Lulu and Dante were divorced before her coma, but she was still in love with him. He just didn't know. They haven't been married for years. I was pretty mixed about Lulu getting involved when it was just a child out there in the world, but now that she realizes it's Gio I am okay with her telling Dante. It also is her son's sibling. I still think it's BLQ's choice though. Lulu is in a rough spot because I think Dante will be mad if she keeps it a secret and Chase, Brook, Lois, etc will be mad if Lulu tells. Without veering too far into the classic area of the show, I had no problem with Robin telling AJ about Michael. It may not have *exactly* been her place, but she could see how Carly was manipulating the entire situation. It also ruined her romantic relationship with Jason for good. Jason and Sonny were furious with Robin and practically ran her out of town, so I think we were to believe she was the bad guy. It was a bit out of character for Robin to spill, but KMc was leaving the show.

It's hard to say about MBE's following. Katherine was a mess from the start and diametrically opposite of Kayla. Both Nina and Ava were messes too, but the material was more in their wheelhouse. Plus, both came frome cancelled shows so that was the only option for their fans.

I think Dante has a larger GH fanbase than both Ava and Nina character wise. Both CW and MW have a built in fanbase outside GH which isn't really indictive of the characters, IMO.

Right? Sarah didn't at least point at her purse? And given her allergy is serious enough for an epipen you would think as a Dr. she would tell her husband the signs of a reaction and show him how to use it. Xander yelling at a teenager with special needs is a strange choice. Too much. I also feel like Pistachio milk is an odd ingredient for a gluten free pastry. You can use it but the taste is odd and it's expensive lol.

I don't really read spoilers, but Perry Shen seems to come and go so even if this is an "exit" it's probably not permanent.

I agree DZ is doing good work. It's nice to see him getting meaty material again. It's just off. Sonny was also low key the voice of reason saying when talking about Gio which I don't love lol. And, yes, Dante calling a 15? 16? kid who had a couple of beers reckless at heart is silly. I think most people had a few drinks in high school. In isolation, the scenes with Jason/Danny were good when he was talking about AJ's drinking problem. If you ignore everything else about what Jason did to AJ it was a good historic throwback.

If Dante held his son accountable first and then started yelling at others I could understand. He was panicked. He just lost Sam. Dante is now just blaming everyone else for something his son did. That's not helping Rocco at all.

Yeah. Dante needs talk to his son about binge drinking instead of running around town yelling at everyone lol. Jason should be a little more on top of what's happening with his son, but I thought both Rocco and Danny were supposed to go to a baseball game with Dante last night anyhow.

Exactly. I think Eden is a competent actress. She is just not suited to be the heroine lead she is. She lacks charisma and comes off unlikeable and smug. In a lot of ways she reminds me of Julie Marie Berman's Lulu until they reworked the character a bit.

It's not the worst idea lol. Emma deserves much better than Joss though.

Joss is nowhere near the top of my list to keep currently. I just wouldn't kill her off and consider bringing her back sometime down the line. I guess it depends on how well the show is able to develop the next generation of talent with Rocco, Danny, Georgie, etc.

Lol. I still believe there is a place for Joss on the canvas. This just isn't it and I am not sure Eden McCoy is the right choice for the role.

I am ready for Joss to take a nice long trip to see her father in Australia and give the character a break and a recast. If the show is hell bent on keeping Eden at least give the girl stories that play to some of EM's strengths. Dead boyfriends, sex tapes, trying to become a Dr., and now a spy? None of that works for a character that should be a bitchy, spoiled brat causing trouble in the background. Not the younger leading heroine.

Okay I can buy that when Brook Lynn was a teen. Now she knows the child is a boy one would think she'd be slightly suspicious. Then again, Gio looks nothing like either of them so maybe not lol.

It was overkill and the whole narrative Lois was too nice to the orphan kid when he was little, WHAT? Like Emma said no one thinks Gio is a troublemaker that gets 14-year-old kids drunk for fun. That being said, Lulu figured this Gio thing out in episode, but Brook Lynn never once questioned Lois and Gloria's attachment to a child that was the same age as the baby she gave up? Ever?

I do get your point about the Q's stuff with Lois back in the day. I will say there were a lot more Quartermaines and a lot more stupid, corrupted plotting in the 90's. I think the show went out of their way to make Lois seem almost naive, unprepared for such an insane family The whole idea that Lois had to move far away from Ned and PC to raise Brook Lynn was a bit flimsy for me as well. I mean, no judgement, but BLQ still got knocked up as a teenager lol. I appreciated Lois was also hard on Sonny back then. Lois could clearly see his flaws even if she loved him. Yeah, Sonny, Carly and Jason don't really deserve human connections with anyone but themselves lol. I always have wondered if the show did want to re-pair Jason/Sam and whatever happened with Kelly happened.

I always thought Lois was such a unique character and considered her supporting her first run. She was in a lot of different places on the canvas, but I don't think she had more focus than Brenda or Robin at her peak. With Ned basically out of the picture Lois doesn't quite have enough ties on the canvas to make her relevant and the show has done very little to give her new relationships and friendships. She's stuck in the Q mansion most of the time. Oh, I agree it's a problem across the board for GH. The only stable couples on the show are Brook Lynn/Chase and Portia/Curtis. Unseen Olivia/Ned and Kevin/Laura are happily married I suppose. Eventually I am sure Liz/Lucky and Dante/Lulu will get their romance, but is there any other couple that's even rootable? I can't recall an era when Jason, Carly, and Sonny were all at such loose romantic ends at the same time. Which is fine. However no other romance besides Willow/Drew is being focused on.

I agree. Rena doesn't seem to mind the lighter workload and seems happy though. Strangely, a lot of the veteran cast are without viable love interests-Sonny, Nina, Lois, Jason, Tracy, Alexis, Carly (Brennan doesn't count). The show lacks serious interest in romance.

I always hoped they'd change Parker's paternity back to Phillip. I guess it doesn't matter since Chloe is off the show currently. I don't recall Holly or Maggie mentioning Parker, so it's not they are close to him.

I thought Dante was overreacting. Gio made some mistakes but he's young and he tried. It's not like he dragged two 14 years to a party and made them get blackout drunk. Dante can have the initial upset reaction, but to go on and on was a bit much.

His (adoptive) nieces. Chelsea and Stephanie. I think Abby was involved too, but I am not sure if they are related lol.

Carly also has Nikki (Nicholas) with Lawrence. The easiest way to remember Chelsea is to think about how she was buried, stillborn, premature in a swamp and came back to life. Or you can just remember her running over Bo/Hope's kid Zack. Kind of ballsy to name her kid Issac if you ask me lol.

Yeah. Let's just move on and talk about Jagger....lol 100% agree on the Sonny situation. Mostly because I want Sonny to get a murder charge so he can just go live on an island with Brenda. I think Tracy did do a lot to explain Jason's perspective on AJ's murder. I truly think that's how Jason justifies it in his own head. I don't think he was lying about his feelings. They are just wrong.

Lol. That's fair. I really liked ASJ's Jagger when I was young.
