  1. Actually... B&B: B The leadup to Sheila being exposed as shooting Finn and Steffy and the Twist at the End of the Month were well paced for me on a show where there are episodes that are just talking episodes. And then you had Donna/Eric/Quinn starting. And then there was the mess with Grace/Carter/Paris popping in and out. So there were a few things on the side going on, too. Y&R: B Surprisingly this has probably been the most interested since Mal Young went left in his run. Diane's return has recharged everything and the writers ran with it. And I liked Teriah's wedding when I was not expecting, too. The only misstep I found that after being so heavy at the start of the month, the Ashland story vanished. And there is still too much stop start going on (Rey's death, Chance's PTSD, Imani/Nate/Elena) for my taste. GH: C Almost done and while I've enjoyed it, I can't deny that after Harmony's excitingly paced reign of terror, the momentum got lost. It just felt like the pieces were there, the potential was there, but...nothing. DAYS: N/A I'm back on March. lol.
  2. Yeah for me it would be Y&R Glow by Jabot DAYS The Last Blast Crew GH Liz/Lucky/Nik/Emily (honorable mention to Robin/Brenda/Jagger/Karen/Jason/AJ) OLTL Star/Cole/Langston/Markko
  3. Nice to see TJ in that top 10.
  4. Well to be fair, Scott and Darin really took up gym-ing hard core right before the pandemic and it shows. They even did a joint interview on it. And while I'm loving it...LORD...Li is giving Sheila a run for her money in the 'coming across a little crazy' department. And yes @Faulkner. Jennifer's bod is on point. I am jealous. Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah, I want to say the last time Heather was on either as a talk to to Carter at the very start of the Carter/Paris story or a brief check-in scene with Brooke after Ridge moved in with Taylor and Steffy. I might be wrong though.
  5. 6-1 You know what? At this point, I'm going to need Ashland to lash out now that Kyle and Summer (and Victor) did the restraining order on him and he can't see Harrison. That is the only real father he has known and it just played wrong for me. Diane is playing Phyllis like a fiddle and I'm here for it. That Diane smirk when Phyllis lost it in time for Jack to hear her was a thing of beauty. She doesn't have to do a thing really. Phyllis will always be her own worst enemy. Yeaaah Elena's dream was funny. But...given how her and Nate got together...she should be worried.
  6. I thought they did continuity well for the Sean tribute. Or at least they built up to the episode throughout that week. I do wonder if this episode will reveal who really targeted Luke though given the wording.
  7. Thank you for the 54 Director's Cut tip. That said...thank you for this thread, Faulker. Birthday week and I've totally forgot about it. I am curious...especially since one of the actors is playing a gay God over on LEGACIES in a funny case of typecasting...but just haven't found the time. And oh how I miss Conrad on HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER...
  8. You made me go look because I was really curious because I loved Kelly getting it over on Brooke back then and was sad she was not there in Season 2. But wow. Her resume and how beautiful she looks. I was just as shocked to find that Dylan grew up to get between Felicity and Ben. I was like WHHHHATTT!!!! THAT was Dylan? Cuz I HATTTTTEDDD Greg. lol.
  9. RHODubai It began with Caroline Stansbury. For those who don't know or remember she was the HBIC on a little Bravo show called LADIES OF LONDON. For better or for worse, she would keep those girls jumping. Whether her business was thriving or falling apart, you could count on Caroline to still keep a stiff upper lip as she took on everyone. Fast forward to this new show...WOW. She really and truly has mellowed with time. The only sign of old Caroline I saw was at the end at the dinner when she joined in the mess with Caroline B after it had been resolved. Why? Because SHE CAN. And she does not like Ayan. Which brings me to this show. Caroline Stansbury is now a Boss Bitca...in a group of Boss Bitca. Uh oh? I thought it was a good premiere as well. They definitely felt like a group of friends...with the complications that come with it...which was a plus. We had a native to narrate us. And we had wealth. Nice unashamed wealth. And of course, the petty fighting and shade that would come with a HW show. And that made up for the slow start for sure. Because that dinner fight was hilarious. CAROLINE. Well...still all about Caroline. LOL!!! The fact that the main drama has to do with a not-invite to her Hen party lets us know that she is still about being the center of attention. And apparently recovered from her work crash. Interesting that she is technically already married, but has to do a second wedding to keep up appearance as well as be accepted in a way in Dubai society. But through it all, I just could not believe that she was so chilled. Nice even. But it was only at the end of the episode that OLD Caroline popped out by letting herself get messy with Ayan. Will she run the roost here like on LoL? Time will tell. AYAN. ICON. lol. She was off and running this episode. And I'm not bugged at all. All shows need a diva and she most definitely is one. Funnily enough not what I expected after the trailers. So I wonder at what point she will be humbled and will she lose her edge when she does. Loved all her stuff with Lesa. They were given GEB 2.0 and I'm here for that. Cuz that lunch was shady AF before Lesa called Brooks. Speaking of Brooks, I look forward to her rivalry with her because it screams fun petty drama. THE MILAN. So this is who Nuthin and Cheap has been talking about. hehe. My kind of Bougie. So far, she is just so beautiful, witty, and fun shady. Not mention messy. And like I said, I thought her and Ayan was hilarious. BROOKS. Oooooooooo childe!!! She is soooooo messy. But 'Jealous? Of you? With that stiff wig making you look like a scarecrow!' took me ALL...THE...WAY...OUT!!!! I love her. NINA. I also like her. Nice, but firm. Voice of reason? SARA. There is something that draws you in. Her eyes. Her vibe. Just something that I cannot put my finger on it. I cannot wait to see more of her. She just appears so unconventional and I love her trying to help her son get over his fear of heights and talking about Dubai old and new. Good start.
