Glad to have Days back. I enjoyed the island scenes. Today was sort of like the setup to everything that might happen and I'm looking forward to see it, despite not agreeing with what's going to happen to Sarah. Belle/EJ were also really good today too. Laying the groundwork for what may happen. I'm curious though as to whether or not they may just have an affair or actually become a couple.

Yeah. After Maggie was "murdered", Mickey moved on with Bonnie, but Julie didn't like her and didn't trust her, so there was a rivalry between them.

Overall, I liked it. The little tidbits that always come out are fun to hear, like Wes Kenney being the best man at their wedding, or SSH auditioning for Julie when they were first casting Days in 1965. This just needed a little more research and a list of set questions to ask lol

I just hope that Tony and Anna are used effectively in this storyline, and that the history is used correctly as well. By the time Renee was murdered, she had dropped DuMonde and was using Dimera as her last name.

Nope lol The only detailed discussion about Y&R was when SSH said that they hired her mother for a small role when she was sick. It was good, but once again, Alan seemed to suffer from a lack of research.

Well, at least it'll be nice seeing Tony and Anna a little more.

That would've been the smart thing to do. Instead of Sheila targeting Brooke and her addiction, she should have targeted Steffy and her addiction instead. It would have been much better to see then Steffy just being a whiny, anti-Logans pain in the ass. And the fact that Finn has just completely disappeared is ridiculous as well.

Idk maybe. The more I think about it, Oscar was probably just a placeholder until Frank was able to bring (at the time) Nicholas Bechtel back full time as Spencer. When that didn't work out, Oscar's death and mourning was dragged out ad nauseum, until Dev showed up, who was another placeholder.

It's agonizing 😂😂 But at the same time, it makes want to watch more and more. The slow burn, almost kisses being interrupted, etc. feels like classic soap storytelling to me.
