Tbh, Li doesn't look anything like Tripp from behind either lol. But perhaps he didn't know what Tripp looked like? The whole thing is such a stretch because I don't think Gil wanted to kill anyone.

I am just trying to figure out what Li could have possibly done to make the situation escalate like that. Judging from spoilers we will probably see lol. At this point the whole motivation is flimsy at best.

I think we can all agree Li was not the most popular or pivotal character on the show. I still think the man deserves more than "wrong place, wrong time" as motivation for his murder. It's hard for me to even believe bad guy Gil would brutally kill an innocent man just because he could not find Ava lol.

The comments on here probably skewed me a bit because I was expecting awful things from Kristina and Lois. And when I watched I didn't think either were that bad. Everyone looked surprisingly decent or good although the weird fabric loops/straps hanging off of Olivia's dress had me on pause but LLC always looks good. I am not getting Brenda vibes at all from Brook Lynn's dress lol. If they didn't go with the whole Lila dress thing I would have loved Brenda sending some dresses from Cartullo for Brook Lynn as a shout out.

I didn't mind Kristina's dress. It was a nice color on her. It's a trendy style for pregnant woman. While I don't think it's the most flattering look, I have seen friends wear similar things to weddings/showers/formal events. Lois's outfit was a choice, but for some reason I was expecting worse from the comments. It was slightly ridiculous but it fits Lois. I didn't like Brook Lynn's dress much. So much fabric. The idea was nice. I thought everyone at the wedding looked good for the most part. The actual show was a bit of a snooze and all about Gregory. Also, negative points for Violet being so featured.

Agreed. Lol. I am trying to think who even had weddings the last few years besides those two. Michael/Willow, Ned/Olivia, Jason/Carly, Nina/Sonny. Everyone else had quickie weddings. Did Nathan/Maxie have a big wedding? I was just trying to think of a really popular couple that had a really big event wedding in the last few years and I came up lacking. Popular is obviously subjective, but I can't think of any off the top of my head. And I honestly can't think of a truly popular couple in the last few years either lol-outside of Sprina.

Sonny/Brenda was my first thought too. I guess perhaps Patrick/Sabrina when Robin came back? People have mentioned Curtis/Portia, but that to me was barely an event lol. Even popular couples like Jason/Sam, Dante/Lulu, and Sonny/Carly had low key weddings.

Yes, Monica has pneumonia and was bed ridden, but okay. She wanted Jason to fill in for her. Which.......don't even know if Brook or Chase want him there, but whatever.

Not that anyone really thought Abby was dead, but they really are lol. I don't understand why EJ didn't make Leo leave town forever as a condition of him getting the money. Not only would it solve all things Leo for the audience, but it seems very volatile to have him running around town drunk all the time. He could easily just spill it all while intoxicated.

I totally forgot about the temp recast lol. I really do like a big wedding and/or cast event. I just wished I liked Ned/Lois's only daughter and Tracy's granddaughter much more than I do. I don't care about Chase or his family at all. Brook Lynn and Chase are okay as a couple and I suppose they are the only couple at the stage to get married on canvas. I just wished they inspired me with any sort of feeling lol. When is the last time GH had a huge wedding though?

It may be a big cast event, but are there any real hardcore fans of Chase/Brook Lynn? They are basically a C-level coupling. It's not like Luke/Laura are getting married or even Jason/Carly who might have a medium size following lol. I don't really seeing it bumping ratings much.

Agreed. The sad thing is I actually thought what Tate said was correct for a second too lol. I knew he was talking about Roman and then I was like.........Kim was not married to her brother and Isabella was not married to Roman either. It's possible the Tale of 2 Romans confuses Tate as well.😂🤷‍♀️ As far as Sonny goes, it was an obvious error, but at least we could possibly think Sonny thought of Victor as a Grandfather figure. With Tate I just thought what a slam against Shane or John lol.

I don't care much at all about the wedding, but all the details that were discussed about what they were doing for the rehearsal and what not I'd thought we'd at least see it. Tbh, Lois's hair has been a bit of a mess this entire return. Maybe they are doing something intentional with the cliffhangers. I thought maybe they'd flip back to Ava and/or Jagger separately for the last scene. But, nope, just Jason telling Danny he'd give him a ride. THE END. Lol I don't need anything fancy for fake Coney Island. Maybe just a room with festive wedding decorations and Tracy snarking on having to eat a hot dog.

