Thanks to saynotoursoap, we get another Loving episode. Roya Megnot! And Colleen Dion! I didn't know if Colleen was still on the show by this time. They seem to use some of the same background music as Tales from the Darkside (around 3:40). I never knew they had those Dynasty/Dallas-esque shots of a big city to bridge from scene to scene. There's a "Roundup" question in a 1993 SOD which asks soap actors if they are sick of Madonna. It's kind of amusing seeing random soap actors give their views on her, including some who are randomly back on soaps (like Patrick Muldoon). I guess it's an example of just how pervasive she was at that time.

Geez some of these scenes are so anguishing to watch. These Mason/Eden dynamics fascinate me. Were they saying the only reason she stuck up for him was because she was mentally ill? I'd only ever seen Marcy and Lane Davies together but she and Gordon also work well.

A summer preview in SOD for 1988 said Robert's cousin Abigail would be moving to Port Charles. They also said Ned would be returning to spend time with his grandfather, that he was a computer whiz, would be a bad influence on "Alan Jr." and would be in a story with Melissa (or Martha, whatever) McGee. I don't remember reading of any of this ever happening. Did it?
