An easy paced episode that really gave me perspective on what people were feeling and thinking. Trinity ‘s story was powerful and deep. So many of us feel that way being black in this country. Yeah Sam is uncomfortable, but oh well, it’s the truth. Sandra Bland, and thelist goes on. Way to make us socially conscious about the goings on. Can we find out what this job Holden has already? LOL…just kidding…making us wait is a good soap writer’s staple.. Reva and Blair feel disdain toward each other, given what each said. You have kept the fire on low on this pot of Reva and Blair water, and it is boiling ever so slowly. When that water reaches 212 degrees, oh boy…I like that you are doing this. Morris and Eartha continue to be your couple that interests me the most. I have a lot of questions about Eartha. Did she marry Morris because he was going to be a doctor? That he could give her more of a financially stable life than Elijah could? Eartha still has feelings for Elijah. I think for her he’s the one who got away. I wonder if a pregnancy had something to do with her marrying Morris. This is a very intriguing story and I look forward to all of those questions being answered. Someone is after Jack, and he has no clue. No clue of who he is and who’s after him. I look forward to all this being revealed.

Jesse/Angie – This scene reminds me of one of the reboot scenes that was talked about…(re: Size lol) Vin is a sociopath. I am afraid of what he’s going to do to Ali. Jeremy’s shrine to the baddest the world has to offer was amusingly disturbing. I’m also afraid of what HE’S going to do. (Thanks for the AW love, no pun intended lol)..and Charlotte dated this guy!! He’s way more dangerous than Vin could ever be. Kayla was the voice of reason in those scenes with Steve, Roman, Hope, Carly, and Terrence. Clearly they cannot think straight with Bo being missing. The flashback scenes gave me more insight as to how Bo got to where he is now. You’re very good at telling backstory through flashbacks. You provide me a lot of perspective as to how you arrived at your story and where the story may be going.

This episode felt like it was moving and I had to keep up. Good action pacing here. Drucilla is back and I liked how you did this episode. It seems very appropriate for this point of Dru’s return. Everyone is shocked and surprised. This clearly isn’t the time for questions as to where she’s been. This pacing is very good. Sister Patterson provides the humor and it gives the episode balance because this is fast mover, and once again she shames Leslie. Leslie is clearly jealous because she senses the connection between Neil and the woman he ever really loved through his family. Rafe and Scotty’s scene was very well written. It pit two types against each other. Scotty wants sex and Rafe wants a relationship. It was very well done there and I am looking forward to seeing what is next for both of them. The description of Neil in surgery was excellent. I see that you have been using narrative description more and more and it helps to move your action along. In this instance, it put me in the O.R. Just like if I was watching it on TV. Neil in surgery. AND then he flatlined at the end, just as Drucilla asks where Neil is. Just perfect. I really enjoyed the pace of this episode as well as the characters.

A tight, focused episode here. You took a few characters and zeroed in on what they’re doing, and what their attitudes are. The descriptions paint a vivid picture for me (Marlena reaching for her phone, the color draining from Nicole’s face after Nick checkmates her again, and the HANDSHAKE which usually gives it all away) The introduction of Noelle and Alex… it’s good that you connected Noelle with someone we knew immediately so then we can care about her, and the backstory of her father being dead. Brilliant move there. Nick is really smelling himself with all the power and knowledge he’s getting. Nicole loves to try and poke and prod him, but Nick always shuts her down AND gets even more of an upper hand further by recording their conversation. I love the lines you are giving him though. You are showing his arrogance through his dialogue. Great job there. So Will meets Alex Kiriakis. THIS will be interesting.

Very Character driven episode. Emotions, desires, and agendas being shown for very different reasons. Nick is one clever SOB…he’s got Nicole right where he wants her. For me, the tension is building for Laura, Liam and Jennifer. I am just waiting for him to do something to her because she’s on to him, and now she’s about to drag Daniel into it. And Laura knows something is about to go down with Liam. Anita knew about the relapse…hmm how did SHE get a hold of THAT info. Probably because of his dilated pupils and rapid heart beat. But she’s got to be lying about that. He would not have had those after an accident. Brady will be too stupid to see that she contradicted herself in the whole description of how she found Brady and the condition he was in. You will have nailed his character down at that point lol. Nick just twists the knife to everyone he’s blackmailing..this time to Sami. Will is so attracted to Alex. I have felt that awkwardness many times. The descriptions are so on point with that scene. As always, your narratives put me in the shoes of the character and what the character’s feeling (also because I’ve been there) and the soapy coffee spilling-let-me-remove-your-shirt-so-I-can-see-your-chiseled-body device LOL…I see you are going for broke with this storyline. And Kayla announces her resignation as COS so she can go with John. Funny because I’m about to announce a new one on AW lol.

