RHOM So far...RHOP...and then SLC (which I will get back to momentarily hehe)...and now my REAL babies RHOM!!! Oh, how I've looked forward to watching it in real time with the rest of you. So I'm so sad that my December work schedule has completely gotten in my way. And I'm on Episode 4. But...am I loving it? So far...yes. As most of you know I was worried about RHOM's transition back to Bravo. Seeing the Peacock episodes, it looked so colorful and vibrant and breathtaking. Cinematical actually. So far for me...there is STILL slight worry. The confessionals don't look the same. And...especially on Episode 1...I felt the transitions were too gimmicky for me. But I am just happy to see them as they air so I guess I should just STFU. lol. And so far...everyone (even Julia to my surprise) have come to play. I loved that the first episodes have been about fallout from the reunion. Especially for Alexia...who is looking like she will be having another telenovela year. But...redemption? Because as much as I have always loved her and loved her in Season 4, Season 5 was a bad look for her. So it was good to see her work on getting redemption from the fans cast this year. And starting with Julia of all people was inspired? Speaking of Julia, there she is calling out Marysol's pot-stirring in the first episode. She was giving S7 RHOA Cynthia and I don't mind that given how I felt about S7 Cynthia. lol. And then you have Lisa and Larsa with their new man and still giving story. And last but not least...I've become an actual stan for DOCTOR Nicole...showing off all that wealth and luxury. Oh, I died watching her boat shop. And then...finally...Guerdy... If Season 5 was Lisa's year due to the divorce. It feels like from what I've see online, this season is going to be all about Guerdy. And just like people are dragging Juan's Roommate as I type this, people have been dragging Larsa for weeks now due to her part in this. And the thing is...just like I mentioned when I was discussing SLC Monica vs Lisa, here with Guerdy vs Larsa...it looked like it was just going to be a petty feud (Larsa feeling Guerdy is being fake and two-faced; Guerdy saying Larsa IS fake) has turned into something else (Guerdy's cancer diagonsis). And yes, Cancer is a trigger for a LOT of people...including me. So it seems like I might be angry at some point at Larsa who actually won me over last season. And then Martina just went through cancer, too...Larsa truly is self-absorbed, ain't she? As for Episode 3, I feel... ALEXIA. I mentioned that Alexia was on her apology tour this season. So far, so good. Perhaps if this was the ole Las Cubas, she would be able to move the way she wants to, but this is a NEW Miami. However, as moves go, she did good. She made up with Nicole, Julia, and Adriana. And those are good moves since they have influence over the group...and also could be coming for her throne of Queen of Miami at some point. And she hosted the first main group event at her house. But Alexia wouldn't be Alexia if she was not having some drama. And it's with Todd (they do WHAT in the bedroom?). Right now, it's a small boil, but it looks like it will grow because Adriana knows AND they are appearing to be using her as a scapegoat, too. And Adriana...is the REAL queen of messy drama. So...hehe. LARSA. Last season I liked that she felt more involved with the drama. And that appeared to be moreso this year. The relationship with Michael Jordan's son alone is giving her buzz. Moreso because he appears to be down for being filmed and a bit messy...just like Larsa. lol. And she came into the season ready to feud with Guerdy. What she was not expecting was...Cancer. What I was not expecting was her tone deafness. I was actually enjoying the potential for a petty HW feud. But when she went and told COMPLETE STRANGERS (and THEN the ladies) about Guerdy and the cancer...something that was told in confidence TO her...NO. That was just...wrong. And it sounds like she will be doubling down. NO, MA'AM. Heated. JULIA. GO ON MIAMI 50CYNT!!! lol. New hairdo, new personality for Julia. And I'm not hating. She also brought to mind Garcelle on BH. Garcelle on her first season, just sat back and observed, 2nd season she experimented a bit to see what worked in the group, and then 3rd season was producing a la Kyle. Julia was not producing as of yet, but she was getting her messy on with Marysol. Battle of the Sidekicks? hehe...I guess we will see. And she made sure to have a story through her relationship with Martina. I do wonder if they would touch on the online tweet drama. But I guess we would see. LISA. Lisa has always been a lot. And it looked like she was going to be a lot this season. LOVE it. I also love her with Jody...who I noticed had a glow-up between the reunion and now. And he's looking FOINE with that little onion butt. And them wearing matching clothes at the party was adorable. I love seeing Lisa happy. Perhaps it's because Lenny has been messy. Or it's because my personal life was a mess, too, this year so coming out the other end of it with someone on tv is a delight. That said...I agree that her friends do need to hold her accountable for her mentioning Lenny so much when she's trying to move on. But...in time. And there is still mess with Lenny so she has a storyline I want to watch as well. NICOLE. QUEEN. I could watch her be rich all day long. And I've been loving that. And she will always have story due to her (may he rest in peace) father. Which I am looking forward to seeing the next step. Nothing much on her yet, but she's been like that for two seasons now. More background at the start of a season and then she emerging. Can't wait. GUERDY. Guerdy, Guerdy, Guerdy. Where do I begin? First of all, I want a husband like Russell. Fine. Well off. And most importantly, is there for me. And she's been there with her every step of the way. And I love that. And if she did not have to deal with cancer, she would be having mess with Larsa. And I've been liking her journey. Loved that she is definitely and showing it all. And I really loved she went to Julia and Martina to see what she could expect. And I loved her general navigation of it all. MARYSOL. Can we have the old Marysol back? lol. Cuz I've over the silly drunk who wants to hate on Adriana and not move on. Didn't Lea Black call her out on this mess in the old seasons? So I was loving Miami 50 Cynt gathering Marysol all the way together at Alexia's party. ADRIANA. YOU BETTA GIVE ME THAT RAVEN HAIR, GIRL!!! She's gotta her fi-ya hehe back and her hair and I love it!!! And I fangirled seeing her with Mr. Gloria Estefan again. If only they could have gotten Gloria herself on camera. I would have lost it. lol. I loved she has her own group with Nicole, Julia, and Guerdy. And I love that she has made amends with Alexia. But here she goes again being messy about Todd. smh. But...that's my Brazilian beauty. Welcome back, Miami!!! I can't wait for more. When I get time. LOL!!! Great minds. Look above.

