Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Yeah, once I saw the synopsis for the next two episodes, I felt no desire to get to it last night and felt it could be watched later. I AM looking forward to La Dame's event. The thing that made me like her was her very first event with RAINN back in Season 2 I believe. For the first time, she did not put up a front and appeared sincere to me as she talked about her SA...something as I mentioned in the past I resonated with me. I feel this event will be no different. I also see online that they are nicely setting up for Jacqueline's return which I cannot wait to see.

Oh, I saw. But I could have swore that the last time they showed Audra, she was in bed with Kyle and he told her the truth and suggested a power play. So it was just jarring to me. But again, I know there was some episodes I missed on my player...like the one where the Abbotts dropped the Tucker/Audra/Musician dirt...and given the Claire story/Nikki story has gotten the dominant play as of late, I just figured that I missed something.

I agree with you about pairings on soaps. That said...Taylor still had options. Even now. Like for example... Finn's dad Jack. He was supposed to be trying to win Li back. And Li has great chemistry with Bill. But how about Taylor wanting a clean break from Ridge and tried for Jack once he's given up with Li. But Li actually having second thoughts since she sees Poppy with Bill and she wants to work on her marriage. And like you mentioned before Taylor and Bill have history that could be used...not to mention Bill having Li's back. What if Bill decides to try to get in-between Taylor and Jack for Li as only Bill can. Or worse...Bill THEN catches feelings for Taylor himself. Jack/Taylor/Bill/Li writes itself. OR...Deacon/Taylor start hanging around each other again. And that sets Sheila off BIG TIME. Add in Li as a Sheila taunter and that writes itself, too.

1-9 I giggled at that Luna/Poppy montage. But one thing I like about B&B, you do see the characters at work like old school soaps and I can't hate on that. I liked the RJ vs Zende fight. And look at Zende...setting Luna up like that. I continue to like how this Emma loose end is being worked into the current dynamic with Thomas/Hope & Finn/Steffy. And ooooo at this reveal of Zander of seeing the cameras and GPSing Thomas's movement.

1-8 Lord...the whiplash. I don't think the playback has been messing up again. But did they just introduced BG's character by random phone call? And then next thing I know Nikki meets him at Society? So far...I watched him acting and it made me think about all the times message boarders here mention CBS acting vs ABC acting. Cuz I felt BG was more...active?...than I'm used to on Y&R. But we will see how I feel as he keeps going? Meanwhile...when did Audra turn on Kyle? I thought they were in cahoots still? Perhaps I missed a few lines as it's been in the background as I worked. And while I was glad to see Ashley/Tucker, uh...are the writers rewriting their fight now? Cuz it seem like that was a real flashback when they first got back to town collectively.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
RHOP While I thought SLC's reunion part 1 was solid, I thought this episode...outside of the girls at the club...just so meh. It was the first time I felt bored for most of the episode this season. Regardless of the majority opinion, I had been enjoying the season. However, the division of the group really started to show. There's only so long you can have a divide with no resolution and I think for me RHOP has finally started to hit its limit on that. All one has to do is look over at RHOA who can have divides in their group (think S4 with the Talls v the Smalls, S7 Team Pretty v the Beasts, S13 Aunties v Nieces) and STILL consistently gave a good show with so much going on. And yet RHOP...cannot. Thank God for La Dame. Our beloved fence has really been doing the work. And it does help that this whole over-it trip at Austin was centered around her. It's her Triple 20 birthday and she's getting along with everybody. And she has been making it fun at least. And a drunk La Dame is a HILARIOUS La Dame. Outside of that, I continue to love the dragging of Robyn. And while I actually started to feel pity *cough*finally*cough*, I still stand by she has it coming. And will continue to do so. I also liked that finally there was some movement in that department by Candiace and Robyn confronting each other. Silly roommate...knowing she was no match for Candiace's mouth. And sadly for her, Candiace spoke nothing, but facts. The Roommate's hell is of her own making, and that's not Candiace's fault nor her problem. And social media cannot be used as an excuse when the Roommate has a whole podcast and started all of this with a Pateron account. They all take shots at each other on social media. As an Ex Soap Opera Star would say...just own it. But...it was a step toward resolution. They were talking to each other and not through others. And thank you, Wendy, for the assist for Candiace when Ashley tried to be messy in that talk, and sidelined her so Candiace and Robyn can talk. However, it's probably best if they talk alone and not in group settings. And even if they do and find resolution, there is still the matter of Gizelle. So...actually...that could be an interesting dynamic if Candiace and Robyn get back on the same page. And then...the club, the club, the club. The drag names were hilarious. The walk-off was good except for NeckHo being a hater. And the episode ended on a good note. Hopefully onward and upward, but we'll see. LA DAME. She was a hoot throughout. And I'm still inner hollering at her reaction to NeckHo's painting of hers. Nothing else to say cuz she was fabulous. GIZELLE. I can't with her. Her body language during the Candiace vs Robyn fight spoke volumes. She will probably blow out her neck if they manage to resolve their current issues. ASHLEY. Lord...BUT she WAS working for that check but getting Candiace vs Robyn popping. So I loved that Wendy sidelined her and shaded her. I hollered at 'Go on, Cactus. Go 'head, Girl' when her, Mia, and Gizelle went to see if Robyn was okay after she walked off. WENDY. The person who looked the BEST in that suit that has made its way around to all the HW shows. One thing I continue to like is that Candiace and her have each other's back in these moments. I also loved that she's not letting that mess with NeckHo kill her vibe. Per the midseason trailer, it seems at this point, NeckHo is the only one keeping that feud going anyway. ROBYN CANDIACE. She gathered Robyn all the way together. And I didn't find anything she said was wrong. And her fighting with Ashley is always to be expected so all I could do was shrug. But again...the side-assist from Wendy. *chef's kiss* MIA. I say this all the time and it's still true. Love her or hate her, Mia always gives a cast member their due whether she gets along with them at that moment or not. NECKHO. Lint. Earlier today, the synopses for the next two episodes was released. And outside of seeing the children of La Dame and Gizelle interact with each other...oh and the clip of Mia being messy with Juan/Robyn cuz the drag...it seems like we are in for a slum. And I was planning social time out anyway cuz mini-holiday work-wise. Does not seem like I'll be missing much tonight. Dr. Nicole is busy having her second child and being fabulously rich and needs NO clout. Annamarie need to be focused on her own man before she comes for anyone.