Well, Brady today had Marlena sign as witness for a trust where he was giving Tate/Rachel everything. I wish Marlena was like, "Brady why don't you buy your own house first and stop living with us rent free?" Sadly, it did not happen. No wonder John needs a side gig he's supporting his grown son and his grandson.

Is this wedding ever going to begin? The show was talking about the wedding so long I assumed it was going to be an entire week event. It looks like tomorrow? Are we not going to see the Coney Island stuff? That's silly. I will have to say Jason saying he will give Danny a ride home as a CLIFFHANGER was may be the worst I have seen yet. The Jagger/Ava scenes were far more interesting and a better cliffhanger.

I liked the Brady/Marlena scenes. It's nice when Brady acknowledges her as the only mother figure he's known. I actually don't think Marlena really betrayed too many confidences about Alex and therapy. Alex admits he was a womanizer and it's not exactly a psychological disorder. I saw her as more agreeing with what Brady was saying more than elaborating on the why in Alex's case. Probably not terribly appropriate, but not the worst of her offenses lol. She kept the Maggie/Konstantin stuff close to the vest at least. Honestly, Alex probably just paid for stupid frosted windows on his rise just because it was expensive lol. I am pretty sure Tate referred to Roman as his grandfather today to Sophia when he said he had to help at the Pub. My hearing either has to checked after this (and what I thought EJ said Friday) or Tate was confused. Unless John has taken a side gig at the Pub.

I have always wondered why the show cast that really dark haired child (twins?) and kept her so long since she didn't ever talk and looked nothing like Luke/Laura/Lucky lol. Thanks. Don't remember them at all, but I assuming they didn't appear that much.

I personally vastly preferred Mansi to Miller as Abigail on Days. I did tend to find some of Miller's choices as Abby very dull and perhaps the two actresses contrasted one another too much? I also think Mansi had better chemistry with BF. Anyhow, I could see MM as an adult Lulu. I think Miller's style meshes a bit better with JMB and EM's Lulu's. While I would never called Miller "spunky" or a "spitfire", I do think she could portray an mature Lulu where she would be now in her life and still have some spark to her. Did those top two actresses actually play Lulu? Lol. No recollection of them.

I don't think it would bother me. I can see it. I just feel weird with another Abby playing Kristina who is a generation younger than her plus Lulu having two teen children. I do think Mansi projects younger than Miller though for whatever reason. ETA-I just realized Mansi is actually a year older than Miller lol. It has to be the way the two style themselves.

I am not at all against this suggestion, but isn't MM a bit young for Lulu? She's only 35. Although they styled her like an old lady on Days so she could probably make it work.

If that's the case it's a dumb strategy. Nothing happens the next day either lol. It seem PM/EK are really focusing on dialogue (which is their known strength) and not moving anything along. Both of these would be great for me.

When the show's Friday cliffhanger was Jason staring off in space-any action is welcome. So many guests at the wedding could be taken out and I wouldn't be sad.

I love that idea. I personally would swap Ava out with Natalia (and have Natalia be a casualty) just so the idea that Ava is linked to Pikeman or whoever and is in on it somehow.

Isn't there an actual Starbucks like coffee house for Corinthos Coffee in PC? And people used to rave about the coffee? I did laugh when Jagger, Jason, and Anna were all trying to contemplate how to talk to Carly in the most childish, nonchalant way so she would fly off the handle instead of just telling Carly directly to shut the eff up for once in her life. I do understand that is a difficult task though.

Jason really appears to be a one man organization at the coffee warehouse. I haven't seen a single employee and he is hauling those coffee beans around himself. With the approximately 5 visitors he gets a day to have long talks with him I don't know how the business runs. So are they just moving Natalia in and Ava out with Sonny? Ava's still up to something, but I thought they were going to go romantic with Sonny/Ava. I guess she can go full on villain now. Natalia said she's going through a separation and had a son from a previous relationship (which to me implies unmarried). Doesn't seem like she's devoutly religious and just an awful person with no religious mindset clouding her judgement. So Joss is going to be an environmental science major? 🙄. Sure, why not? I am sure she will use that for years to come in PC. Also, such a weak Friday cliffhanger...