ANOTHER WORLD 207 Vicky confronts Jake ...and Felicia meets her grandson consultants: aMLCproduction and beebs AT THE MCKINNONS... Someone rings the doorbell, and Michele opens the door… Michele: Oh...Elizabeth? What are you doing here? Elizabeth walks in. Elizabeth: I’m glad you’re here. Michele: When did you get back to Bay City? Elizabeth: I can’t tell you why I’m back yet… Michele: So why did you come here? Elizabeth: To talk about your sister and my brother and their joke of a relationship. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- BAY CITY CENTER Cory and Bridget are walking slowly hand in hand. Bridget: Hey stop let’s take a selfie. Bridget holds her smartphone up, snaps their picture, and they continue walking. Bridget: That movie was scary. Cory: How would you know? You kept covering your eyes every five seconds so you couldn’t have seen anything. Bridget: I was watching it through the openings between my fingers. Cory: Yeah whatever. You wanna smoothie? Bridget: Yeah. Cory: Be right back. They kiss and as Cory leaves, Bridget pulls up her FacePage account, posts the selfie, and writes a message, and she goes to a part where it says “post to all except Cory Hutchins.” She clicks his name so he cannot see the post. She notices Cory coming with their smoothies and quickly puts her phone away. Cory: Strawberry for my girl. Bridget: Thank you. Bridget smiles about her FacePage post. Cory: Whatchu smilin about? Bridget: It’s you. You make me smile. I just wish my mom and dad could be as happy as I am right now. ---------------------------------------------- P.I. FIRM Jake is about to leave but when he opens the door, it’s Vicky who slams the envelope into his chest. Jake grabs it to keep it from dropping. Vicky: Is this what you really want Jake? A divorce? That’s what punks do. Run! They both enter the office again. Jake: Is that what we’re doing now? Name calling? Vicky: You’re giving up. You’re running away. Jake: Do I have to run down the reasons why I sent you these papers Vicky? Vicky: Try it. Jake: Let’s start with the way you treated Bridget after we thought we lost Michele. You disowned her in front of everyone. Our own daughter. -------------------------------------------------------- Cory: I’m sorry that your parents are going through that. Bridget: It hurts you know. I can’t help but thinking this really might be the end for them. So much has happened. Cory looks away for a second, thinking about Carl, then back at Bridget. Cory: Yeah we grow up thinking that our parents are gonna be together forever. Then we learn...that’s just not the case. ----------------------------------------------------------------- CORY MANSION Devin Lucas confronts Carl. Carl: Son, some things are better left unsaid. Devin Lucas: No it’s not dad, because you have a brain tumor. You’re not gonna be here much longer, and before you go, you’re gonna tell me what happened between you and mom. Carl: You wanna know the truth son? You really wanna know about me and Lorna? I’ll tell you, but I need to know if you’re prepared to hear it. Devin Lucas: Well there’s no time like the present huh dad? Carl: You might know most of this already. I wonder what your mother told you. Devin Lucas: This about mom. Carl never forced himself on me. Devin Lucas: Did he force you to keep me in boarding schools? All the bodyguards; people keeping tabs on me. Felicia: Okay I’m completely confused. What the hell is going on here? Mitch: I think Devin Lucas is the surprise that Lorna was talking about. Lorna turns to Felicia. Lorna: Mom, this is my son, your grandson. Felicia walks slowly over to Devin Lucas. Mitch: Wow. Felicia: Lorna you never said a word about this all these years. Lorna: Long story mom. Devin Lucas: So you’re Felicia. Mom raves about you. Felicia: Wow. I’m an instant grandmother. Devin Lucas. Named after...your grandfather Lucas. Felicia touches Devin Lucas’s right cheek as her eyes well up. Felicia: You...you look so much like him. Devin Lucas: And don’t forget my first name….which is mom’s last name. I just spell it differently than she does. Lorna: I spelled it differently. Carl: We can do the introductions later, but I think Devin Lucas, Lorna and I should have time alone. Felicia: I just met my grandson. Lorna turns to Felicia. Lorna: Mother, please...can you and Mitch leave us alone for a minute. She turns back to Devin Lucas and Carl. Lorna: This talk is long overdue. 72 Sonny woke up to a NEW Will…I liked how you did that. “You look like a whole new person.” But Will stung that a** by telling them to sleep in different quarters. Sonny deserves it. I wonder how long it’s going to go on. Oh and Will thinks he’s gonna handle this job…hmm he’s got no idea…love it. Nicole’s sarcasm nicely breaks Nick’s darkness, but he quickly reminded her of who’s balls he’s holding…so villain-y lol Jennifer was wrong to take a jab at Laura’s mental health history like that. I liked how they just commiserated over morning coffee about Abigail. They have NO idea the danger she’s in.. Love the historical reference to that night in the car. EJ making Sami have sex with him to free Lucas. A gripping, and poignant issue between them, and Sami was just being honest. She had to be, and it may finally bring them to a new place in their relationship. Great once again buddy!!

DAYS 71 So JJ, the way he was describing his discovery of Liam to Laura…I could see him saying that in character…and now he’s got Laura on the case with what he told her. Goody two shoes Daniel is gonna risk his job by getting Billie into see Theresa. How noble of him (sarcasm).. Nice tender moments between Rafe and Jordan to help balance JJ and Laura’s scenes. Eric makes me sick. Nicole SHOULD have left him sitting right there. I know this struggle with his faith is necessary, but Eric gets on my nerves the way he treats Nicole…it’s Daniel-ish.. Good movement of stories in this episode.

JP – 14 – I see mysteries unfolding…Bo is being held captive by Stefano. Stefano is up to his old tricks again. I wonder what his motive is this time. Vin trying to find Ali so he can beat on her some more I suppose. Eliza can’t do her job, but she sure can play some strip poker!! LOL I like the push/pull going on with JJ and Miranda. With every scene they’re together, with every misunderstanding, I root for them more, but I know Eliza will be in the middle of it… The meeting of the Bo Brady ex-wives club…and they all learn that Bo is missing…ouch GOOD BEATS played here…

Brittany and Billy seem to be getting closer again. I’m glad you are reconnecting them instead of them just instantly wanting to be together. It’s been some years and they are different people than they were last time. Paul’s life is imploding. First he can’t his daughter to do her job, and now his argument with Emily. I wonder what or who he’s going to turn to. I bet Emily’s next stop is Lucas lol. We are getting a glimpse of what Greg is facing at home. I wonder how that is going to translate into his life outside of the house, and cutting to Vin finding out where Ali is. You are dealing with the issue of domestic abuse with these characters…and that’s always been a relevant social issue. Bo is going to make his break soon…UH OH… GOOD EPISODE!!!

