That was a really beautiful conversation between Scott and Kirkland. Kirkland thinks with Scott giving him support, everything is now fine. When it's just beginning...

I love that bickering between Sharlene and Felicia.
Great scene where Bridget starts to realize Michele is alive.
You get all these little details and beats just right in every story. Nothing feels thrown together.

So Maggie is Cass' again. That will be interesting.
Great cliffhanger.
Your Christy amuses me.
Paulina sure is a pushover...

Wonderful scenes all around. Can't wait to see more of Cecile's reunion with Cass. And I hope we get to see KC talking to Marley and maybe Toni talking to Donna, since they are in the same situation about the lies over mother vs. sister.

I really really liked the conversation between Vicky and Marley. Such a nice bonding moment they needed. Most soaps today don't give a damn.
And more intrigue with Joy. She's a fascinating character.

Such a shock to see Bob...and then a huge shock to see Cecile. I'd love to see Nancy Frangione and Christopher Norris working together.
Huge shock about KC too.
Reginald has more grandchildren than I can count.

I finally got around to reading this chapter. Wonderful drama all around, relationship drama that is about longtime distrust and secrets, instead of shock value or pointless conflict. I especially love Felicia's line to dark about how he likes to sit in the dark. And the moment where a drunk Jake tells Kirkland he hopes Kirkland has a happier marriage than he and Vicky do just breaks my heart.
Great fun interlude with the strippers too.

Nice to see that closure with Kirkland and Paulina. I'd forgotten some of that.
Great material for the Burrells. I love the "When did Etta Mae start working for the BCPD" line.
And Iris' "pigs wallow in mud" line. Classic Iris.

So much going on here.
Reginald's last line cracked me up.
Glad to see the Burrells moving back into the story.
I'm glad you remembered that Sharlene had slept with/dated the fake Michael. I'd forgotten. Ew. Poor Sharlene.
It's all kicking off over Felicia/John...
Some real shocks and twists in here.

Good chapter.
I'm not a fan of Cass and Frankie, but their reunion here was sweet.

Iris just can't catch a break. I can see her side and the side of the other Corys, but I tend to side with her, just like I did on the show.
Reginald is a very busy man.
Poor KC.
Christy is a trip.

Poor Lisa I hope this isn't the end for her. And it's all Amanda's fault...well not really, but still.
Wow at the reveal about Lumina. It makes as much sense as anything in that story did.
I enjoyed the whole conversation between Rachel and Reginald.
The convo between Sharlene and Steven was good too. Important to the narratives.

Wow. Huge shock at the end. I'm so glad Michelle isn't dead. There's still tons of story left to tell for her.
Loved all of this - great scenes and interactions. I like the way you write the Vicky/Grant relationship.

John Considine has read this? Wow. That's awesome.

Great chapter. Everything worked so well here. Janice's brief return was chilling. And poor Lisa...so suspenseful! The best part was the reveal. I knew Reginald couldn't be dead. It takes a lot to kill the likes of him. That murder attempt hit him so hard he got his old face back.
Thomasina - good use of history. I hope we might get Quinn back too.

Nice to see the Winthrops and Hudson/Frame/McKinnon/et al. groups. Stacey and Frankie rarely get a chance to interact.
Frankie's psychic abilities back again, although as always, they never tell her what she needs to know.
Who is playing Eric? I forgot.

Great work. I love the Vicky/Jake fight. It has such fireworks, and it's so true to Vicky's character - strong, assertive, self-righteous, unapologetic.
Great to see more of Donna too, and the other stories slowly moving forward. I'm really interested in more of Stephen and Joy.

Great work. Love all the history mentioned here. I'm so happy you devoted a full chapter to this.

Lots of things going on here. I like all the character interaction (Cory is very self-absorbed though).
The mystery Lisa's involved in fascinates me. Imagine if we're getting another Love/Hudson.
Poor Stacey. I guess she had this coming.

Finally getting around to starting some of your fic...great job so far.

Loved this. Huge cliffhangers! That catfight was awesome. And I wasn't expecting that twist with Iris. The part where she said she'd have to call her sister Vicky was just delicious. So Iris.
Brandon Spaulding was a manwhore.

Loved Vicky's reaction to seeing Lisa. That gave me a good laugh. I love that fiery side of Vicky.
Great character interaction here...and seeing people getting ready in the morning is always such a Marland-esque thing. Soaps don't do it anymore so it's nice to see it in your story.

Great chapter!
So Marissa wasn't dead, Lisa was just having her visions. I'd forgotten those. I hope you have her meet Frankie, Bay City's other most prominent psychic. I wonder if she still gets dizzy and has pain when she has them (Lisa, I mean).
Gregory is just out of control. "Side piece" indeed.
Sharlene is too blase about Gregory and John. I hope that's not another alter pretending to be her.
Great to use Stephen in this part of the story.
I'm loving this direct and aggressive, self-destructive Vicky. So true to character.

That part with Lisa finding Marissa's body (?) gave me a chill. How fitting that this is in Monticello because those moments are worthy of Edge of Night.
Love that Alex and Iris scene, and that Alex is fighting back in business again instead of just reacting to the men in her family.

Poor Michele. I wasn't expecting that. My heart broke for her. And Rachel and Carl are so caring toward her. Michele has lost everything.
I laughed when Sharlene moved to get further away from John.
All the tension between the family over Jake and Lindsay is just great.
I'm glad you're including all these family moments.
