lol! I know you are joking, but even if that happened I think Sam would be highly disappointed in what Roman's become. She'd be like...never mind hard pass. I have discussed this in the Classic Days thread, but Sam and Marlena really don't look identical and Don is an idiot.

Maybe lol? Samantha didn't even know Roman, so I don't think even she would be excited to see Mumbles Brady. I was just curious why Deidre played it with such exuberant joy. That was literally more happiness to see Roman than she's exhibited in the last 25 years of Josh playing Roman. Unless Wayne is hiding under a Josh Taylor mask it was weird.

The Chad Dimera Award for Most Unlikely Leading Character
Would you consider him a lead though? Even with all the Maxie stuff I consider him more supporting.

I love Christopher Sean and Paul and Paul and John! That's it. Marlena was so excited to see Roman! Literally more excited than Kate was after she came back from the dead. Calm down, Doc! Today's episode was fine. Kristen showing up at Marlena's door was a good cliffhanger.

I think it's only supposed to be a few days. Wendy made it seem like her flight was delayed for 2 days from what I gathered. Li got an expeditated divorce (I think he already had papers prepared in case Gabi reneged on her end of the deal). All the Sloan/Colin/Talia stuff seems to have happened in the last few days. Tripp is in Seattle for a bit because I think Joey broke both legs and can't get around even though he's okay. Roman, Kate, and Shawn's timeline is a little more tricky, but I can hand wave that because it's a different country and I don't think it necessarily has to line up with Salem's timeline. Like, it could be more of a meanwhile in Greece when we see those episodes and a continuation of the same day in Salem even though we are seeing it on different days if that makes sense? So sequential for the Greece storyline, but not for time in Salem. Nicole throws it way off. That's my biggest problem. She would be about 1 day pregnant at this point and that is just lazy.

Tripp's just helping Joey. He got his job back at the hospital in Salem. I thought the Paulina/Eric stuff was because Eric has a calming presence being a former priest and all.

I know we are supposed to feel bad for Talia, but I don't. I do think Colin should have died and Talia should have been more severely injured. Or this story should have played out longer so we could see Talia as more of a victim with Colin abusing her or something. Colin felt like he was abusive, but it wasn't played out and Talia basically went along with the plan willingly.

Yeah. I get it's Jada's sister, but she has been so awful to Colin/Sloan. It's just there were multiple scenes of Rafe/Jada/Chanel talking about Talia's arrest like it wasn't a done deal. It feels like I am supposed to feel bad for Jada and Talia, but side eye Sloan/Colin when both Colin/Talia did horrible things. Talia could have killed someone with those biscuits. Colin is supposed to be the crazy, evil one, but they both suck.

I thought today was overall pretty good. I am not sure why Jada had to do all the arrests though. Rafe wasn't doing much at all. And was there truly any question that Talia would be arrested? She drugged half the town lol. I am not sure why Sloan telling Colin she would help him was the cliffhanger. Of course she would? Whether it's being a lawyer for him or getting him mental help that's a pretty normal thing to do and Eric shouldn't be surprised. I also can't believe Talia and Colin weren't more injured lol

Does it matter though? Ned didn't start this. I don't really know how all this works, but Olivia would have to actively help cover the crime. Ned recanting won't do anything. Even if Nina recants the ball is already rolling, so I don't know how they could stop it without committing another crime by getting rid of evidence or lying.

Agreed. If Ned had a few allies saying you are all idiots and no one cares about Carly after everything she did to the Q's for the last 25 years it would be nice. Carly/Drew aren't victims. They are stupid. I swear GH just has such a warped sense of good and bad and it is Carly/Sonny/Jason's fault. I like (and have often loved) Sonny, but he's a pretty crappy guy. It's weird the entire town thinks he's great. Same with Jason/Carly. The show's moral compass got so twisted so long ago that it's probably hard to right the ship now. But Ned shouldn't be the bad guy if he turns in people actually breaking the law. A hypocrite? Perhaps, but turning Drew/Carly in isn't inherently a bad act. Again, I think the show's morality is just so far gone that because this is small potatoes on the list of crimes Carly has willingly committed we are supposed to be on her side.

Idk, I get why Ned is annoyed. Not because he cares about Drew/Carly, but because no one including his close family members believe him. Plus, not only is he being blamed, but everyone's acting like whoever turned them in did a horrible thing when Carly/Drew are the idiots and the people breaking the law.

It is. You've watched Sonny these last 30 years, right? Lol! Every relationship Sonny's ever had with a woman requires a hard double standard. He's protecting these ladies for their own good, but they are not allowed to lie. Nina is kind of an idiot because she probably thinks he's different with her.

It's funny because it is supposed to be a topical story, but GH did no research into it at all to portray anything accurately. Having two boring C-list characters doesn't help nor does the fact that Sasha's been fine for months now. This story has been lingering on at a snail's pace for what feels like years.

Isn't Selina the head of one of the legendary 5 families Sonny always talks about? I thought Selina wanted to just do something illegal out of the garage nothing more than that. For Sasha's conservatorship I do think we are supposed to think the garage plus her Deception earnings make her rich. I can't imagine a random newbie model for a company like Deception makes much though. It's just a buzzy plot point because there is no way Sasha would need a conservator in real life.

I have never seen an actor disengage and be completely over his A-story like DT has, but then the minute Genie speaks to him it's like he's a brand new man excited about his job and character and life. Genie, on the other hand, seems to prefer acting with the baby that plays Ace.😂 Shawn was definitely the better actor and much sexier and charismatic although if you told me DT was a recast Shawn I would believe you. Selina Wu is pretty one-note, but her monotone delivery bothers me to no end. Is that how the actress speaks? Is it an acting choice? I find it obnoxious.

Well, the writing is never there lol. But they were all trying to out shout one another. I think Jackee as a screen partner truly makes everyone rev up to 15 on a 1 to 10 scale. Usually Raven Bowens can keep in check, but today she was just in it with the rest of them.

I swear Shawn/Carly danced around a romance for months and months and they were good together. It got dumped for Carly/Todd right? I don't remember a lot about Shawn's story and I am still confused how he went from kidnapping Brenda to Sonny/Jason's employee. I'd take him back in a heartbeat. I feel like Curtis is a Shawn replacement in a lot of ways.
