Oh my God, that is... just so sweet of you. Actually moments like these... can freaking make me tear up. Because it's so unexpected. Thank you for thinking of me... And again - anyone who is reading this message - I do not want or ask of you to not share spoilers... Absolutely do not demand this. I don't want to be mis-read AGAIN. I don't have time for this. I am just thankful to someone that they had me in mind... Anyone at any time can post as much spoilers they want. I just wanted to say how this person's message made me feel. ❤️

The moment you are born, you have one person to take care of - yourself. That's the most important person in your life. So yes, eat the healthiest food possible, exercise, go on your doctor's appointments to make sure you are healthy... take care of your mental health... and surround yourself ONLY with love, respect and joy. ONLY. TAKE care of the only person who is never going to go away even for a second - yourself. I know it's a cliche... but I'm taking my work break... to remind myself and anyone who is reading what's the most important thing... Nobody else can make us happy, if we can't make ourselves happy.

And this is a type of character I think is desperately needed back in modern-day soaps. We have a crisis of lack of no-wise characters.

When even my dog feels like outside is not that pleasant... then... it's time to keep inside. The first time he wanted a shorter walk! It's sooo freezing and the wind is out of control... at 3 in the morning. What a freezing autumn.

I adore Bridget... every since she's in... brings warmth and this... home feeling. And she has that I'm going to tell you not to make a mistake-vibe of wisdom that I cherish.

I relate to this scene so much, since in a way, I too have never had a mother. I had a monster, but not a mother. And all my life I've gravitated towards women who can be like mother figures to me. Just like Vicky and Bridget. That scene hit me to the core.

Today I got reminded how unexpected the mourning process can be... Youtube just started playing a Kamala Harris rally clip... and soon... I was sobbing. I thought I had moved passed it emotionally, but no... the pain is still there. Still terribly disgusted about what happened. I am disappointed in what a portion (and I say this, because I know a huge part of the people are not THAT) of the American people picked. Years ago I planned and wanted to visit USA, it was a childhood dream of mine inspired by the Hollywood movies of course... now... I hope nobody gets offended... I won't come even if someone pays me. At least in the nearest future.

Lately I've been thinking, how much I want to wake up... and be in a world without wars... In a world that has peace. That's my biggest dream. This world has taken enough... we all need peace... I want people to stop suffering... people to return to their countries... and be happy again. I'm literally tearing up at the thought what's happened to our world in these past few years. And I hope... and pray... that one day... I'll wake up and there will be no wars anywhere.

Me and my husband watched October 27, 28 and 31 - 1988 tonight, while having dinner. It was quite a marathon. These are the episodes in which Iris comes back to Bay City... I'm watching these episodes for the 2nd time and this time it was even more interesting. Couple of weeks ago... this was my first taste of Harding Lemay and let me tell you - what a taste! Compared to the bland, cheapish, melodramatic 1987 episodes, this makes you excited and hooked right then and there. We had Iris coming into the house, greeted by a not very happy Rachel (who can blame her), Iris getting her hooks into Daddy already! We had Iris checking for a new apartment and staring at Michael Hudson like he's a snack. We had Iris tell Daddy she was in fact his daughter! We had Evan reveal to the viewers that Iris was in fact the Chief... And her mischievous laugh that follows. Such bright, dynamic, smart written episodes. Dialogue is realistic, normal people - with an edge, no melodramatic violins every second scene, no useless repeating. Small memorable details all through. Rich, fascinating, important material! Even the scenes that can be considered filler are just... beautiful scenes in which people talk about life, love, family, lost childhood. (I especially loved Vicky's moment about not having a mother - I teared up!) I am now looking at this period and episodes with new eyes, since... well... I endured the 1987 episodes. This topic is fascinating to me... and I'm here reading all the responses... researching things. So fascinating! Maybe the most shocking to me is the Luke and Laura stuff. Truly vile.
