In this wishful reboot, I would also open it up with Bobby and Betsy's 40th birthday. Maybe Betsy became an actress and is having hard times having to live with Gary and Val. Bobby could be involved with the kid Henry and Sheila Fisher had and has taken over Gary's business endeavors and inherited his reckless streak. Since Mack died, Meg and her family could've moved in with Karen. Meg could've followed in Mack's footsteps and became an attorney. Maybe Meg's husband is slightly older and has been married before, and Meg runs into the same issues with helping to raise her husband's child from his marriage that Karen had with Annie, but we get to actually see the child in more than one episode. The child and Karen develop a bond, and Karen gives her daughter advice on how to deal. We can get appearances from Abby and introduce new families on Seaview Circle too.

THIS! Eventually if they want the channel to succeed not only, they will have to have some sort on-demand option but other shows as well i.e. Dallas, Sisters, and other Lorimar/WB primetime dramas.

As soon as I started watching it, I remember having seen the part with Dinah Lee getting the necklace from Curtis.

I think Emily O'Brien would be a great recast for Mary Warwick on Bold and Beautiful. But I can't see her as Lulu. My longtime wishful casting for Lulu has always been Alexa Havins.

I know she hasn't done daytime, but another name came cross my mind was Jasmine Guy. She does live in Atlanta, and she is a triple threat as actress, dancer and singer. But I wonder if they want Betty to be played by someone with Daytime experience?

THIS! I think another issue is that none of the umpteenth writers and producers didn't know who Curtis Alden was supposed to be. Was he the sardonic Alden relative? The war vet? or the antihero romantic vying for women against his father or best friend? but sadly, they went for the headcase at the end.

I love it when more of Loving, especially from the early years, comes available. I just finished watching the 1983 episode, and I can spout Doug Marland's influence, which was with the Donovan's congregating in the family kitchen, as this is the first time I've seen Rose and Patrick. The episodes I've seen were when they were in Florida, and even in this episode, they were talking about them moving there. I also like seeing the young adult scene, as you can see the familial relationship between Curtis and Jack while Lorna was flirting with Mike but still believing she had a chance with Doug despite his upcoming wedding to Merill. Meanwhile, it seems Rita Mae and Billy were on a different show altogether, even if Curtis is involved in their story.
