R.I.P. to actor James Houghton, who has passed away aged 75.  James played record producer Kenny Ward on the Dallas spin-off Knots Landing for four seasons from 1979-83.  He later starred in the Dynasty spin-off The Colbys and later went on to write and star in The Young And The Restless.

James passed away in August, 2024 from peritoneal mesothelioma but his death has only become public knowledge. Thoughts and prayers to his family. #Dallas #KnotsLanding

Sorry to hear he's gone. He was such a handsome man and a good actor too, even if Kenny was never a great part. I wish I had seen more of his work on Y&R.

He also played Jill Foster's Lawyer Brother on Y&R didn't he? He was an original right? I wonder if Y&R would honor him

He also wrote for Y&R for many years. I do hope they pay tribute.
