Three months after the death of Sam McCall, her family is finally going to learn the true circumstances surrounding her death when Dr. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) reveals the truth this week on “General Hospital.”

In the latest promo released for the week of January 27-31, 2025, the Davis family is shocked when Portia tells them, “What happened to Sam wasn’t a mistake. It was intentional,” to which Sam’s grieving mother, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn), retorts, “Someone murdered my daughter?”

Earlier, Sam’s fiancé, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna), is confronted at the hospital, just as Laura (Genia Francis) realizes that her daughter, Lulu (Alexa Havins), is still in love with her ex-husband even after waking up from a four-year coma.

Elsewhere, Chase (Josh Swickard) gets the medical results for his and his wife’s family planning journey. But will the results be a positive one or will things take a wrong direction? Looming in the air is the possibility that Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) had already conceived a child years earlier with another man.
