Okay, I see that as just listing two different types of criminals, not particularly extreme. Like Original Recipe & Extra Crispy!

And, I don't think that's where we're going. I've thought that this whole time but now the show seems to be indicating it.

Your welcome it's one of my favorite Maxie and Mac scenes it was very on point. I wish I knew who wrote those scenes.

I'm really happy that KS is in a better place mentally and physically cause it's really coming through onscreen. Patrick was the best thing to happen to Maxie writing wise in a long time. It had been like constant doom and gloom since she lost Nathan especially with that bootleg Julilard [!@#$%^&*] & her being in debt which wasn't remotely believable especially with all the family she has around, Nate's pension.

Very sad. Similar to Dr. Ruth, who also passed today, he's one of those people who was everywhere, just such a common part of life, back when we had an interconnected culture or society.

I'm glad he went back to GH again in the early '10s, which felt like a nice way to cap off his career - visiting the show that helped make him a star.

This is where I stand on Heather. Alley Mills impressed me during her original stint- she reminded me more of the version Mary O’Brien played. Kind of a needy and manipulative basket case compared to Robin’s more calculating and dangerous version (I am talking original stint). Her last few visits RM played Heather as more of a cartoon IMO (which was the writing).

I didn’t like the Esme retcon, or her being The Hook. If this was RM, who has actual history with all these players (they could even use flashbacks!), I would care more. The effort would be more worth it, because we could get back to the dark manipulator and Robin can be down right chilling when it’s called for. Using the murder hip to bring back that Heather I could at least enjoy.

I don’t care at all about this story as presented now. Because it’s going to lead to more goofy than chilling Heather. The last thing Trina, Alexis, and Laura need is this mess.

Sad news. He had just gotten active on social media again and was telling lovely stories about his time on GH and his plans to make a film about his life.

And while not as progressive as today, he wanted people to be healthy, but he understood and shared the emotional issues many people suffer with involving their weight.

    • Hahaha!!! Not Naomi being sure Chelesa ain't filming this time!!!   At last! Kat is proven right!!!   And hey, Nicole's Doctor friend, hey!!!   So far...this is giving.
    • Leslie having the nerve to show up at the Dupree House was pure insanity. Bill being revealed to be more ruthless than anyone would have thought was a good development. I have to imagine that will change Dani's view of wanting him back. The whole reveal was well done and Trisha Mann-Grant owned those scenes. That was most definitely material for an Emmy submission reel.
    • I agree, all the Guys Tux were nice. I like how they differ from each other and all stylish in a way. Awe, same. Can not believe I actually have enjoying a current daytime soap. Rewatching these episodes over the weekend as a jump back into Ryan's Hope and Santa Barbara. Agreed! Exciting times.

And it was pretty dope we didn't know that tidbit before the reveal.
    • yes I thought of the Renee party... But this is different because I'm talking specifically about the revealer convincing someone else to throw the party.  And the someone else complies, having no idea what the revealer plans. I'm wondering if Michele Val Jean did a first with BTG in 2025. But the BTG thread is already so busy -- that I thought it important to *NOT* clog it up with discussing this, so I brought the question here instead. That way, if other reveals come up in conversation, it's not a problem on this "general retro soap" thread.
    • Well, good that they showed Vanessa though I wish she was there.   Lol. And here comes Naomi. AND an explanation from Jacob.

She is diabolical! Remember in this scene she offered Martin a brownie which seemed so random? In this episode its revealed that when he was a kid, Ted used to bring him to a restaurant where the waitress would give him brownies....that waitress was Leslie. She was playing games and trying to jog his childhood memory
    • Yay!!!!!! And made it ON TIME, TOO!!!   And this is giving DAYS reveals circa late 90s already.
    • Bish what? I was not expecting that, I was for sure expecting him to go after Nicole (He still can). Looks like Leslie put her out! I love these new developments, Eva Dorian Lording her way into Fairmont Crest. My good sis better trap that doctor.
    • It should be in its synopsis on the DVR description of the show.
