  1. Press on scene on CNN say he was moving slower than usual and seemed tired.
  2. They just showed up-close video of him. He waved to press, did not speak, walked (masked) to the chopper. Yes. The close-up video is above.
  3. Everyone on all the networks basically says the WH is lying about Trump being fine and it's very serious.
  4. He just left without speaking to press.
  5. He wasn't trying to shut down the stimulus - he was scared of the bad press over the lack of more stimulus, and tried to do a lame stopgap measure to substitute for it which was counterproductive for everyone and still has barely reached anyone, me included. Trump wants a deal on stimulus; it's the GOP Senate and Meadows that have fought it. Carl, you know I love you but I am sorry, this is completely off-base and IMO not remotely based in what's happening. That is conspiracy theory.
  6. I grew up less than five minutes from Walter Reed. My parents will be my mole on the inside. A live deathwatch on the WH lawn with a medical emergency is not the material they want for a 74-year-old obese man who is down by 10. Stop trying to invent nightmare fantasies where Trump can turn this to an amazing comeback.
  7. It is not a PR work. Please, please, I beg people, stop assuming this man is some sort of invincible god-king with an incredible mastery of the media when he fails literally all the time and has had countless media disasters for over four years and is between 7-10 points behind as of the last polls. There is cynicism or fear and then there is nihilistic self-own fantasy, and we're all better than that. Further, it serves the right. On a side note, if anyone needs something uplifting.
  8. The media isn't trying to portray it, the WH is. And it's not working. If he was alright we'd have seen him on TV today like they'd hoped for. This PTSD fantasy bullshit needs to stop. He's got it. Move on.
  9. Yeppp. Yo @Wendy there's more:
  10. I liked both Burkes, but Mitchell Ryan was always a very formidable presence in film and TV, including later soaps, and is so much stronger in the show's first year-plus than George. They were invested in Ryan and it showed. I always thought Burke should've come back for revenge, given the open question of whether Barnabas had crashed his plane. (I had envisioned him resurfacing on a revival as some ancient tycoon out to destroy Barnabas for what his adventures led to for Vicki.) The portion near the end of '67, right before 1795, where everything is coming apart and Barnabas is out to murder Julia and she's on the run, Carolyn is his thrall, etc. was terrifying to me as a kid watching on Sci-Fi. It felt like anything could happen and it was extremely tense episode to episode. I don't know how much of it was from the original draft of the storyline, in which Barnabas would've killed Julia before being vanquished himself. I also identified with David at that age (I was about the same age) and he was on heavy rotation later at that point because he was on to Barnabas - I didn't know what would happen to anyone, the kid included.
  11. Wondering what the demon sperm doctor thinks? Wonder no more!
  12. Idiotic.
  13. The Regeneron treatment is allegedly a) experimental and not yet public-approved and b) a serious step for "compassionate use" in severe circumstances.
  14. That is textbook early symptoms, BTW. "Fatigued but in good spirits". We haven't seen or heard from him in almost 24 hours. The admin were gung-ho very, very early this AM to try to get him on TV to prove he is functional and well enough to govern. If that was going to happen, if he was capable of it, it would have by now or very, very soon.
  15. No tweets, no sign.
  16. Had a feeling this was coming when Senate Republicans began getting nervous a few days ago breaking ranks with nihilist Mitch, saying there had to be a relief deal before they left DC. Knock on wood, but I think Pelosi's gambit worked.
  17. You will be! They can't let those two be in the same space.
  18. This shít is gonna move fast and I suspect we're not gonna see him on TV today or this weekend, which says a lot since the WH has been desperate to get him on TV today to prove he is functional.
  19. Exactly. He spends at minimum the next two weeks of the last stretch of the campaign in isolation being seen as ailing and on the verge of death. The entire GOP is thrown into disarray for fear of coronavirus. The SCOTUS process may even be derailed or delayed. And this is some brilliant scheme? Nope!
  20. It's not a stunt, lol. Trump is a germaphobe. He hates appearing physically weak. To him the appearance of strength is everything, hence his fake crackpot doctor claiming he is super healthy and fit when he first took office. This runs counter to all of that. He's already symptomatic. And this has sent his WH and the GOP into even more chaos, which is the opposite of what they need a month before Election Day. Y'all need to get this vision in your heads of Trump the master schemer pulling the strings out of mind - he has never been that. Ever. He's just an idiot. I know it might be more comforting to imagine he's some secret evil genius based on everything we've been through that he has wrought on America, but a supervillain didn't do it. A fool did.
  21. That's Fox. That's not the rest of the world. They're grasping for straws. Even they were angry at him yesterday for not condemning white supremacists.