YR – Heavy mayhem filled aftermath episode…Good one as it resolved the Verdon Lou story, but Dru’s return start s a new chapter…and not surprisingly the family is shocked… We still don’t know what happened to Sheila, James, or Cane. Dru and Sister Patterson brought the humor as only they can. Spencer not having womanly products was kinda funny, too. Cane sold his kids for drugs…wow…I knew I hated him…LOL I swear Sister Patterson knows something about Leslie because she keeps coming after her. And Olivia went for her, too. Some jealousy there I’m sure. Scotty needs to get stretched…you go boy!!! LOL The beginning of his journey…Vandalism I mean Vandalynn’s back. Lauren recapped the back story and that was good for me because I really didn’t read the beginning of all of that. Yeah Hilary messed up. She set this whole thing in motion.

Very quick moving action from scene to scene... I loved the Elijah/Eartha flash back scenes...in a very short period of time u provided yrs of story and thrust Elijah right in the middle of morris and Earthas triangle... Chic Spirit - u have set up some intere sting dynamics here...Malik/Dani and Marahs fantasies...verrry nice...and i want to see what that leads to Ben is totally playing Luke and Luke.probably has an idea but hes enjoying the ride with a hot guy (no pun intended) Jacks scenes with Gary provided some humor as only Jack would give...the mystery.of Holdens job continues to build...and the document Todd is looking for...i think these three are all interconnected....the mystery is unfolding...verrry nice..looking fwd to seeing it

