They didn't put much time into visualizing the prep leading but the images from the cotillion itself looks good enough to make me want to watch. Finally, a trailer that doesn't give too much away.

I've been saying how much I like Iona Morris Jackson and I hope Dr. Monica McMormick will be the new chief of staff once Lia gets hauled away but the way she was pushing Shanice to push past her instincts about not pursuing a relationship with Ted was too forceful. It's more likely that Shanice will get hurt at this point, with the way Nicole has been thirsting for her ex. Shanice is watching out for crazy Leslie but Leslie is not the one she needs to watch out for, at this point.

It's a good thing that they are wrapping up this blood plasma storyline but having a storyline where Jacob talks about the people who suffer from the plasma being snatched and ferried through the black market without showing us actual victims who may be patients at Garland, makes it seem more theoretical to me. 🤷🏾‍♀️Oh well, at least it's coming to an end.

I don't think it's love for Jamey Giddens. I think it's the absurdity of reading that Giddens' breakdowns are all horrible but the other writers are wonderful and amazing.

I don't even care about endings anymore. The shows that always has the best cliffhangers IMO, The Edge of Night and Search for Tomorrow(when it was on CBS) are long gone.

On that note, I saw a few pictures and yes, next week does seem like it's going to be good.

Haha - I know what you mean - the good ol' days are over (although they don't really have to be, but I digress). I will say, GH has had some really strong cliffhangers over the past few months... except today 😂

When it comes to cliffhangers, I would say them and B&B...they definitely understand the cliffhanger assignment.

This was how I feeling last week (and the week before that) when I saw the synopsis for the following week and saw no sign of anything related really to the cotillion. After stalling on it for months, I just figured that it would be at the start of the month or at least regain its build up...similar to last year when the build up to the anniversary party started end of April. Last week I was hoping they would not do it at the same time as the plasma ring storyline. With Anita's story on break...what will they have?

But reading the next week synopsis and seeing the teaser for next week...it sounds like they are blowing up (either climaxing or doing story turns) ALL of their stories next week. While I'm happy for the movement...that might be just a liiiiiiiittle too much.

I agree. I had thought since they were forcingly pushing the plasma ring storyline and there was movement going on bit by bit, that perhaps it would be climaxing while the cotillion storyline got to build again. Moreso since Anita's story has been C plotted...along with Joey/Vanessa, Nicole and her three two men, and everything else. But alas.

Same. Moreso since I know she's the original voice for Storm on the X-MEN cartoon back in the 90s. I would love to see her around. And perhaps @Cheap21 is right and she dated Dante Green at one time. Yes, me prepping for his inevitable appearance.

Amen. Other than the drama potential of the fallout, I've long been over this storyline. And that the show was pushing it as the more developed B story just made me roll my eyes. It didn't even feel like the writers themselves wanted to write the story. And that's not good.

I think I may have seen it mentioned here before people wondering if Jon Lindstrom and Cady McClain were friends. Turns out they are. Cady posted they are close friends.