Shocked. I gasped. My mind immediately went to Susan. He's been around forever growing up. In terms of days, I can't help, but think of him singing...after years of hearing him mentioned before ever seeing him on DAYS...loring Hope out of Princess Gina. One of my favorite DAYS scene and I was sold on Bill as a character and their clear connection to each other RIP.

I admit when I typed that the first thing that I came to mind was Sharon's father...something fans have been asking about for decades now. But I feel I've given up the ghost on that. Unless Sharon becoming a businesshead leads to that...which would be inspired. I love that idea of a shady half-brother for Sharon, too. We haven't had a male (non-psycho) schemer...outside of Tucker now...since Kyle came back as a bit of schemer. But of course, I think half-brother and shady and think younger. Love.

1-5 What in the world was THAT? When I heard that Sharon was going to get an episode, I admit that I was excited. A story about Sharon? Perhaps some flashbacks? Especially looking at the synopsis for the episode? I will give it that it started promisingly enough. But it turned into a mess by the time they re-enacted that silly performance of Nick/Sharon 5 Year Ago Breakup. Though I did like Mal Young's version of Sharon and him repairing her after years of character destruction. 'Mess with me, and YOU'RE be the one left in a puddle' Sharon still lives rent-free in my head from that period...and I grew to loathe Mal Young. And it was all about what? Her going after Nick again? Not that I'm not a Nick/Sharon fan, but even this silly episode pointed out that she loved him more than he loved her and he has always hurt her. It was nice to see that acknowledged for sure. But unless, the show is about to get cancelled, I have actually grown to enjoy Nick and Sharon apart. I also expected more of a fight between her and Summer over Chance. But alas. I did like how she did the breakup though. But...where does Sharon go from here? Or is she just going to fade into the background since she's the Elizabeth Webber of Y&R?

