And I will cry foul if they do like I've been doing. Cuz I still feel Damian being the head of Dumas as originally done was the way to go. Imagine if it was him doing this right now, sending everyone off to his villa to reveal one of his many 'ten steps ahead' moves like Damian did with the reveal of him knowing people were looking for him, Holden being a decoy, etc. A waste. And I agree. Holden has been interesting as a wild card as well. A WHOLE...OTHER...WEEK?

OMG! Not unnamed child! Yeah, I feel like the board discussed the optics then, too. So you are probably right. It was just a case of two characters who made sense story-wise. If anyone understood Finn's struggle with the bottle, it would be Alexis. Not to mention loss. And I felt intelligence-wise, they were on the same level. And I felt they had chemistry. tbf, I wanted Liz away from him with the quickness. I will never forgive how they messed up her whole 25th anniversary storyline to make it about him. lol.

Don't worry. You won't be alone on that. I've been complaining about the Dumas of it all since it became an unnecessary plot twist. And it turns out to be true what's behind it all, I'm sure I'll be on the warpath next week. Because that will make it even more unnecessary.

You know it's bad when Amanda, Audra, Damian AND ASHLEY are not enough of a draw to get me to sit down and watch. I'm playing catch up with BTG today and barely have a mind to do Y&R. And I still might do B&B first. I've let episodes drop on both. And honestly, I don't mind. Yep. Pretty much.

I believe I'm officially caught up with all of them, but DAYS and even now, I feel the same. Say what you want B&B, but I was not at all ready to throw something at my tv nearly as much as I was with Y&R in May.

I am sure someone will correct me, but I think they were more or less hook-up buddies. Though now that I'm thinking about it...it did seem like PM was circling back to maybe trying them before Finn's exit. For sure! I had one bar I frequent where THAT ws the closing song.

6-9 Honestly still a mixed bag for me. lol. I would rather continue to see the continuing A-plot-ness of the Silk Press storyline. However, coming off of May Sweeps, it does have to be built back up again. I guess I don't like how it has teetered between being a B plot some parts of the week and a C plot other parts. In fact, this episode reminded me of why. I liked the beat of Nicole in her awesome power suit seeing Eva. I continue to love Kat/Jacob vs SilkPress. And the layers of Silk Press Sheila not only trying to recruit Tomas as her own Olivia Pope for her own reasons, for PETTY reasons (to stick it to Kat), and using the meeting (well the writers) to farther work on that Eva/Tomas/Kat triangle was superb. There's just so much in play within it...and we only have gotten to PART of the story...that it really could stay frontburner. Just layers. Though I understand why it can't. I would rather focus on the other A story of Martin's Secret if I can't have the focus on Silk Press Sheila. But that so far mostly stays as a C plot. So that leaves the writers to go back to the other A story of Dani/Bill/Hayley. Perhaps it's because we are 3 months into the show and those first two weeks were awesome with the focus on them, but I still feel it's too soon to go to that well. I do appreciate that the writers found ways to keep them around each other. I also love that they were allowed to branch off into other storylines. Well...everyone, but Hayley anyway...but still... I like how Bill's storyline has progressed. Another thing that I've liked about the writers have been how they usually don't keep one character in one light. And I really loved that we got to see Bill's villainous side in how he was manipulating Martin and Smitty. So of course, his other storyline about his hand tremors came back up to put him in a nicer light. And this episode watching the focus on his family and their feelings was good. Hayley's jealousy over Dani's presence was hilarious. And Naomi and Chels being there in spite of their feelings for Hayley was also good. And Hayley can stay insecure because Bill and Dani STILL have chemistry. Meanwhile, I liked the little subplots (Dani/Andre, Chels/Madison) going on beneath the surface. Speaking of people and their layers...KAT!!! smh. The fact that I should be on Veronica Mars's Kat's side and still find issue with how she's going about it I feel is great writing. And I really feel her and Jacob should have their own spinoff at this point because they are so funny together. Meanwhile, Kat vs Silk Press Sheila continues to give. I do feel there's something going on in that story whether it's an old school soap baby switch or baby taken at birth so if it turns out that Kat got switched with Eva...those dynamics between Kat and SilkPress are going to be a meeesss. Can I just mention how much I like Chels and Madison together? It's something new and refreshing. And I actually don't mind it. And nice cliffhanger with Eva realizing that the helmet and gloves are missing. Trivial note...God, Jacob is so pretty.