Hmmmm I would say everything from that episode up to the Sound Bowl episode is Gold to see the continuing shift alliances, more about Monica's relationship with her mother which is toxic sadly, and Monica (especially at the sound bowl event) utterly destroy Lisa with her words. Other than that, I would look for clips on the Churning (where they wear bonnets) to get the jigs of the drama. And then just jump to last week's episode...the start of their vacation cuz it was GOLD as well as a wacky start to the cast trip and typical GOOD Housewives moments and vicious drama between Little Girl (who actually has been good that episode and the episode before when her friend died) and Heather. I don't give Little Girl moments, but I was actually Team Her against Heather this past week cuz Heather was completely stirring that pot. Oh, and DO look for the Mary/Monica scene Monica had before the trip. It's hilarious!!! Outside of what I mentioned, the middle of the season does drag a bit. I liked it in terms of seeing wel...everyone's lives a little bit more (I actually really resonated with Angie K and her foine husband's date night for personal reasons & Mere and FoineSeth are also a hoot during those eps), but such a contrast to the start of the season (Episode 1 up to 9) and this past week with Episode 13...I believe. As for reunion looks, you had me LMFAO in the middle of work yesterday when I read your comment on Mary. I got looks. I like Mere, but I feel that it will look better once I see it on screen...like a lot of HW reunion looks I see and don't like, but when it is on screen, it POPS. And I totally agree about Monica. She did that.

