We are still watching Classic Bold (mostly because my husbands wants to watch, I'm quite sick of Bold actually)... and just passed the Portofino period and Macy's return. I had forgotten how cringe these episodes were. Macy's return was so pathetic, I'm sorry. Fake... unrealistic... absurd. And the melodrama was laughable. Ugh... At least the fashion show was good! And Brooke was stunning at the end. But I'm already disgusted by where they are going with Ridge and Bridget. I don't know how I'll be able to continue watching. I may look on my phone while my husband watches... till Bridget-Ridge passes... He is not quite bored like I am...

I watched the episodes I had missed last week, just to see if something may change my mind... about stopping watching this drivel... and No. It's unbearable. And at this point... I am pulling the plug. Not worth my time. I don't even plan on making the monthly topics anymore, since I am not interested in this show anymore. I would be glad... if anyone else could do it... Last time I was so disappointed and bored with the show... I didn't watch for years. And I don't think what can bring me in again. Especially now... since BTG is coming on the horizon... and I have my classic Another World... My tolerance for Bradley's drivel has... lowered. I mean... it is quite impossible to watch a Harding Lemay or Donna Swajeski episode of Another World... and then watch 2024 Bold. It's painful. Unbearable. So yes, guys, I'm tuning out! Again... you can find me in the AW topic probably and in the Off-topic section... but I'm done with this show. I will miss the laughter and the joy we used to have roasting the show, but... I'm done. I'm not supporting Bradley Bell by keeping the attention and the clout about his show... alive. I'm tuning out! Happy watching to all who can still manage to watch it... and again... give me a signal if Brooke does something really bad or scandalous!

I feel sleepy and I feel hungry all the time in this cold cold weather. 🤣 And the wind is horrible. I hate German weather so much. If it was not the wind, I would not mind it that much. But going on in this town, where 5 degrees feel like minus 10. No, thank you.

I think that's what I'm going to do. I may try again in a different time, but for now I'll pass. I plan to drag my husband into watching AW with me, so I may have to watch October-December 1988 again with him. It will be a pleasure.

All I can say is that I'm not a fan of MDP for now... and I don't even know if I'll continue with the 1987 episodes. I just tried one more and it's just... unbearable. I will probably snap back into 1989... where it's good!

Episode 5861 - July 24 1987 What a horrible period for the McKinnon family. Cass came back and revealed that his wife... died... in a plane crash. The melodrama was dripping from the dialogue and 2 circus clowns were playing violins again. And after episodes of crying about the prostitute Modesta, now another reason to cry. These people will dehydrate themselves! I truly hope this is just some kind of cast-cleanse that is happening right now. Overall pretty strange episode. And one of the most bizarre things was that Cass was already smiling... so was Mary... like literally minutes after revealing his wife had passed away. LOL. I would ask WHO wrote this sh-t... but I already know! Not good. Not good. But I have a 6th sense feeling that it's going to get better soon. Maybe I'm just too positive... But know what... just the thought that the amazing 1989 episodes are waiting for me to get to them some day... is encouraging me to keep watching. I tell myself - this is the same show, you are only just watching couple of bad episodes! Screenshots - is this how people smile after a loved one has passed in a plane crash? 🤣

I have this friend that works at a sensual shop... Toy store for grown ups. He actually told me after I asked few days ago... what was the thing that was most searched for... And I kinda expected to be the regular thing... We all know. The thing that vibrates. But no... Long and behold. It was the strap thingy. And he told me so many women were apparently using it on their husbands... Boyfriends. I'm still processing this info days later. Im not sure if he was not trolling me. Not judging... Just processing. I guess... If true... I'm happy straight people are having fun too. 😀

I remember when weeks ago a lot of people were praising Will's acting abilities. I forgot the actor's name, I'm getting old, and the gin is not forgiving, sorry. And I felt like the odd one out, who was not that impressed. Yes, I still find him charming, but maybe for a hair wax commercial. Something's missing. He just stands there and stares and smiles. And the lovey dovey scenes with Electra are undescribably cringe. He doesn't have any chemistry with her. Maybe they'll push her into Bill's dirty bed too, since Bradley doesn't know what to do with any of his new characters. I just don't want to be subjected to the torture of hearing Will and Electra talk to each other. In this show people don't know what subtext is, they constantly either tell each other how beautiful or hot they are and how they love each other or they spew hate at one another like they are cartoon characters. No play with words. No double meanings. No sarcasm. No irony. No venom. No edge. No wit. No substance. Flat. Flat. Basic. Flat. Boring. Boring. Flat. Vanilla-safe. I don't know why I do this to myself and continue watching. I must be a masochist. Cancel this drivel or hire a new head writer!