And what swagger it was...mmmmm lol. And I felt his character was the first man to have a clear defined wardrobe on this show. It's part of the reason that people were picking on the wardrobe for NuTed online I felt. He was just so defined that it was off putting because Ted was sooooo put together. Lots of PDAs. I miss that.

Anyone but Sidwell...though I enjoyed their scene with Natasha's dagger in hindsight. But anything gothic Cassadine with me to be fair. Yeah, I feel like outside of Finn...her sleeping with Ned was the last time as well. Though I feel like I'm forgetting someone. I still feel NLG and MB have chemistry. And they were definitely giving off a strong 'could they get together again' the last time I was regularly watching. Very latter in life reconnection. And the Perils of Kristina was a nice way to grow them in closer. But than the writing for Kristina went over a cliff and they didn't interact as much. Outside of Sonny or Ned, I'm not sure who I would put her with on the current canvas. Oh how I just hollered. I need that today. Thank you. Same. Well he is petty like that so...

I also would put it on the writing. Keith is not at all a bad actor. Simply different. Since they seem to want him as a romantic lead, the writing...for better or worse...needs to lead into that.

It did for me during this crazy work week and now sullen day so it was appreciated @skiman12082004. It's kinda like Twitter for me when it comes up again once a month so *keeps scrolling by* We are not going to agree on everything. And as long as no one is doing the T-word with their thoughts well *shrugs* I admit that it perplexes me how I am totally in agreement with one poster on all our mutual soaps, but this one...and we are not completely far off from each other, just different perspective which I like personally...but I think we both know it's the nature of the beast.

Which is why it's telling that his close doctor friend was pointing it out. But I felt part of the reason...and I've mentioned it before...that we have a new Ted was because old Ted wouldn't look at Silk Press Sheila at all in a romantic light off of how MJ played him. At MOST...MJ's Ted might have hate sex with her. But romantic feelings...nope. New Ted on the other hand from all I've seen so far...it just feels like the writers either were or worse are trying to set up a more traditional triangle between him and Nicole and SilkPress off the scenes since the reveal where they developed SilkPress's POV more. Meanwhile, Nicole has been background. I like they slowly are getting back to her POV. But for a triangle to work, all views have to be squared. Also it's a way to keep TM around beyond being a one note psycho since she's one of the best actresses on the show. Again...I did not see that happening with MJ still in the role. With Keith...I don't like the idea, but I can see it because he does come across as a more romantic lead who might waffle between two female leads.

I love how you said that. Very. I feel like this is going to be her downfall season. And while I like Julia as well, there would be more organic drama if they continued to explore the growing rift between her and Adriana. Though I'm sure this show will. Coming at Guerdy just seems like a petty feud. I love petty feuds but this does not at all look like it will be a fun one at all a la Moore Manor vs Chateau Thelma.

She's definitely been the highlight of the aftermath of the reveal episodes so far for me. If anyone needs to be reminded that AS used to, can, and STILL knows how to act, they just have to watch those episodes. I just got through the majority of her confrontation scenes with Lois and they are giving. I didn't even realize Rena looked tired and no makeup in the Q kitchen (great acting choice) because I'm totally into the scenes.

Yeah, I've been enjoying how complicated it's been getting...even getting Derek and Ashley into the mix. I did. I'm too distracted by his beauty to learn his name. 😜

I hope that is Nicole asking for a divorce...and she is on her way to Clifton...since NuTed ain't even fighting for her. True. That was part of the reason I was liking that Bill and Hayley were actually given a little more substance today.

lol. I stay loving how this show does near-misses in their plots. So I take it now that this is the third time...as well as what's going on with Derek/Ashley...a Dani/Andre reveal is coming. Hmmm...I kinda want to see Dani like how she just was with Tomas. Dangerous. But than she went back to being wacky with Bill and Hayley. Not to mention so un self-aware. Oh, lord...Chels and Kat figured it out, too? lol. This reveal has got to be coming.

Thank you, Cameraman!!! I'm starting to wonder from the images if Martin actually did something or just witnessed something. Hmmmm potential drama/rivalry between Tomas (work) and Hayley (life) for Bill? Ugh...the neurosis of it all! Ashley is giving Carrie Bradshaw realness. I could throw a shoe.