  10. Oh...? In time. I would love to watch them now as an adult to see how I feel vs how I was as a teen.
  11. Juat what I needed to see at the start of my bday week.
  12. Madonna and FORBIDDEN LOVE come to mind. But seriously...money grab.
  13. Thank you @All My Shadows and @SFK for the Tubi tip on SWAN CROSSING and recent chatter in the FIFTEEN thread.
  14. 5-24 I love that KA has grown so well in her recast role of Taylor. And this episode was just a case in point for me. We have Mom Taylor, Shrink Taylor, Damsal in Distress Taylor, etc and she has been nailing it, but we haven't seen Fierce Fighting for Herself Taylor and I loved her being defiant with Brooke even if she is not in the right. Poor Eric in between the two of them. I continue to feel that Quinn is going to find out about Eric/Donna by that ring she made. And oh, look. Grace has popped up again.
  15. RHOM So Lenny is trying to get the courts to kick Lisa out of the manison. Just...ugh. And during filming, too.
  16. THIS. Though I feel they have the potential for a good triangle with all three that could have legs here. Then you have been missing out, OzFrog. Because over the last months I do feel they have given that group frequent scenes to touch base. I want to say the most recent being late May. And I loved that Maxie came with Nina to the courthouse because I've felt that Maxie got with Austin and just vanished at the start of the month.
  17. 5-23 Now that I made it to the Liz reveal...you know I'm talking about it. LOL!!! From the mouths of babes. That was not what I expected. Go, Violet. Though it is funny that usually Finn figures out things (this with Liz, the paternity pickle with Chase) by a slip of the tongue. Sherlock Holmes he ain't. And I have to admit...now that it is being called sleepwalking and Liz mentioned pills...it was giving me shades of DAYS's Nighttime Hope. *shivers* I did like the acting throughout though BH was practically giving it away that she was not in her right mind 5-19 leading into the reveal episode on 5-20. So the story turns and we get to question where it is going now. I'm always going to be here for Quartermaines feuding so I'm here for Valentin managing to get under Ned's skin and now we have Ned vs Drew and Michael. And I enjoyed Ned vs Drew and throwing the fact that he's always been at ELQ in some form or other with Brooklyn as referee. I was confused though. I thought Valentin had took care of the producer for Brooklyn so why was he back, waving her songs over her again. And YES, I enjoyed Bobbie vs Nina. And rewinded quite a few times because they went in on each other and it was deliciously vicious with them throwing each other pasts (and age) at each other. Speaking of throwing...look at Brad throwing Carly and Sonny keeping Michael from AJ in Carly's face, JS. Someone over there is really keeping track of history again so
  18. Sadly...not shocked.
  19. Yeah, given that Jack has a history of juggling two women...Phyllis and that character Cady Mclain play recent past comes to mind...I would not at all see it as OOC for Jack. Especially when (not if) Phyllis snaps on Diane. But insane...for sure as well. That was something I noticed as well during the Nikki vs Diane scene I saw. As much as I miss AD, there has been times SW has been channeling her and God bless her for that. I was worried that since it was AD and MW's versions of Diane that really interacted with the Newmans, that that would be lost, but she has been doing great...staying haunted for the most part, but sllooowly and surely bringing out old Diane.
