  1. Julie was running a dress shop or something in Paris at the time. She and Doug had already gotten divorced. I think that was when SSH was on Y&R
  2. Congratulations Professor Johnny! I'm still not entirely sure about this plot point, especially since I figured that the obvious storyline would be Johnny devoting all of his time to working at Titan, which would put him at odds with EJ, Tony, etc. but I'm curious to see what's going to happen, especially since But I'm glad that Johnny told EJ off about everything that happened at the trial. Hopefully, this isn't the complete end of the conflicts for them. Carson Boatman did a pretty good job again too. On a side note, if I had a professor who looked like Johnny when I was in college, I would've been in big, big trouble 😉😍😂😂 Brady and Chanel's scene was a nice surprise as well. I'm really liking what's been done with his character lately. Having him interact with other characters and writing him more maturely has been the right move from the very beginning. It really does seem like they're positioning him as the one to carry on John's legacy. And even though his actions at Kristen's sentencing may or may not have been John-like, he did bring up a lot of good points about Kristen, and in a way, she does kind of deserve this. I'm interested in seeing what's going to happen once the truth comes out. I'm also interested in seeing what Gabi and Tony are going to do now that they both know the truth about Philip. I still have my suspicions about Tony though. But I wasn't too sure about Philip and Xander's scenes today. Playing them like a big joke, until the very end, was not the right way to go. But at least we got a good cliffhanger again.
  3. Jonathan Jackson on GH. Both times actually.
  4. Like every mystery on GH, it's a little undercut by the fact that half the suspects have tried to kill, or actually have killed people before lol But I'm looking forward to seeing what happens. Hopefully, we get a lot of twists and turns and the writers try to keep us guessing.
  5. I'd say watch every day 😉😂 But, it was just a short scene of Tate and Holly basking in the afterglow 😂😂
  6. Oh God No 😂 I wasn't suggesting that it be revealed that Diana is the Greenes' mother, I would've wanted GF to play Caterina.
  7. I think they're redressed sets, but at least they found some money for props 😂😂 If she was free (and hadn't been there before already), I'd suggest Genie Francis.
  8. Happy to see him working again. I was never too sure if people at Days were fans of him/Tripp. They tried to get rid of him like 3 times in 5 years 😂
  9. No follow up with Chad and Cat? That’s weird. Today should’ve picked up immediately from the end of yesterday. But it was move in day at Salem U. There were a lot of nice family moments lol especially with Marlena/Tate and Maggie/Holly. And Gabi/Ari too, even though I still think Will and Sonny should have been a part of the move. Now that Holly/Ari and Tate/Aaron are going to be rooming together, I’m interested in seeing what happens next. It was nice to see the college kids actually acting like college kids. That hasn’t happened in a while on a soap. And I did expect both dorm rooms to be shoeboxes. Tate did look hot at the end though 😍 And, Ari and Aaron met as well. I wonder how that’s gonna play out 😂😂 Xander’s therapy session with Marlena was ok, but I felt like something was missing from them. I expected a much more in depth understanding as to why Xander is the way that he is. The Victor excuse got a little tiresome as the episode went on. Xander telling Marlena the truth about Philip’s letter could lead to something interesting happening though. The cliffhanger was also pretty good too.
  10. Welcome back, Thomas! 😍 That’s about all I got for this 😂😂😂
  11. Chad and Cat’s scene today immediately comes to mind
  12. All about Tate’s baby today. Gotta admit, I was a little surprised that Steve and Javi had scenes. And they were actually pretty good. Steve, using his own past to give Javi a reason to try and adopt Tesoro was a good use of history. And having Steve be the one to motivate him adds another dynamic to this whole baby storyline, since he’s also the one who’s helping Brady. And now that Javi’s revealed what happened to his own child, I’m looking forward to seeing what happens next and the conflicts that it could bring. If we’re forced to endure Javi/Leo, at least let them go through the conflicts that every soap couple goes through. But yeah, Melinda’s just annoying. And this “I did it for Haley” excuse never made any sense to me. Not with Nicole and Sloan and definitely not now. Not only does it make her look blind and tone deaf, makes her look a little creepy and obsessive. I think it’s time to write her out. And, I’m tired of Rachel’s snake too, even though I’m glad that it led to Marlena telling Tate that she had that Queen of the Night dream again. Weaving Tate and his drama into all of that somehow could be pretty interesting. As for Days, in general, I can see what people mean when they say that it’s been a little boring lately, but it’s still better than all the other soaps right now, with the possible exception of GH.
