“And then Felicia let’s Carly know, ‘We’re celebrating 62 years [since the hospital’s founding].’ ”

So the first episode of GH coincided with the opening of the hospital .I think not. Why mention it all if you're going to get it wrong?

I always marvel when I see that staircase at GH. What modern hospital install  a potential death trap? No way would patients or staff be let anywhere near it. One fall and GH would be sued out of existence!

And Frank, don't bother with the 'outdoor' sets. There's yet to be a convincing one in the history of soaps.

Better trying to work out how to include more outdoor sets and/or location filming.

Liz and Lucky are missing too and Lulu

There's a picture of Lucas and Jason on page 6 of this thread but I don't know what date that airs -- just sometime week of March 31 - April 5.

As I posted earlier in this thread: When the cast photo appeared in Variety, for the April 1st GH anniversary episode of the Monica Quartermaine Cardiac Wing dedication, I wondered why Head Nurse Elizabeth and Dr. Lucas Jones weren't in the cast photo with the other hospital staff. Especially since Lucas' parents are both on the memorial wall.  But now we know that Elizabeth was in the car accident, which aired in Eastern Time around the time when (or shortly after) the Variety article was published, and hadn't yet aired in other time zones.
So of course Elizabeth and Lucas will be in the April 1st episode, but they didn't reveal the accident at publication time so that wasn't in the Variety article, so no pics of the hospital emergency room in that article.

Update: Now we know that in the March 31 episode, Lucky was at the car accident scene and saw that Elizabeth was a passenger in the crashed car,  and then he came to the hospital with Elizabeth.  Lucas is treating Ric; and Isaiah is treating Elizabeth.  Elizabeth needs surgery on her broken leg. So a lot of the characters are at the hospital in special April 1st anniversary episode, but not all at the dedication ceremony for the new Monica Quartermaine cardiac wing.

I don't know about Lulu, if she's in the April 1st episode or not. She hasn't been mentioned.

As posted abovethread from SOD, describing April 1st episode:
Carly’s day starts out with her young daughter, Donna, and Felicia, who works at the hospital as a patient advocate and was close friends with Carly’s late mother, Bobbie Spencer. “Donna wants to go see the [memorial] wall, the wall of people who have passed away who made General Hospital so special,” Wright explains. “And then Felicia let’s Carly know, ‘We’re celebrating 62 years [since the hospital’s founding].’ ”
Carly, Felicia and Donna then lovingly remember Bobbie, who passed away last year.

This screencap from the promo from week of March 31st must be that scene:
