There are any number of rumors swirling around about Colleen Zenk in the '80s, that she did not get along with Hillary Bailey Smith at the time, and that she did not get along with Jacqueline Schultz, the latter allegedly leading to an exit for Ariana Munker, who was tired of their issues. Schultz also left within a few years.
OLTL:
Jessica Tuck and Joe Lando, IIRC, discussed that they did not get along initially. I think Jessica said that when Megan had to slap Jake in a scene she was happy to do it for real.
B&B:
This one was heavily covered by the soap press. Hunter Tylo and Kimberlin Brown were close friends, so much so that they even joked at the time about tabloid speculation that they were lovers. In 1994, Tylo went through an absolutely insane year, including leaving B&B and leaving her husband, Michael Tylo. They later reconciled, with Hunter, IIRC, claiming that while filming a TV-movie she had been bitten by a snake and this caused her to go wild, but her relationship with Kimberlin did not recover as Kimberlin and her husband had sided with Michael during the split. I think there were rumors of restraining orders flying around?