12-1 Finally caught up enough. It does help that the holiday threw off CBS's player so they were are deleting episodes early. lol. I made it to the reveal. And...??? I admit that I'm intrigued. First of all, I'm so happy to have CZ on a soap again. And she's been playing it to the hilt. I've been loving her. And anyone who can go toe to toe with Victor in the cuss out department was win. And that last camera frame at the house with Jordan in the walls...I got shivers. It was old school Y&R gothic and I didn't mind it at all. Second of all, credit where it's due we at least did get some build-up to Claire and the mystery of who she was. So whoever thought otherwise...well...no. Still, I'm not sure how I feel about her being Eve. I vaguely remember Victoria, Cole, and Eve. And it's a shame we can't get flashbacks (though I love the Eve flashbacks since I was not around and only read of her) cuz it as HT Victoria. I definitely feel invested and the dark and gothic tone (and music) drew me in. But is there any wiggle room to make this plausible? At least when they did the changeling storyline on OLTL back in the day with Jess/Natalie there was enough wiggle room to doubt (and thankfully it was corrected before the show ended). It is inspired writing for sure. And I liked the week of the reveal, the show focused squarely on it. The first time in a good minute that I didn't mind the focus on the Newmans. And then they slowly brought everyone else back in. Bring me to... Happy to see we might still be getting Billy vs Kyle. And that Billy clued Jack in. But I live for seeing Abbott drama. And it looks like old Diane is coming back with her getting involved in Audra/Kyle/Summer...which I felt was dropped too quickly anyway. And while I don't like Ashley and Tucker basically switching roles, I can't hate on TSJ and ED's chemistry. They had a nice coda where you could just feel the sexual tension. I feel they are doing a disservice to Chance/Summer. Not that I don't want it, but having Summer being all neurotic and quirky about it when AL can sell vixen (look at her in the intro) and fire. I do like how everyone else is sloooowly seeing she has it bad for Chance. And I still don't want to see Chance not be a cop or anything involving law enforcement. Say what you will about him, but him being a do-gooder has ALWAYS been his throughline through all of the actors who played him all the way back to JD. Though Chance as businessmen would lead to more scenes with Jill which I would LOVE. So...Nate finally made it back to Chancellor-Winters? I might not like the 'twist' of how he got fired when he seem sincere about Victor's health, but that's where he should be. So...good job Mamie with the maunvering.

Speaking of final exits and given @Cat mentioned Sister Circles...given the years we all have talked about Quad, her place, and that season...this sneak peek might be some confirmation that karma is coming for Quad. Hold up @Cheap21 so M2M: DMV is not coming after all? Ugh! I swear they never give M2M spinoffs a chance.

12-1 I honestly can't believe that after having so much flow over the last few months and multiple stories, that now EVERYTHING has stalled to have the characters whine about Eric maybe dying. Okay, I can believe it, but ugh! I have been enjoying seeing so much of JG though. She's been selling Donna's connection and love to Eric.

Thank you for this. With me playing catch-up on GH, I have been wondering when the writers would return. Because GH has been good since the strikes and I felt part of that was the fact that stories were actually moving with beginnings, middles, and ends. And I would hate to see it go back to stalled storylines.