ANOTHER WORLD 206 Vicky gets bad news Consultants: ML Cooks and A. Washington Beeby JOY’S APARTMENT Joy is on her cell phone. Joy: Thomasina it’s so good to hear from you. Everything’s good. Bay City’s okay so far. Yeah I know it’s a small town. Have I met anyone? Joy flashes back.... (EPISODE 187) Steven: There’s still...so much I don’t know about you. Who is Joy? What makes her tick? You’re so beautiful....and mysterious. Steven begins to kiss Joy. Joy: I...I can’t do...this. Joy tries to resist Steven, but she can no longer. She kisses him back. She flashes back to the present. Yeah...I guess you can say that. Joy smiles, then she looks over at her laptop and sees inside Tyrone and Marley’s living room through the camera she planted, and her mood changes. Joy: I’m...really hoping things can work out here for me. -------------------------------------------------- AT THE “CENTER” Steven walks up and meets Vicky. Vicky: Hi honey. Steven: Thanks for coming mom. Steven innocently pecks Vicky on her left cheek. Vicky: Of course honey, anything for my kids. Steven: Hey let’s find somewhere to sit. Vicky: What’s up? Steven: I...I need some advice. Vicky: You’re the psychiatrist aren’t you? Steven: This has nothing to do with my work. Vicky: Oh you got that look in your eyyyyyyye. You met someone haven’t you? She also looks at her scuba equipment, which she used to dive into the river and retrieve the gun that Donna used to shoot Reginald, and a gas can, which she used to pour gas around the Harbor Club before she set it on fire. Devin Lucas: Nice to meet you...sis. Frankie: Same here. I’m gonna go. Frankie closes the double living room doors leaving Carl and Devin Lucas together. Carl: Son, it’s so good to see you. Devin Lucas slowly walks through the living room, looking up and around. Devin Lucas: This place looks great dad. You’ve done well for yourself haven’t you? Quite the charmer you are. You managed to marry Rachel Cory. You really fooled her didn’t you? Carl remains silent, as if he knows where Devin Lucas is going with what he is saying. -------------------------------------------- TOPS Mitch, Felicia, and Lorna have just finished their drinks. Felicia’s club soda was spiked with a powdery substance by Christy Carson. Lorna: Well mom what do you think? Felicia: Well you’re definitely not pregnant or you wouldn’t have downed that martini. So what is it? Tell me. Lorna: It’s more like who is it, and I’m looking for him. Mitch: Do you need us to help you? Felicia: Honey who are you looking for? Lorna: I don’t need any help to find him. I know exactly where he went. ---------------------------------------------------------- Devin Lucas: Does she really know you? Does Rachel know everything you did to my mother? Carl: Rachel knows everything about me, and I’m not sure where you’re going with this, but you’re going to stop now. Joy: Where are we going? It smells like grass. Steven: Hold up...we’re almost there. Steven gently removes the blindfold from Joy’s eyes. Joy: Wow. Joy sees a blanket, complete with a basket of food and a bucket of champagne. Steven: I’m not sure what you prefer but… Joy: Oh Steven, nobody’s ever...done this for me. Why? I don’t...deserve this at all. Steven: Of course you do. You have no idea how special you are….how special you’ve become to me. I was drawn to you the first day I met you in the coffee shop. Joy: I...I.... Steven (whispering): Don’t think so much. Just bask in the moment; just let yourself feel. You feel me, don’t you? Joy nods her head, then Steven gently pulls Joy into a kiss, and Joy returns it. ----------------------------------------------------- Vicky is sitting at a table at the Center talking on her cell phone to Marley. Vicky: You should have seen him. He is head over heels for her. --- Marley: Joy Kramer. That name just...is one I’d soon forget… --- Vicky: I know what she almost did to your marriage. --- Marley: I’d like to leave it in the past. Everybody has taken their responsibility in that affair. --- Vicky: Now my son wants to date her. --- Marley: Victoria, Steven’s a grown man. You gotta let him live his life. --- Vicky: When Roman grows up you’re gonna be just as protective. --- Marley: Besides what happened between Tyrone and Joy didn’t destroy our marriage. --- Vicky: I wish my marriage was just as strong as yours. --- Marley: You and Jake will get through this. --- Vicky: From your lips. --- Marley: You will. What did she tell you? Devin Lucas: She didn’t tell me anything. I did internet searches on you. I found so many...horrific things. Then when I’d ask mom about it, she’d avoid the subject. Her whole demeanor and look would change. Like she would clam up. Other times she would snap at me saying she didn’t wanna talk about it. So something definitely happened. I’m here to ask you. Iris: You forget...the last time we worked together you betrayed me. Then you got Matthew and Michael to take Cory Productions away from me when I had control. Amanda: It wasn’t yours. It was rightfully Michael’s company. Iris: When you thought he was Mac Cory’s son, but he isn’t. His twin is...was. Amanda: Martin wasn’t married, so when he died, it went to Michael, and Michael divvied it up amongst us. Iris: And I got control of Brava Magazine. Amanda: Print and digital. Iris: Seriously Amanda? I can see the strings attached all the way down to Bay City Center. Amanda: We would be co-CEOs of the new company. Iris: Not a... Iris gets a text message and after she reads it…. Iris: Um...uh can I think about this? Amanda: Sure, but don’t keep me waiting too long. ---------------------------------------------------- TOPS Mitch and Felicia sit at their table near the terrace, and Alison the server brings their drinks. First she grabs Mitch’s glass…. Alison: Pinot Grigio for you Mr. Blake. Mitch: Thank you. Alison: And...club soda for you Mrs. Blake. Alison gently places the club soda on the right of Felicia’s plate of salad. Felicia: Thank you Alison. Alison: Jennifer went to the storage closet to get some more. We ran out. Have you seen her? Felicia: No. Maybe it was time for her break. Alison: I’ll go check on her. Meanwhile, Christy emerges unseen from behind the counter, watching Mitch and Felicia, waiting for Felicia to drink her spiked club soda. Felicia and Mitch continue their conversation. Mitch: I video chatted with my granddaughter today. Felicia: How is Jasmine? Mitch: She begged for a car. Felicia: Hmm I wonder what she would need with one of those. Mitch: Matt texted me and told me that she would ask. Felicia: I hope you didn’t...Mitch you’re enabling her. Mitch takes a bite of his salad. Mitch: No I’m not. Felicia: But from what you told me she crashed Lila’s car. She’s clearly not responsible enough to operate a motor vehicle, and here you go buying her another car. Felicia chews her spinach lettuce and grabs her club soda. Mitch: See you jumped the gun. Felicia raises the glass to her mouth and then stops. Felicia: How did I do that? Mitch: I said I would get her another car...if she took defensive driving classes. When she completes those, I’ll consider getting her a car. Lila’s gonna tell me when she’s finished. Felicia: You’ve got to teach her responsibility Mitch. Felicia puts her glass of club soda back down on the table. Mitch: I know