Re-sign is when you re-up your deal with the show/company.

The show is making so many cast cutbacks, and they keep him?!?! I guess this means that he has a storyline coming up in the future. That's cool, as long as it's something unique.

I also find him to be one of the most underrated actors in daytime, just wish he could divorce Lexie and move on to something else. Hopefully Hogie or whoever gives Abe a new direction.

Yeah, he doesn't get much air-time but he's a familiar face I'm glad is still going to be around and from what it sounds like, at least he has some material to play out.

I'm happy he's staying. The show needs diversity and he's a great actor.