SLC So the other day, it was RHOP. And now...it's SLC's turn. But a little tea... It sounds like their reunion was one for the books. I'm definitely curious to see the fallout. Mary mentioned in her Teddi Terri Dimarco interview that everyone was against Monica, but Mary had her back. Which of course means Mary is at the reunion!!! lol. But also...that picture above with Mary makes me wonder about her status as well as Monica's status with Meredith. It appears there was an edited out part of the Mary/Little Girl dinner and Little Girl did eventually apologize to her so they might have made up?? I think that is true because there are pictures of Mary with Little Girl. I don't know how I feel about that. But I am happy to see all of these pictures of Mary interacting with people (like even with Kyle from BH of all people). Things that make you go hmmm. As for the season...I'm up to this past week's episode and...I'm still liking it. It has definitely mellowed from the start of the season. I haven't minded it much. It has been like a nice calm before the storm that will be their cast trip (which is the last four episodes apparently). It definitely has allowed for more family scenes for the ladies...for better or for worse. But...the focal point has been Monica. Well, the feud between Lisa and Monica. What has started as a petty feud (Lisa losing the ring) to a feud with some substance (is Lisa too materialistic that she's self-absorbed/is Monica just jealous of Lisa's money) has saddened into silly, not nice high school drama and trying to ice Monica out. And I don't like it. Monica, for me, has been a breath of fresh air. And the fact that she has Lisa's number and calls it CONSISTENTLY has Lisa pressed as heck. That was clear at the sound bowl event. Something that happened because Lisa was jealous that Monica did and has done since the season started...Monica can own up to when she's wrong and apologize so she mended her friendship with Angie K. Lisa clearly sees Angie K as a minion so she was butt hurt and causing a scene. A scene she started that Monica FINISHED. And that was clear again at the Churning. Heather played peacemaker and Monica was game. And she did apologize. But Lisa started it again. Not that Heather helped with that pointed game. And Lisa did not need to say it the way she said it and not expect Monica to defend herself. Monica keeps Lisa TRIGGERED. Last time I mentioned SLC, I explained why I liked Lisa aka Fabulous Ice. I was happy she found a balance between the two persona she showed on this show. But playing catch-up, I'm very NO. I would rather see her being Fabulous Ice. I have been enjoying the drama with her son and his mission and how it makes the other cast members feel as well as how it humanizes Lisa herself in a way. Because right now, she AIN'T Fabulous Ice. And if anything she's acting like Jen Shah with all of those outbursts she has been having and getting in people's faces constantly. Lisa has deluded herself into thinking she's the Queen of SLC (when we all know it's Meredith ) and the truth is that is not the case. Worse, an upstart is upstaging her so she has no choice but an ice out. Good luck with that. As for how the ladies are looking going into the cast trip... MEREDITH. After a roaring start with the rivalry with Angie K, she has taken a backseat to Lisa vs Monica. If anything I felt she's been giving comic relief with the middle parts of the seasons. Her dynamic with Seth (mmmm Seth) continues to be quirky fun to watch. The scene with her trying to set up (and failing) her podcast. Bath continues to be a running joke. And her at the Churning was a hoot. And her friendship with Lisa is back on track. She has