that, but that what she’s got Matt and Lila for. Seeing her face... Felicia: Jasmine is not a little girl anymore. She’s got to grow up. Mitch: Felicia I can’t say no to my granddaughter. When you have a grandchild, you’ll fully understand where I’m coming from. ---------------------------------------------------------- SUITE Lorna and Devin Lucas enter with their suitcases. Lorna: Wow. It’s been so long since I’ve been in Bay City. Devin Lucas is focused on his phone as he has just sent a text saying “I’m at the Center Suites downtown.” as Lorna continues, walking slowly back and forth, looking at the wall. Lorna: So much has changed. This new ‘Bay City Center’. These two bedroom, two bathroom suites. Hello, can you put your phone down for one second? I’m talking to you. Devin Lucas: I’m just sending a text mom. No big deal. Lorna: To whom? Devin Lucas: Somebody back in London. Lorna: I’m gonna take a nice hot bubble bath. I’m pretty wiped after that flight. Then I’m gonna text my mother and tell her we’re here. Lorna goes into the master bedroom and shuts the door, and Devin Lucas goes to the door and makes sure that he hears the water running. Devin Lucas: Sorry mom. There’s someplace else I gotta go. ---------------------------------------------------- CORY MANSION Carl answers the door and it’s Frankie. Carl: Frankie. Come on in. Frankie: I got your text. I came as soon as I could. Carl follows Frankie into the living room. Frankie puts her purse on the sofa as she sits. Carl sits across from her on the chair. Frankie: I have to tell you. I don’t have a good feeling about it. Carl: You’ve always had that sixth sense haven’t you? Frankie: So something is wrong. Carl: Do you remember that evening at Tops? Cass and Felicia were telling you to stay away from me, and I had you look into my eyes. You believed in me. You believed that I had changed. One of the only people who believed in me. Frankie: Yeah. I remember that. Carl: None of us at that time would ever have imagined that we were father and daughter; that Ryan was your brother. It made so much sense why you two had become so close. Lorna: Oh that bubble bath was everything. Lorna gets her cell phone and makes a phone call. --------------------------------------------------------- Felicia: Oh so you think I’m going to spoil my grandchildren like you spoil yours? Mitch: I don’t spoil Jasmine. Felicia: Yeah sure you don’t. Mitch: I don’t. Felicia: Umm hmm. She knows she can give you those little puppy dog eyes of hers, whine like a little bear cub, and get anything she wants from you. Mitch: That’s what grandparents are for. Felicia once again grabs her glass of spiked club soda. Felicia: I wonder if Rachel feels the same way. Mitch: I think she would. Felicia: I beg to differ. ----------------------------------------------------- Meanwhile, Christy is hiding behind a plant, in her regular clothes, next to the elevator. Why don’t you join Mitch and me at Tops? We’re having dinner. -- Lorna: Okay. Umm I’ll be there. I have a surprise for you both. -- Felicia: Oh...sounds mysterious. -- Lorna: It’s a pleasant surprise. There’s someone I’d like you to meet. Lorna hangs up and walks to the common area but she notices that Devin Lucas is gone. Lorna: Oh no. Where did he go? ----------------------------------------------------------- CORY PRODUCTIONS Matt walks into Amanda’s office. Matt: Hey. Amanda: Matt. Matt: Did you talk to mom or Carl yet? Amanda: Yeah. So shocking. Matt: Poor mom. I mean she’s gotta go through this again. Amanda: Well, with all of that bad news, I’ve got some good. Matt: And what could that possibly be? Amanda: I saw Iris earlier. Matt: Annnd? Amanda: Let’s just say I made her an offer she’d be stupid to refuse. ----------------------------------------------------------- Iris walks up to a black car with tinted windows, opens the passenger’s side front door, and gets in. Iris: You finally made it. Devin Lucas is sitting in the driver’s side Devin Lucas: Let’s make this quick. I have someplace else I need to be. Iris: There’s a crimp in our plan. Devin Lucas: I thought everything was going smoothly. Iris: It was. I got your grandmother to sign with KBAY Productions, which was essentially going to sink my father’s company, and then Amanda comes to me with this ridiculous idea of a merger. Devin Lucas: Well of course you refused it right? Iris just looks at Devin Lucas. Devin Lucas: Come on Iris you’re not considering this. Iris: She has connections that could make KBAY a huge conglomerate. Devin Lucas: What about you and your limitless Spaulding funds? Iris: I can’t drain my capital to back Cory Productions into a corner. Devin Lucas: If you merge with Amanda then our plan is blown out of the water. Iris: For KBAY to be what I want it to be, we need the connections Amanda has. They pulled out of the company after I tried to take over as The Chief. Devin Lucas: What about me? Iris: I will make sure you have your place in the company. Devin Lucas: You better not be lying to me Iris. It won’t be good for you. Iris: I see the apple didn’t fall far did it? Devin Lucas: Get out. You’re holding me up. The car alerts Devin Lucas of an incoming call from Lorna, but he presses ignore. -------------------------------------------------- TOPS Lorna gets off of the elevator is on her cell phone and walks past Christy, who is hiding behind a large plant. Lorna: Devin Lucas this is your mother. I hope you didn’t go where I thought you went. Call me asap. Lorna hangs up, looks around, notices Felicia and Mitch, and walks over to them. Mitch: There she is. Felicia: Lorna! Felicia and Lorna embrace. Felicia: Have a seat...please. Lorna pulls out a chair and sits. Lorna: Look at you. You look great. You’re glowing. Both of you. Felicia flags Alison the server. Felicia: Alison get my daughter whatever she wants. Lorna: A dry martini. Alison: Comin right up. Mitch: So when did you get in? Lorna: Ummm bout a couple hours ago. That flight from London is a killer, but I took a bath, and I feel as good as new. Felicia: For now. Mitch: The jet lag is gonna catch up with you soon. Alison comes with Lorna’s dry martini. Felicia: Oh I’m so happy to see you. You said that you had someone for us to meet. Where are they? Lorna: I dunno. Mitch: I hope you’re staying a while this time. Lorna: I’ll stay as long as I need to. Felicia: Well this calls for a toast...to love and family. The three raise their glasses. Mitch: That includes grandchildren. Lorna: Yeah...grandchildren. Felicia: Oh my God. Lorna you’re pregnant? I’m gonna be a grandmother? Oh we must drink to that! Mitch drinks his wine, Lorna drinks her martini and Felicia drinks her spiked club soda. Christy, who is hiding behind a large plant near the elevator, is delighted to see it all. ----------------------------------------------- CORY MANSION Frankie: My God Carl I’m so sorry. Why now? This universe is so unfair. Carl: The universe is very fair. It’s my payback for everything I’ve done. Karma. Frankie: But you’re not that person anymore. You’ve got children and grandchildren. You changed. I saw it when you fell in love with Rachel, and we just started to get to know each other. This just isn’t right. Carl: I don’t have much longer Frankie. Frankie: What about Rachel? Cory and Elizabeth?

Very character driven episode.... What caught my eye immediately was the dynamic between Billie and Justin Eric's crisis of faith and Nicole's consolation seemed very tender and real for both. Gabi will have to take another route with her plan. I'm not sure if she was realistic that she could turn Hope against him somewhat...I'm sure she will come up with a plan B I could picture Billie and Justin's conversation when reading....again you capture the characters so well.. I'm sure there's more excitement to come!!

Liked this episode a lot...things are starting to move. The teen scene is moving...all the guys like Anne. And Zack wants her. The weed scene was good and realistic. Blair and Todd's scenes provide a nice balance to the episode. Eartha and Morris's facade marriage is becoming very interesting. They are trying to make everything look good to everyone else, but inside they are a mess...love it...

I was hoping to talk to you but I thought I would just leave you a message. I was hoping we could grab some lunch or something. I’d like to talk to you. Hope I hear from you soon. Amanda knocks on the door as Allen hangs up the phone. Amanda: Are you okay? Allen: Yeah...uh yeah I was just leaving a message for K.C. Amanda: It’s sweet of you to reach out to her. Allen: She’s my daughter. I gotta try. ------------------------------------------------ AT THE CENTER...Toni is walking as K.C. approaches her. Toni: Hey what’s up? K.C.: Did you give him my phone number? Toni: Can you at least say hello before you ask questions? Who are you talking about? K.C.: You know who I’m talkin’ about. Your ex-husband. Toni (sighs): He is your father. K.C.: And what is that supposed to mean? Toni: You know you’re not always gonna have me and you’re not always gonna have mama. K.C.: At least you could have asked me. Allen embraces Amanda and she leans into his chest. Amanda: Just so much going on with Cory Productions. Allen: That company’s always in peril. Amanda: We lost a very big deal. We were really hoping to land this contract. Allen: What was it? Amanda: Felicia. Allen: Really? What happened? Amanda: We made her an offer to make movies out of three of her books. Allen: Wow. Why did things fall through? Amanda: Because your boss came in with a more lucrative offer. Allen: Sorry to hear that. Amanda: I mean Iris blew us out of the water with what she was offering Felicia. With all the maneuvering of the numbers we still couldn’t match. I can’t blame her for going with Iris’s deal. It made me wonder why Iris went to such great lengths to pull the rug out from under us. Allen: I don’t know for sure what’s going on, but I can speculate on one big Cory Productions reason. Amanda: I realized that. It’s kind of why I’m here. To see your strong handsome face...and to talk to Iris. Iris walks in. Iris: Allen I need you to...Amanda. What are you doing here? Amanda: I need to talk to you in your office. Iris looks at Allen, and then back at Amanda. Iris: Well...anything you need to say to me you can say in front of Allen. So what is it? Allen: Amanda told me about the swoop down you did of Felicia’s movie deal. Iris: Yes I certainly did. It was a beautiful coup. Amanda: And Cory Productions took a big hit. The board is concerned. Iris: Oh that lovely board. Amanda: I went to them after Felicia went with KBAY Productions. Iris: And uh...what did they tell you? Amanda: They suggested waving the white flag. Iris: Sell the company? Amanda: Yes, but I had a better idea. I’m not selling daddy’s company. Iris: Well Chapter Eleven is an option. Amanda smiles. Amanda: Nope, not that either. Allen: Well if you’re not selling, and you won’t file for bankruptcy, what did you come up with? Amanda looks at Allen, then looks at Iris, and walks slowly up to her. Amanda: Daddy made a lot of connections in the industry. Matt and I managed to keep the ones that you almost alienated after the whole Chief thing. Iris: They vowed never to do business with me. Amanda: There are about four very rich, very connected people that KBAY needs and could use. Iris sighs in agreement. Iris: You’re right. They could really take KBAY to the...wait a minute... Amanda: Felicia’s movies could make all of us a lot of money...if we were all one company. Iris: Are you suggesting…? Amanda: A merger? K.C. looks at Eric. K.C.: Do you want me to wait here? Eric: Yeah I’ll be off in about ten minutes. Kirkland: My cousin is your date? What is with you and my family? You better watch out for him cuz. He comes from a lineage of sociopaths. Charlie: Let’s go Kirkland. Kirkland: Oh and one more thing, you stay the hell away from my wife you freak. Charlie and Kirkland leave while Eric looks at them. K.C. smiles and goes to the spot where Eric suggested to wait for him. Eric smirks with pleasure. Eric: Looks like Kirkland’s got a jealous streak. Female server: Hi Mr. and Mrs. Blake. Am I getting your usual? Mitch: Yes. Pinot Grigio. Felicia: Club soda for me. Thank you Alison. Who’s working tonight? Alison: Jennifer and Tammy. Felicia: It’s Jenn’s second day right? Alison: Yep. I’ll be right back with your drinks. Alison goes to the counter and talks to a person who has a uniform and name tag that says Jennifer on it. Alison: Hey I gotta go to the bathroom. Can you prepare the drinks for Mr. and Mrs. Blake? Pinot Grigio for Mr. Blake and club soda for the misses. Jennifer: Cool. I think we’re out of club soda here. Alison: There’s more in the back in the storage room. Jennifer: Okay I’ll go get it. ---------------------------------------------------- STORAGE ROOM Jennifer is reaching for the box of club soda. As she searches for the two club soda bottles, she does not see Christy behind her. --------------------------------------- Mitch: Is Jennifer working out for you? Felicia: Time will tell. Cass: It’s crazy how that turned out. Frankie: Then Kathleen came back from the dead. Cass: Go ahead and say it. Frankie: Say what? Cass: I waffled. Frankie: See I wasn’t even thinking that. Cass: Surrrre you weren’t. Frankie: You chose us, and I’m grateful. Cass: Aww how sappy of you. You must want something. Frankie turns around to face Cass, and smiles. Frankie: Hmm and what do you think that might be? Cass: You’ve seen it before. Frankie: It? Sounds like a repeat of a TV show. Cass: It’s way more entertaining than that. In fact, it’s a must see. Frankie: Is that right? Cass: It’s a modern 2015 show, so it’s very interactive. Frankie: Hmmm. Cass: Requires your full participation. Cass: You’re such a smart...viewer. Frankie: I’m gonna be doing more than watching. Their cell phones continue to vibrate and they stop. Cass: Ugh let’s check our phones. Frankie: You’re right. It’s getting on my nerves. They check their text messages and Frankie becomes concerned while Cass smiles. Cass: Mine is from Maggie. Frankie: Oh...um how is she? Cass: She’s coming to Bay City. She got a job at the hospital. Frankie: That’s...that’s wonderful. Cass: Frankie what’s wrong? Frankie: Carl wants to see me as soon as possible. Hmm interesting... The teen scene - that seems to be picking up realistically. Teens being teens...Zack likes Anne, and is jealous of Cory sitting next to her...and don't forget motor mouth Mandy...I wonder if Zack's jealousy will lead him to do something....Sam and Trinity's relationship seems to be building and I like it... Josh/Reva/Jack - I'm starting to think this will be some sort of triangle. You did capture Jack's humor in some of his lines. Josh is apprehensive about Jack coming to live with them understandably. Holden/Lily - The government reached out to Holden. Lily is naturally suspicious. I wonder if this job has something to do with Jack's memory loss, and where he's been. The Davis Family- Now you got me wondering what lie Morris was talking about living a lie, and that he's turned to liquor to ease the deep seated pain he's in. GOOD SOLID DRAMA HERE!!

Okay let's get to the analysis shall we? LOL Sami/EJ - Will EJ's plan reunite him with Sami? She seems more happy about this than anything he's done (like you said) in weeks...as she has been dealing with what happened between them years ago (leading to the conception of Johnny and Alli) Nick - Nick is stepping up his plan. Blackmail members of the Titan board...and using poor Percy to do his dirty work (GREETINGS)...Death will be imminent for Nick. Anita - She CAN'T tell Brady what happened to him, or she WON'T? After reading that, I think she has an ulterior motive in nursing Brady.. Nicole/Chloe/Eric - you captured them really well. Chloe being the object of Victor's searing stares. and Eric using Nicole as an emotional punching bag yet again... You capture character so well. Not just words on a page, leading to rudderless plot and bad story, but COMPLEX character and GREAT story. ONCE AGAIN, GREAT EPISODE!!

