be actively filming. And yes, she is nailing the Julie Marie Berman years, without the issues I had with Berman's work. And she has that more girly-voice that Emme Rylan had, but has better control of it. YESS! #RAVA It'd be a HOT pairing, and Rick Hearst is someone who could actually rise to the occasion of acting opposite Maura West... possibly the first since Michael Park on As the World Turns.
  14. In watching 2019 episodes, during Amazon's live channel, I cannot believe how orange everyone was. Whew.
  15. I genuinely don't see him going anywhere anytime soon. Reception has been fairly positive towards both Hearst & Ric Lansing. And considering the potential for him, I see him sticking around. Again, he's on the wall of actors currently on cast. He wouldn't have been placed if there were not some kind of plans for him to stick around.
  16. Time for bed. This dark at 4:30pm bullshït does not work for me.
  17. I don't believe that will happen anytime soon; Rick Hearst's new publicity image is on the wall at Prospect Studios, which is signaling there is a commitment to him being on the canvas.
  18. No. No. No. Ava & Ric are where it's at. She needs to be with the superior brother. Ava ultimately should use it as a way of gaining custody in someway of Avery (who I fully believe is likely being aged for 2025).
  19. Oh, definitely. That's what I meant by re-pairing.
  20. I agree and I sensed the potential of a re-pairing when Alexis asked Sonny about losing a child, etc.
  21. Getting back into Sunset Beach, and since I cannot recall the exact time-frame of where I left-off... I am starting back at the beginning. WHEW. Gotta make it through this Dorothy from Kansas bullshït again. Visually, I appreciate that Sunset Beach did not have the typical daytime feeling from a production standpoint, but I am shocked Robert Guza Jnr was the head writer.
  22. Credits for Tuesday, December 3, 2024: Created by: Frank & Doris Hursley Executive producer: Frank Valentini Head writers: Elizabeth Korte, Chris Van Etten Writers: Suzanne Flynn, Scott Sickles, Anne Schoettle Director: Gary Tomlin