been being a housewife at least. Best of all...none of it avoided her son. HEATHER. Well, I can say this much...her latest book event was soooo her. Lisa singing (that Monica shaded). The choir from last season. Heather bringing her humor. That said...it just looks like she's throwing anything at the wall to see what sticks this season. It's clear she is not the fan favorite anymore. Either that, or she is really just boring. At least she is still giving scenes with her daughters. But...she's too insecure. Talking about Lisa's son's mission in one breath and then getting upset Lisa has not involved her in any part of it in another breath. Being such a Pick Me for Lisa's attention still...and that was clear at the Churning. Just ugh. LITTLE GIRL. Could the wind be turning? Could I actually LIKE Little Girl? Uhhhh...NO. But I thought it was interesting during Meredith's podcast that worked that Little Girl came across as someone that was looking for Husband Number 3. Poor Justin. Like Heather, she also appears to be throwing things at the wall to see what sticks. So while all this marriage drama appears fake, Justin's feelings about it do not appear fake. So...things that make one goes hmmm. And we know I live for any moment where Mary drags Little Girl...whether it was edited or not. ANGIE K. Someone says around the Sound Bowl event, Angie K must have found out she got a snowflake due to the fact she calmed down. I happen to believe them. In the middle of the season, she has only had ONE scene with Meredith directly. Other than that, Meredith and she do not acknowledge each other Almost like the first third of the season hasn't happened. But the thing is...she continues to give. The middle person in the Lisa/Monica feud has given insight for sure on who she is. And her little date night with her FOINE husband also explained things a little more...as well as brought up more questions for me about them. So she has grown on me. LISA. I just can't defend her in this feud with Monica. I could understand at the beginning when it was still a petty feud. Now? Nope. At the skating rink, she was too nosy. At the Sound Bowl event, it was her that started from the moment she walked in. And then on top of that, she pulled from Jen Shah's playbook and tried to step up to Monica's face like she was an ATL housewife named Porsha. Girl, NO. And then using Heather's game at the Churning to verbally attack Monica and thought she was not going to get some blowback. After Monica gathered her all the way together (Monica's intelligently sounding and worded mini-monologue on streetsmarts was GOLD, Monica's intimation of Lisa is hilarious) at the Sound event. When Monica called her out at the skating rink. I mean...why try when you can't keep up verbally with someone who can also keep up with you physically? She has been nasty. And self-absorbed in a not fun HW way. Even the mission storyline is starting to fall flat in humanizing her. Monica might be jealous of Lisa for having money, but I feel Lisa is jealous that Monica can get attention just by being...herself. MONICA. THE STAR. Watching Monica have drama with her mom...AND made her walk home. Watch Monica with fun confessionals. Watch (and LOVE) Monica around Mary. Watch Monica gather Lisa effortlessly. I just been loving Monica. I am worried knowing that the last episodes are on the cast trip. And the cast trip sounds like it will be a gang-up on Monica. If the Churning is a sign...well... So...still enjoying this season. But it has not been 'all fire go' like it has been since the start though. HOWEVER definitely a bounce back from that awful Season 3. Monica is totally giving Season 5 Kenya on RHOA. And Mary...is still love.