WOW oh WOW...the action was non stop....and you kept your humor throughout. The narrative was absolutely brilliant AND the recap for the people who are just starting to read...just a stroke of genius. I have to tell you, I hate Malcolm for endangering his son's life like that. The way he is talking to him is just wrong and now carjacking Avery. He's gonna get what's coming to him. I knew all along that mystery patient was Adam. It falls right in line with Sheila's master plan. Another layer peeled back...great job!!!! The running weed cartoon was funny....Dru and Sheila's confrontation was well balanced with humor and seriousness. The cabin is burning and at the very least James has to be dead with all the explosives that were attached to him... GREAT EPISODE!! I'm looking forward to what is going to happen next...

ANOTHER WORLD 202 Kirkland confronts Christy PART 1 Lindsay Hartley’s first episode as Maggie Winthrop. BAY CITY GENERAL John Hudson is in his office on his computer, and he’s video chatting/interviewing with a candidate...Maggie Winthrop. John: You’ve come a long way. I have to say, it will be strange calling you Dr. Maggie Winthrop. Maggie: It’s strange myself. I didn’t know I had it in me. After things with Rafael and I didn’t work out, I decided to go to school. This has been so fulfilling. John: I read your resume. Johns Hopkins huh? Maggie: Yep. I made it through. John: What made you change your name? Maggie: Cecile. John: I’ve heard the stories. Maggie: Yeah either I’m Sandy Cory or Cass Winthrop. It usually depends on how she’s feeling and what she’s after. John: And what day of the week it is. They both laugh. John: I don’t see a reason why we can’t have you on board. As far as I’m concerned you’re hired. Maggie: Means a lot coming from the Chief of Staff. John: Acting Chief of Staff. Maggie: Oh. John: I had to apply for the position just like anybody else. Well I will email you the paperwork and just email it back and I’ll forward it to H.R. Welcome aboard. Maggie: Great thank you. I will need a couple of weeks to get my things to Bay City. Stacey: I’m headed to the office for a short while. I was wondering if you wanted to...meet me afterwards. Lindsay doesn’t flinch, and continues to stare at the television. Lindsay: No. Stacey: We could get those frozen yogurt pops that you like. Lindsay: No thanks mom. I’m just gonna stay here. Stacey: We could have mother daughter time like we used to. Lindsay: I really don’t feel like it. Stacey: Ok umm...if you need me I’ll be at the office. Lindsay: I know the number. Stacey: I love you honey. Stacey kisses her daughter on the forehead and straddles her hair. She sighs with worry and walks out the door. Gregory walks up to her outside the apartment. Stacey: Gregory I...didn’t know you were coming. Gregory: Hey uh...how’s Lindsay? Stacey purses her lips. Stacey: Not unexpected. Go in and see. (EPISODE 197) Christy: I thought we were past this. Eric: Everybody looks at me like I got some kind of disease. Allen Love told his daughter to stay away from me because of what you decided we should do. Christy: Honey I didn’t mean for any of that to happen. I just… Eric: Wanted to push your own agenda. Whatever it is you’re trying to do, I don’t want any part of it. She sighs in a bit of sadness, then she has another flashback... Felicia: Your shenanigans have alienated your own son. You should do us all a favor and leave Bay City. Christy: You know what Felicia you’re becoming a reeeeeal problem. Felicia: Is that a veiled threat? I’m not afraid of you Christy. As long as I draw breath, I’m not gonna let you hurt anyone I care about. Christy: Are you talking about Cass and Mary Frances? Felicia: If you come after them, or anyone else I love, you will answer to me. Felicia leaves...and Christy watches. Christy: Time to get Felicia out of the way. She flashes back to the present, puts her key on the dresser, and sits at her desk. Someone rings the doorbell. After she opens the door, Grant barges in. Christy: To what do I owe this visit? Grant: You owe me a lot more than that. I gotta talk to you. Christy sighs in slight exasperation. Christy: You’ve gotta talk to me. Let me guess...it’s about Paulina. Grant: You won’t believe what I saw. Christy: And what exactly did you see? Grant: I went to her house with the jump drive. Christy: You showed her what was on it? Grant: I didn’t get a chance to. Christy: Why not? Grant: Because I saw her with Jack Snyder, and they weren’t playing solitaire. Christy: Aww little miss muffet was making love to the detective? Grant: This isn’t funny. Christy: You act like you’ve lost. Grant: I probably have. Christy: You have enough evidence on that jump drive to break them up for good. Grant: Oh believe me, I’m going to use it. Grant suddenly gets a text on his cell phone, and subsequently. Grant: A party? At the Corys? Christy: You’re invited to a party at the Corys? The universe must be spinning off of its axis. ---------------------------------------------- MEANWHILE, at Kirkland’s suite, Kirkland looks at his phone, then Charlie looks at hers. Kirkland: That’s weird. We got a text at the same time. Charlie: It’s an invite to the Corys. Kirkland: That’s what I got. Wonder what the occasion is. Charlie: I guess we won’t know until we get there. Hey do you wanna meet up later? Kirkland: I’m gonna stop at my dad’s for a quick second. Charlie: Oh okay...well I’m gonna head out. She kisses Kirkland on his lips. Charlie: See ya later. After Charlie leaves. Kirkland has a flashback… (EPISODE 190) Kirkland: Dad what is she doing here? Grant: Can’t I be charitable? Kirkland: Charity? So you just gave this woman, who tormented Charlie’s parents, a place to live? Grant: Are you saying that I am not giving? I’ll have you know that I give to a lot of organizations. Kirkland: Yeah, especially to the ones that you can get a big tax write off for. Grant: Did you learn comedy on