  20. And don't forget the nurses in that friend group list. But seriously, I enjoy seeing plot form, take a turn, and even merge with another plot and forming an umbrella, but even I wanted a little more time before that...it felt too soon and like he was just wanting to because Ava was not sexing him and Esme wasn't getting any from Spencer either. And while he believes Spencer is into Esme or not, it just does not seem like something that Nik would do. At least not this quickly. A shame because at least I've enjoyed Esme pulling the wool over his eyes so far. And it could have been a fun cat and mouse if Nik was trying to get the goods on her at parallel to Spencer doing the same. But they just wrote him stupid...only doubting Esme's intentions ONCE. I like Sonny and Nina. And while they have had erbs and flows, at least it was slowly built up enough to make sense. And speaking of Ava... OH? Well if she's going to be running around like 90s Sami Brady...lol.
  21. BH OMFG! Producer Kyle + Producer Garcelle x TagTeam = Great episode!!! I know Cat and I were discussing that thread last week about how both ladies like to play Ghost Producer on the cast. But this episode...them working TOGETHER on the girls...that was a thing of beauty to me. Cuz that was messy as h@ll. I cannot at all say they did not give a good show. Unfortunately, it not only caused some interesting drama outside of the 'Everyone Pounce on Sutton' storyline, but it has the potential to have the unexpected effect of friction between Garcelle, Sutton, and Crystal. But...it did give some drama. I mean when you think about it...they started off individually...Garcelle working EricFake, Kyle working Crystal...only to hit on Crystal vs Sutton. Again, I felt Garcelle was coming from a good place. Last week, I said she likes to keep everyone accountable. Including her friends. And this was the flaw in that...what if your friends don't like you doing that? Better that it's out in the open true, but I still gave some side-eye to her. One thing I can say...while it still had the usual BH pattern of sticking to one issue...it felt fresh...probably because the drama did not seem fake. And there was comedy in Garcelle dropping the son working for LVP tea. 3 seasons on and that Coven is STILL obsessed. lol. #staypressed KYLE. Let me just go ahead and say that I LOVE her boots at Sutton's opening. lol. Two for two on her putting in the work this week. First, she was eavesdropping on Garcelle's talk to Crystal. And then she stirred that pot without Sutton around. And once they were at Sutton's event...BOOM!!! The tag team that her and Garcelle were doing. I think she was even in awe at how Garcelle brought up things with her ability to try to NOT let things go. Of course, she cannot be trusted. After all at the start of the episode, she kept saying she was too drunk to remember everything, but then there she was at the end of the episode, saying she remembered it all. Whatever, Kyle. PS. Love she is STILL bothered by LVP. DORIT. Just when it appeared that she was getting back to normal...there's this last scene of the episode. Yeah, that was sad to see after seeing her have some humor. Though I side-eyed her for thinking Sutton was self centered for not warning her of the cameras (and of course Kyle was there to stir the pot). Girl, you are on a reality tv show. You KNEW those cameras would be there. EX SOAP OPERA STAR. And so it begins...the decline of Lois. And already I found it triggering. Le sigh. I guess it's because we already know how this will end. The fact that LISA RINNA does not yet, but is being a concerned child, is enough. I really, really don't think I can sit through what's coming. ERICFAKE. Don't worry, Boo. NO ONE missed you at Sutton's event. And...didn't your lawyer tell you to not say lies in public. ESPECIALLY about orphans, widows, and burn victims? JS... DIANA. SUTTON. Honestly? Unless Production is going to pull out some NEVER BEFORE scene we the audience don't know about, I am assuming that they are talking about what we saw. The 'I don't see color' scene. That was problematic enough. Other than that, she was good this episode. Still ignoring that fake pop star. Being happy her designer made it into the country (good job with continuity Production!!!). And she did not shy away from the drama. Though I do feel uneasy with Garcelle 'producing' her. That is going to taint their friendship if she's not careful. CRYSTAL. Hmmm...well we always said that she was easily manipulated. SMH. But yeah, I don't like that she would bring up something and then...won't mention it all. Then why mention it? While I can understand that she and Sutton are in a better place now so why ruffle feathers...it does seem like a dangerous thing to do. I also thought it was very interesting that she was trying to appeal to Garcelle as a WOC in that last group scene since did not Garcelle deal with the same thing last season and was met with nothing? I might have to give her some side-eye. GARCELLE. Love her, but this was the first episode where I felt like rather than just bring everything up so no one is hiding anything, Garcelle was coming across as calculating. And I dislike saying that, but it was true. Getting Crystal to come to the house. Being sure that Sutton knew what Crystal said. Working (along with Kyle) to get Crystal to say what was said. Warning Sutton about her 'new friend.' And of course, continuing to show EricFake is inherently cold, lying through her teeth. And of course...her joke about LVP and her son. Which of course felt like she wanted to let that cat out of the bag now so the Coven does not try to use it against her later. It also had them pressed. It also proved she continued to be ten steps ahead of all of them. Hmmmm... And next week looks like it will be a doozy, too. OMG she is and her intro was iconic.
