I feel...like Izaiah...that it's too early to call whether it is a retcon or not.

 

They are just now diving back into the Hayley/Randy connection. Just because he hasn't mentioned babymama doesn't mean that he won't. Since Joey has called out Randy on being around Hayley and Randy lied that they are having an affair, I'm sure it will come up in later dialogue if only to clarify.

You're right -- Vanessa is not a good mother.

She cares much more about screwing Golden Corral Casino Mobster Joey and working with him than she cares about either of her twins. Her daughter didn't come home for the funeral, so Vanessa calls and texts her? Wouldn't a good mother go to her???

I still say Donnell is not going back to school. He's going to catch his slut mother with this old man two-bit lowlife blue pill-taking criminal, and he'll stay in town.

And he used to be Tamara's love interest on ATWT! What if all high and mighty Anita had her own affair back in the day and Dani may not be Vernon's? That uncertainity might explain why she hasnt always allowed herself to be close to Dani. That would be messy and cause obvious problems for Madison and Chelsea but Id have that be short lived and keep Vernon as the daddy but  the scare of Chelsea possibly dating her potential aunt would have exposed Anita's secret

I told y'all from before the jump they were laying that track with Naomi and Izaiah before he even showed up with this baby drama for the married couple. Now here we are the other day.

AFAIC their optimum situation would be to start with him infatuated with his brother's wife, have that crash out however it may (probably with Kat and Jacob taking that roll in the hay too) but eventually making Izaiah's permanent base between Eva and Kat instead.
