As The World Turns Discussion Thread
I know Jennifer Crutchfield from Retro TV has had some contact with SBH re: her husband Patrick having been on TD. When Jennifer was trying to get cast members together from that show for the Retro TV specials, Patrick Horgan was one of the people on her list. Keep in mind this was pre-pandemic. Susan told Jennifer that Patrick wasn't up to it - partly because he is 91 and partly because he still has unhappy memories of how he was treated and then fired by Joe Stuart. But since Jennifer and Retro TV have been working in tandem with The Locher Room putting the chats with TD cast members together, hopefully she will ask Susan if she would take part in any future writer/producer chats. She worked in both capacities for ATWT and OLTL.

Any Capitol Fans Here?
If I hadn't already been planning to watch it, I'd watch it based on that reason alone. Thanks. š I've seen bits and pieces of CAP on YT, but it's not a show I know that much about. Still, I always love hearing behind-the-scenes stories from all soaps and this was chock full of them. God bless Todd Curtis in his cancer battle. It looks like he still has many soap colleagues in his corner. šā¤

Gee, I wonder why? Someone wouldn't be planning to barricade himself inside, would he? What a wimp.

Did any of you see how black his hands look? He must be on serious blood thinners. I'm still shocked he hasn't dropped dead by now. Am I an awful person for wishing he was dead?

He must have liked soaps because he also played himself as a Hope Memorial Hospital patient on TD in 1974.

Ironically, he spent several years here in Cleveland before moving on to NYC in 1971. The headline in the Plain Dealer, which was and still is the major paper here said, "Garbage Mouth Goes to Gotham"!! ššššš

I actually sent her a message to be sure. Here's what the Suzanne on FB said: "Iām afraid I did not play Betsy, but how nice of you to write! As it turns out, my cousin did direct ATWT, Heather Hill, so I do have some connection. Wishing you well, as well, warm regards, Suzanne" I guess mystery solved!

Further proof that Rand Paul deserves to be put in a mental ward just like the rest of this horrible administration. Sickening. Hats off to the folks in Wisconsin who made sure an important message got out in such a way that the Crybaby-in-Chief couldn't intercept. God bless them!!! š