  22. Yeah, I feel like they are at least going to do it twice. And I would like Ava to get a well timed slap in before Esme gets preggers.
  23. I haven't got there yet. 😩 Still a little bit behind. Just got to Nikki vs Diane at Crimson Light today.
  24. RHOM Ahhh...the last part of this cast trip. And it...was a wild kinda of chaos!!! Larsa's jewelry launch. Lisa's bday celebration. And Julia...sweet Julia...and her 'illness.' *cough*Hangover*cough* And lest, I forget...Nicole vs Marysol. It was good clean fun...perfect for tonight's BH and DUBAI launch. And to think...Larsa and Nicole started the season with interesting side-stories, but little group interaction. Now...they are in the thick of it. And it's fun to watch. LARSA'S JEWELRY LAUNCH Okay. I confess. I have never seen Season 1 of RHOM all the way through. I've seen it in parts. And I remember not being around to tell Larsa and whatshername apart. So I have very little opinion of her. So it was nice to see her about her launch. It was nice to see her daughter again. She really has a nice relationship with her, so different from how self centered I felt her to be. That said...I wished she had been a little stronger with Adriana being messy, but I understand why she would not. She had to have a good game face for those investors. Speaking of Adriana...her wardrobe this episode. SMH. I cannot with her. Everyone else is bringing almost always and our former diva...is looking like some weird bag lady. I can't. I giggled at Guerdy just taking charge like THAT. You can get the woman from her business, but not the business out of the woman. I LOVE that. I have those moments even though I'm currently out of the restaurant business, if not the industry. LISA'S BDAY CELEBRATION A WHOLE DJ!!!! GO ON, LARSA!!! I liked this. Just like at the launch, these ladies, even with drama going on and events, really and truly come across as a real group of friends. And that was clear here when they put aside their beefs to give Lisa a good time. And even Larsa made the time (and currently right now...a little tea...they have been bonding during S5 filming ) outside of her event to do this. Cute. And YAASSSSS at the shade. I side-eyed at Nicole too saying her crush was John Mayer, giggled at Adriana's crush on Brad Pitt, and all the ladies trying to guess Larsa's crush. MJ? That could be anyone. But I agree with Guerdy. Is it Michael B Jordan? Because while I love him...just from articles I've read and things I've heard, it did kinda sound like him...though as far as physicality...well...we all know it ain't...uh...small. And I liked that Larsa played along with the girls. Dare I say it...she seem...human and not as fame hungry as she appears to be? *cough*HANGOVER*cough* Hahahaha!!!! Larsa you ain't wrong!!! I do the same to soooo many people. In fact, I take a look at them and say 'Diet Coke.' And they don't get it. Inexperienced drunks. hehe. But that was craaaaazy!!!! They were all concerned and Adriana was a regular mama bear. Meanwhile, you had Nicole being a doctor and they were not listening to her. So Miami... Speaking of... NICOLE VS MARYSOL It felt weird to me. More in that Nicole was arysol in the old days while Marysol was being very Lea Black to me. On one hand, I cannot fault Nicole. Marysol started it. She owned what she said. And she gave a logical reason for why she thought Marysol did it. On the other hand, is Marysol wrong? Is Nicole starting mess? Or is Marysol just trying to stay relevant? I guess time will tell. I am curious to see where it goes. Good fun episode.
  25. 5-25 Get her, Nikki!!!! Oooooh it has been a minute since I've seen a Nikki dressing down. MTS just gives good bitca. And there's just something in how she pronounces each and every syllable that just gets me chills even when she's being uppity. But those Diane vs Nikki scenes were worth the wait. And it's good to see Nikki gives good slap still. Though I also giggled at them having that catfight and there is only one person there. Who gave good reaction shots throughout, but still... I actually liked the NuSummer/Phyllis scenes and Jack/Kyle scenes. Oooh the ribbing Kyle was giving Jack for doing the walk of shame. And Phyllis is soooo going to lose it. And it seems Diane's seed that she planted in Jack's mind is already starting to grow, causing friction between Phack. I cannot believe that after having some build to it...the Ashland story has stalled. And all he does is wander around like a lost spirit. I do like all the scenes he had with Kyle, NuSummer, and Harrison. But I guess he's overdue some fire to fight back again. And I hollered at Imani having to sit at that table and have Amanda and Elena retell about Hilary, Amanda appearing, Devon/Elena/Nate, and she just sipped her tea like a shady B. Because all of that happened and those girls are STILL friends??? Get out!!! She played those scenes perfectly. I do also like Elena is not oblivious to Imani's interest in Nate. Good.