As it should be. Most of us here do a wait period, use spoiler tags (those who know how ), or do vagueness. But we also keep in mind that a discussion thread is just that. A discussion thread. For example, just now watching the 27th, but I have some idea the reveal is this week and what it sounds like it entails, but I still want to see the how, why, and reveal of it all. Since I know what the reveal entails, I don't mind seeing what people think on the discussion thread since I am sure as of when I posted said thread Nov 30th, it had been seen by everyone BUT me cuz we know I take forever to watch my soaps. I am happy to see that I'm actually caught up on all of them to this week BUT DAYS but I don't have access so I wouldn't be. In any case...it's all good.

While I'm here...I don't like that RJ hijacked the story that should have been for Thomas with Zende. Is Zende even in the same age group with RJ? That said...Zende giving off Maya vibes pre-transgender reveal a la schemer...I don't mind at all.

Well to be fair...it's a given that there would be a reveal so that is NOT at all a spoiler. And anyone that knows me here knows that I loathe being spoiled. And even when I am spoiled, I stay vague. Thus, I ain't talking specifics. Heck, I don't know the specifics cuz...what was it I say about not wanting to be spoiled?

RHOP Now that I have something like a few minutes...lol. I hope everyone is well. There has been a lot going on good and bad, but I felt I needed a bit of a break. Which for me meant soaps and housewives. LOL!!! I'm not caught up on any shows (sorry, RHOM, but I love you. ) but RHOP. And from what I can tell online, I appear to be in the minority because I've been liking it so far. Granted M2M has been hitting it out of the gate from Episode 1, but I don't mind RHOP being a little bit slower. Moreso because they did have some fallout to deal with. Thank you, Robyn Juan's Roommate. Perhaps that's why I like it. I wanted to see Robyn punished for her lying, deflecting, and all around ditziness over Juan. And the fact that the cast AND Production have taken every...and I do mean EVERY...opportunity to clown, drag, and laugh at her is just what she deserves. Moreso because she NEEDS the money so she will film. And apparently...so will Juan now that he's jobless...a fact that EVERYONE has picked up on and picked on him and rightfully so. And then there's the fallout from Gizelle vs Candiace...and how it has divided the group. Similarly to what I said about RHOA (which I also need to finish), the group is now divided into two groups it seems. And while I love this past Sunday's episode because it was giving the Reasonably Shady episode, I know they cannot keep doing what they are doing by just ignoring each other or not showing up. So God bless La Dame for being the fence that everyone has to ride...hehe...and trying to get them together. Who knew La Dame could be such a mini producer a la Kyle/Gizelle/etc. But...not vicious. But that brings me to the nasty-ness of New Girl (who I don't like) vs Wendy. At first I liked it because it appeared to be going in the direction of a petty feud...a staple on good Housewives seasons. And the fact that Ashley was the one who started it? CLOCK IN, GIRL!!! That house ain't going to pay for itself. However, this past Sunday it appears like it's going to get nasty by throwing Wendy's mama into it...and cultural information that I'm not familiar with but am STILL sensitive to as a person...so seeing someone use it can be a slippery slope. And online already appears to be up in arms about it. But...I'll wait and see. As for the ladies....to me... LA DAME. If anyone has the memo, it's La Dame. I have laughed at her shading at the Roommate. I have hollered at her little side-plot with Messy Mia. But at the same time, she knows this group cannot stay divided. And the best way to get people together (and help herself from people saying she does not seem engaged) was to get busy. She's had group events. One on one scenes. Mini group scenes. She has been everywhere and been EVERYTHING. GIZELLE. Making her daughters her storyline? I love Gizelle's daughters so I don't mind. And it's something that gives us something REAL. Who can't relate to the kids growing up...and we have watched them grow up on this show...and head to college. It resonates. And I...and yes, I'm saying it...liked that she has not at all IMHO softballed on talking about Juan and Roommate. She actually appears to be being a friend and trying to get Roommate to open her eyes to who she's with. But...alas. And I will always live for Wendy giving her dust. ROBYN. ROOMMATE. I never thought I would see the day that I feel a dislike for a Housewife even moreso than Teddi Terri Demarco, but here we are. Or maybe that is still too soon for me because I can still feel pity for her since we know the history, but this co-dependency is just smh. And she just seems so ditzy. Has Juan really gaslighted her this much? Well...not too much if she can go and sit with New Girl and start mess, but Heaven forbid someone aims mess back at her. As Ex Soap Opera Star would say...she needs to own it. CANDIACE. Well, I always wanted Candiace focused on her career. And we are getting that. But she's been very light this year. So far. lol. Looks like she's back next week. ASHLEY. Smh. Still lying. BUT she's back to stirring the pot. And it's not bugging me like it did pre-pregancy. But we will see. WENDY. Still the target? smh. I did get a hoot out of the fact that she timed her show premiere to that episode. So...using the platform like Candiace has been. I've been enjoying watching her so far. MIA. We know I'm a Messy Mia fan. So I am happy to see her back. Just to see the fallout of her and G losing the company. And I know for sure she will give comic relief. NEW GIRL. LINT. Okay, I take it back...I saw how she treated her husband and I thought of Dr. Simone at that S5(?) M2M reunion with her warning to the husband.

Well...I thought it was interesting for sure this year. But...what did you all think of the soaps this sweeps? A B C D Oblivion?? DISCUSS!!!

I admit when I saw this...I at first did say FINALLY!!! NOW don't even come back at another character. LOL!!! That said...as I play catch up, I don't know who has been writing...and I WILL be talking about it as a later date cuz I've been enjoying the beginnings, middles, and most importantly endings to a lot of the stories since the strike was on its way and now it seems the writers are learning to shift stories, but still keep them with B, M, and Es...but I was actually enjoying how Austin was written now. Though it's a shame with the resurgence of all those Qs in the house, they couldn't play with that a little bit more. Oh, well.

Since I've been busy and not around and DID at least see his appearance at the end of last week's episode before Thanksgiving... ...FINALLY!!! I've always wondered if Cole would EVER come back into play. So I am intrigued to see what they do with him. But I've enjoyed all the returns for this anniversary year.