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
THIS. I went back and watched that scene where Monica talked about auditioning so apologies because I thought Monica had said it word for word, but I agree with you. I didn't factor in that it was a process (we all remember the OTHER women who almost joined this season?) so Monica might have done it in stages and MIGHT have said that and Production is trying to discredit her. So... THIS, too. +1 Also THIS.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
SLC I thought that was a good start to the reunion. If I was honest...I would say the ones who came out well...or perhaps the word I should use is performed well...was Monica, Meredith, and Angie K. Yes, I'm sincere on that last one. Ever since this morning when they dropped the Meredith clip, I knew she would do well. She was the heroine of this show after all. LOL. But I just giggle at how these ladies keep forgetting she has a LAW degree. So they have to aim correct in order to get her. So watching Meredith wiggle out of their attempts to bait her with verbatim wording AND the receipts to back it up is hilarious. Even everything Monica said so far tonight has tracked as well and so far she's not flinching either...even with that lame attempt by Gizelle...I mean Heather...with the recording...I'll get into that in a sec. And then Angie K...honestly...for all that was dished at her tonight...I have to give her her due that I felt she at least was putting up a serious fight and explain herself well except for ONE thing...that really blows her out of the water when one things of it. And I'm already looking forward to Monica activating Mary next week. MONICA. I'm just going to go ahead and start with her. They haven't really even touched on the finale yet, but but I felt she came across well. Why? Because she did what she has done (outside of the RVT reveal) since she started...be transparent. Her revealing she emailed/auditioned Production to be on the show...and Production backing her with the rollback word-for-word...was telling...and TRUE. Cuz did anyone like Season 3? Also she said what she said about Jen's case at the start of the season so her correcting Andy tracked. And yes, she lied about the video recording Gizelle...I mean Heather played about Kim K. But...she OWNED that...and didn't even flinch. No one...and I do mean NO ONE...has a moral leg to stand on in any HW group (especially that one) when they are in it for the same thing...exposure that can (hopefully) lead to fame and fortune. If anything, she did it BETTER than anyone in that group and simply put...creepy though she may be...that is truly the REAL reason why they seem bothered....when they should be bothered by 1) the lengths she went to and 2) that she IS NOT the only one. I mean...Gizelle...I mean Heather...still has her hairstylist. So...*shrugs* I loved she gathered Angie K throughout...so much so Angie K aimed at her kids. And I did not like that when she was actually being sincere, owning and apologizing to Lisa for misunderstanding the ring incident, everyone tried to jump on her. I was like...she was having a real moment and you all were mad that she was not giving you all one. Then you are going to be mad when she checks you all. She is darned if you do, darned if you don't. MEREDITH. Heroine until the last. I thought she gave a good performance as well. I thought it was interesting that they were trying to attack her for her responses to things. And she was being forthright about her thoughts. And that resonated to me. I spent most of the last year dealing with fake friends and unnecessary drama. And what I learned from it was that the real friends are most likely going to pull you aside or (in the case of a show) will pull you aside for one on one. The point Meredith made was the real ones did try to talk to her. The fake ones...did not. And that made all the difference in how she engages or disengages. I would (and have) do (done) the same. Sometimes it's about your own truth and your own peace. Moreso why I hollered when she corrected Little Girl on perception and reality. And Meredith displaying that law degree with her wordplay with Monica's background commentary was chef's kiss to me. ANGIE K. She was dragged right and left, wasn't she? Outside of the false note of bring up kids, I thought she did well. And going back to what I said above...there was the one thing. She said tonight that the husband rumor started 30 years ago. So that means that EVERYONE had talked about it. As in the whole group. So why such a reaction during the season at all? After people have talked about it for so long, it should be easy to navigate it at this point or give it no air at all. I thought that was too telling. LISA. Honestly? Irrelevant. I am glad Production did the rollback of her talking to Heather about the ring. But here's my thing...a lot of the Lisa vs Monica mess could have been solved if she had explained that to Monica as well in the same way she did tonight. And yes, my Fabulous Ice, you DO make everything about you. Little Girl was not wrong on that. Just own it. The fact she does not anymore really is why I no longer like her like I used to. Speaking of Little Girl... LITTLE GIRL. I can't believe I'm saying this, but for all of her nonsense, I felt she came across well. And she was STILL nonsense. But I've been feeling that for the last stretch of episodes. Could I (like Mary) be finally liking Little Girl for the first time since Season 1? Hmmm. That said...she WAS looking for a moment with Lisa. HEATHER GIZELLE LITE. Heffa can't do a reunion to save her life. smh. It feels like a lot of the dislike and shade I use on Little Girl is now on her. Because...what was that? Really...what was that? You went into the finale with loud voice with her whole chest and now she's doing that very annoying thing I don't like in normal people where they say little catty comments and then get mad when I in real life gather and drag with the quickness. Technically she has the high ground so she should be able to speak up for herself. But I was annoyed at her talking about how Jen was 'toxic' when she was Jen's ride-or-die for FOUR seasons. She was whispering comments to get Left Couch stir up to attack Monica when she could easily do it herself. And her recording moment (and it was as much a moment as Meredith's receipt, but Meredith's receipts LANDED) was a lame balloon. Monica was unbothered. And...it aims at the core of why HWs would even do shows period. So it screams more hypocrisy than 'Monica is a stalker.' Sorry if that offends, but Heather cannot say anything when she's been playing a role for four seasons herself. Season One...the Mormon breaking out. Season Two...the BFF. Season Three...the Betrayed Friend. Season Four...Brainwashed Friend. It's all a mask and as Ms. Mariah Huq said herself...she showed her slip at the Season 1 reunion. And one...who knows better...can't unsee it. In fact, her whole reunion performance for me is giving Gizelle, but less polished. That said...a good start. Bring on Mary.
