Oh wow - I had the biggest crush on him growing up LOL. I loved him on AMC even though his character by that point wasn't so loved.

Well, to make Dennis Cole's Lance look "good", Mister Bell & Miss Alden took the strange route of having Lucas portray a complete prick during Lorie's trial. But for me, even THAT didn't work out well. I still sympathized with Lucas. Lucas was THERE when Vanessa died, and he heard Vanessa screaming, and then he saw her body on the street below. Although we (the audience) knew exactly what had happened -- Vanessa's fatal swan dive off the terrace -- Luke had no way of knowing that information, and I felt like he was completely justified in believing Lorie had knocked-off the old crone.

Lance is definitely a dumbass, especially when it comes to Vanessa. Lucas has his dumb moments too but he’s more weary of Vanessa’s lies and manipulations. I guess sans Lorie being on trial for her “murder”

Problem viewing posted Youtube videos

The problem seems to be only with embedded youtubes. Embedded Vimeo videos display without problems.

Edit to add:
I mentioned above all of the Windows browsers
in which I cannot see youtubes,
plus my phone version.
On ALL of those browsers plus my phone,
I * can * see Vimeo.

I got them from someone a couple of years ago on a German Board and just found them again on my hard drive. That’s where I stumbled upon the Ross/Holly and Nadine/Billy episodes and they fascinated me.
That’s interesting and would make a lot of sense. I do loved Blake and Ross but I saw some of Phillip’s Valentine’s Day wedding and there was some of Ross and Holly going on and I actually thought they had such natural chemistry that’s why I was interested to know if the audience liked them. But I do remember when I was a kid that Blake and Ross looked so good together.
And this is what I meant.. GL could be pretty bad storywise here and there but when it came down to chemistry and character interactions it was top tier

Having Lewis Arlt join Y&R would've been wonderful, but I'm not sure whether Lance would've been the right role for him. I feel like he would've made a much better Matt Miller or Steven Lassiter.
I agree. Tom Ligon was way hotter than John McCook or Dennis Cole. Even when he was doing guest shots on "Law & Order," often acting opposite his onetime roommate Sam Waterston, I thought he still could get it, lol.
I imagine, too, that JC was REALLY beside himself to have landed a former president's son to play Andy. It's just a miracle that Steven Ford turned out to be a decent actor and not just a handsome body or face.