your honeymoon? Kirkland: Dad you never answered my question? What is Christy Carson doing here? I noticed you two made eye contact when she showed up uninvited at Tops. Grant: Son I can’t get into that right now. Kirkland: Come on dad. Are we gonna go down this road again? I read that her parole was denied. After that she gets out, and now she’s living here. What’s going on? Grant: She’s....helping me to get Paulina back. Kirkland: Are you on that again? Why would Christy help you to do that? Kirkland flashes back to the present. Kirkland: I’m gonna find out why. CAMERA PAN ON KIRKLAND...SLOW FADE TO THEME SONG ------------------------------------------------- PART 2 Grant: You won’t be joking so much when I have Paulina. Christy: Ha! Grant: And how’s your quest for Cass going? Christy: Who says I’m trying to get Cass? Grant: Christy come on. This is me you’re talking to. The only reason you stayed in Bay City is to get Cass...or get something from Cass. Christy: Wow it’s amazing how often you’re wrong. Maybe you should use one of your lifelines to get the correct answer. Grant: You stayed in Bay City because you want something from Cass. Hmmm I wonder what that is. Christy: You stick to your plan, and I’ll stick to mine okay. Grant: It’s got something to do with where you went right after I got the governor to pardon you. Christy: Don’t you have some place else to be? Like getting Miss Muffet in your arms? Grant: Oooh I’m getting warm aren’t I? Just where did you go Mrs. Carson? Christy gets a reminder on her phone...and it has a date highlighted. Christy: Wouldn’t you like to know? Grant: You know my secrets. Christy: No I don’t. Grant: You think I’m going to blackmail you don’t you? Christy: Grant I’m not afraid of your blackmail. My poker game is flawless, and I will play my trump card if I have to. Don’t take me there Harrison. Grant: Well I need to go. Christy: Thank God, although I can imagine what you’re going to do. Grant: Work, that’s what I have to do. Christy purses her lips as if she doesn’t believe him as Grant leaves. Christy doesn’t shut the door, and makes a phone call. Christy: Did you find her? The day is getting close...and I’m gonna get what I want. Christy turns around and there is Kirkland...standing at the door. Christy: Kirkland...what are you doing here? Kirkland: I’m gonna get to the point. What’s going on between you and my dad? Christy: And that’s your point? Kirkland: Something’s not right. Why did my dad call in a favor to pardon you? Christy: Didn’t you ask me this before? Kirkland: You and your son showed up uninvited to my wedding reception after my dad helped you get out of prison. Christy: And I apologized for that. What do you want me to do? Write it in blood? Kirkland: It still wouldn’t be sincere. Christy: Listen. It was in poor taste what I did, and again, I am sorry. I’m not sure what you want me to tell you. Kirkland: My dad is paying for this suite isn’t he? You can’t afford this. Christy: Now you know how much money I have? Kirkland: Is my dad helping you to get back and Cass and Frankie? I’m not gonna let you do anything to hurt Charlie’s parents. Christy: Ohhh aren’t you the dutiful son-in-law. I have no intention of hurting Cass or Mary-Frances. Kirkland: You’re up to something, and I’m gonna find out what it is. Kirkland leaves. John: Is everything okay? Sharlene: Well that depends on you. John: Me? Sharlene: I’ve been doing a lot of thinking, and I...I wanna try. John: Try what? Sharlene: Working things out. John smiles, gets up from his chair, and approaches his wife. John: Do you know how long I’ve waited to hear those words? I’d absolutely love to. They embrace warmly. ------------------------------------ Gregory and Lindsay are awkwardly silent, as Gregory really doesn’t know what to say. Gregory: Um...can I getcha anything? Lindsay: What are you gonna get me? Gregory: I dunno. Are ya hungry? Or just some company? Lindsay: How about a uterus? Can you get me that? Because I don’t have one, and I can’t have children. So excuse me if I’m a little pissed about that. Gregory: I understand… Lindsay: Oh so you’ve had your uterus removed! Gregory: They had to save your life. Lindsay: I can’t have children Gregory! Do you wanna be with a woman who can’t have your children? Is that what you really want? Gregory: I love you for you, not for what you can give me. I don’t care about that. Lindsay: You say that now. Gregory: Lindsay don’t do this. Let me be here for you. Gregory goes to touch Lindsay, but she turns away from him. Lindsay: Can you leave please? Gregory: Lindsay--- Lindsay: I’ll...I’ll call you. I just need to...be alone right now. Lindsay tries to hold it together as Gregory goes to the door. After he leaves, she leans her back against the door and slinks down to the floor, crying. The Union Creek mysteries continue. Who's watching who? Someone is watching Reva and Josh, and someone is watching Todd. I wonder if they work for the same person...or are the same person. Chic Spirit is about to get launched....I wonder what you got planned for that new company. Luke and Ben's scenes were hot, reminiscent of Will and Paul on Days of Our Lives. The difference here is that I think Ben is using Luke. Could be working for the same person who is watching Todd and/or the person watching Josh and Reva. Lots of things tying up and the stories are taking off....GREAT EPISODE!!!

This episode had a lil bit of everything. Hope and Aiden with their little spat and light humor. Liam and the danger he's presenting to Jenn, and JJ's emotional tug of war trying to keep his cool. Sonny and Will's interaction was like a prize fight. One threw a punch and the other threw a counterpunch. Well written with the foreshadowing. On a small scale, Gabi's text to Will, and Victor wanting to see the receipts where Brady is concerned. That receipt is very valid. LOVED that scene at the end. It wrapped the episode up in a bow.