  13. I miss him. He had a lot of potential. But at the same time, we might have been spared another one of those nasty ass Ron storylines where a “straight” guy tosses away his girlfriend for Leo, so maybe it was a good thing Anything’s possible. I think they would just need to plan out the storyline a little better. And it would be the perfect reason why Sophia gave up “Tate’s” baby, when she wants to be with him so much
  14. Billy Flynn in jeans 😉😂😂 Mark Greene, the cute doctor who may or may not have been gay 😉
  15. Yeah @John That’s what Melinda did. I kinda hope she pays for her fraud this time
  16. I had the exact opposite reaction 😂 I figured that, with how smart Aaron is supposed to be, he would’ve asked her in that scene if there was any chance the baby was his. And when he didn’t, I thought that they might not be going there And I imagine they might go there with him and Ari too. He’s the only one for her at the moment. But I’m a little worried he’s gonna get hurt 😂
  17. Not much happened today, but there were a lot of family dynamics included in the episode, that I thought were kinda sweet and dorky. I’m glad that Tate had his grandmother to confide in about everything he’s been going through, and that he was able to put on a brave face for Rachel. I like that we’ve been seeing those two relationships a lot more lately. It’s been nice seeing Tate get out of that bubble that he often got stuck in with Holly, Sophia, etc. The lawyer, knowing Melinda and lying to Brady was expected, on some level but at the same time, it all seemed like a weak resolution to me. Hopefully, Brady ends up not buying it and continues to investigate, especially after what happened at the end with Tate. Chad and Cat still do nothing for me though. I wonder if this storyline was the thing that But Chad did look really good today 😍😂😂 Speaking of the Greenes, they might have been the dorkiest of them all today but I didn’t really mind it. It was good to see Aaron back. I’ve always liked the little nerd lol he can add another layer to the teen storylines. His reunion with Tate was nice, but scenes like that make me wonder if they really aren’t going to take the route of what we all suspected about the baby. And, we got an update about Mark too. Maybe he’ll come back and save Javi from Leo 😂😂😂
  18. It reminded me of how it used to be between Holly and Sophia, which kinda got dropped after they found out about Sophia’s pregnancy, and Doug III was introduced. I think yesterday would have made a little more sense if they hadn’t dropped it
  19. It would be nice, especially for like Tate/Holly/Sophia, etc. I like the Pub and the Square, but having teenagers constantly hang out there feels weird sometimes lol We haven’t had any Salem U related storylines since like JJ and Paige, right?
  20. Yeah… today was a bit of a mixed bag. Not necessarily bad but things were played a little too campy, which I think kinda messed up some scenes. Particularly, Holly and Sophia’s scenes at the Pub. The gloves sort of came off today, but the campiness of it all was not necessary. I’m still looking forward to seeing what happens next for all of them, despite Sophia’s stupid choices. Maybe it would have been better if Sophia had gotten rid of the baby because she was angry at Tate for always being so preoccupied with Holly, Doug III, etc. and wanted to make him suffer. Which could also explain why she suddenly wants him back now. It could have been a part of a plan to hurt him and Holly again. Rachel Boyd’s acting was still a little… ehhh though lol I think she has gotten better over the past few months but she still needs a lot of work. Tate did look adorable in his Brady Pub apron though 😊😊😂 I thought that Kayla and Chad suspecting that EJ has an ulterior motive for buying the hospital was interesting too. I actually would prefer them teaming up and investigating it, rather than Rafe and Cat. And I wouldn’t mind them somehow weaving Stephanie, and whatever drama she may have coming up, into it as well. The cliffhanger was also really good too. Seeing Brady so smart lately has been really refreshing lol. Paul is still the best of John’s kids to carry on his legacy, but I’m really enjoying how they’ve been writing Brady lately. But yeah, Leo… Skip. Gwen really needed to slap the s*it out of him, and I’m glad that she hasn’t forgiven him. The new team doesn’t care all that much about Ron’s other favorite, why do they still care so much about this one? Especially after what we learned today. And, I don’t actually hate the idea. I just don’t know lol
  21. Plus, it's been done to death already on GH. It didn't need to happen here
  22. As big of a pain in the ass Portia can be, I gotta admit I really enjoyed the Jordan/Curtis/Portia/Isaiah scenes today. I've always felt that a messy quad would have been a much better story for all of them, rather than Drew just being their ballbreaker, and today was more evidence of that, IMO. And I'm glad that it looks like Gio and Dante are finally making peace. The animosity that they had against each other always felt forced and unnecessary.
  23. Thanks! I appreciate that 😉 I enjoy your posts as well.
