No-one thought of telling Summer about Nick being arrested. She has to find out from Michael who mentioned about Nick's arraignment.

What happened to the cop that escorted Faith to the airport? Was he working for Cameron or did "Jimmy" take out the cop and kidnap Faith, taking her to Cameron?

On the one hand, springing Cameron from prison and bringing him back to Genoa City in order to terrorize Sharon and her loved ones so more seems pointless since it's likely the story will be wrapped up and forgotten by the time I finished writing this post, lol.  On the other hand, however, even if Linden Ashby won't be sticking around for the foreseeable future, his abbreviated return still should shake up the canvas significantly; and I'm afraid that it won't.  Again, if his return doesn't impact the Newmans' lives for years to come, then what was the point of bringing him back?

I like that Cameron is back and causing trouble, and they don't have them trying to be reformed like Diane, which would be pointless and boring.

On the other hand, they need to raise the stakes and have Cameron either working with Grace or someone like Matt Clark's twin cousin. I don't know if this scene happened yet, but it would be interesting to see Mariah react to the man that killed her dad. Cameron's trouble needs to be methodical and impactful rather than just returned and crazy off the jump.

I wonder if the writers worried back then that the Cameron plot was too similar to the Matt Clark/Carter Mills stories? I liked what of saw of the OG Cameron plot but it felt like randomly terrorizing Sharon just for some action.

Matt Clark's plot was more complex. Teen pregnancy secret, framing Nick for his shooting, coming back with a new face, the Tricia and drugs stuff and framing Nick for his death etc..

Overall, this is the most interesting thing Y&R's has done in years, and this is significantly better written than Sheila's return on B&B.

Never even knew of this character but I’m loving the story. I’m a huge Sharon and Nick fan so this has been great for me, flashbacks included. Also Sharon getting out of the coffee shop and having a life again has made me so happy.

I was thinking along the lines of Cameron, who mentioned to Nick in 2004 that he knew about all the men from Sharon's past, naming them all - Diego, Matt Clark, Frank Barritt. Cameron did some digging into the background of each man and somehow he came into contact with Matt's former best friend, Drake Belson. They compared notes and stories on Sharon/Nick. Drake wants revenge on them for what happened to Matt when he returned as Carter Mills and agrees to team up with Cameron.

Another way to go would be the return of Tricia McNeil, who has unfinished business and a score to settle with the Newman family. Tricia was a huge part of Matt's plan to frame Nick along with the Ryan/Victoria/Tricia triangle and situation.  Tricia plays the role of Grace Turner this time around.

Speaking of which, Cameron should also be seeking revenge on Grace Turner when she turned on him and ultimately helped the Newman family by testifying against Cameron, which helped put him in prison.

Wardrobe comment- Sharon and Summer’s color pathways for their outfits were so similar in an episode last week, pretty much within the same color family. I mention this because there was a time years ago, when I tuned into the show and wondered why tptb had Summer looking more like Sharon’s daughter than Phyllis’. AL is at least built more like Phyllis but the styling of both Sharon and Summer in that particular episode stood out to me.

I've been peeking in here and there and it sounds like the Cameron's return appears to be rushed. But...watching it...I found it's been keeping my interest. And I don't find it rushed. Perhaps it's the fact it's focused on Sharon...who needed something to do. Perhaps it was those awesome flashbacks for those who didn't see all the storyline...which I was one of them though I knew the story. I only wished they included a Nikki/Sharon flashback from their bickering days a la Katherine/Jill.

In any case, I felt it's build nicely. First, the gifts. Then the reveal. Then the appearances and the town graudally finding out. Then the stalking...whether it was Sharon herself, Faith, Sally. And the creep factor build through every encounter. And finally....of course...Nick (looking puffy hot in that short sleeve shirt) vs Cameron. And now...Cameron framed Nick.  Heck, it's shocking me that I'm invested in it.

Something I CANNOT say for Giggly Heffa. Ugh at her arrogance. I do like the reveal of her being alive has been done gradually among the town. And I was YASSSSSSSSSSSSSS to see the return of Vengeful Christine. They can go right on back to bringing that rivalry back between the Bug and Phyllis. I have no sympathy for her no matter how they try to make one sympathize with her. I'm more Poor Daniel for having to deal with her.

The only good thing about it all is how it's setting up new dynamics within the Abbott family. The unraveling of the Summer/Kyle marriage. And I've been WAITING for Kyle to realize how long Summer knew she was alive. And I was happy to see that MM did not disappoint. I knew AL would do a great job so it was awesome. Meanwhile, you have Ashley taking steps to go against Diane setting scheme team (Jack/Diane) vs scheme team (Ashley/Tucker). And I've been enjoying the comedy of errors that has been Ashley/Tucker and the 'engagement.'

Still fast forwarding through Billy/Chelsea.

Enjoying looking at hot Nate. But is that really Audra's endgame? Cuz rme.

    • Who's door did Eva pop up at? It looked like Ted.
    • Today I fully appreciate Rocco - for the first time! "In case you can't tell, we're freshmen." He has got it going on in that brain of his! Yeah, but I've been having trouble with Brook Lynn, I guess, for 2 weeks now.  God bless Tracy Angelica Quartermaine! How can that woman, seemingly so rigid, so dug-in, turn on a dime the way she just did?!!! Of course, Danny is way glib for his age! "My brother is an Introverted Extrovert." Hilarious! And, the thing that shocked me, and really just rocked me back ... Dante has been IN LOVE with Lulu this whole time. He never stopped being in love with her!!! No, I did not see that coming.  Kudos to the GH Team today!!
    • Great script Great scenes Tracy BLQ Lulu and Dante were Great Poor Rocco. Be ok Damn Gio and Vaughn are hot as hell Not liking BLQ demanding Maxie pick between her and Lulu
    • With the ending of today's great episode, Leslie has to have the biggest donkey dick of courage I've ever seen.
    • The answer I was looking for is "he is Elvis Aron Banks Jr. " which is what I thought was the case but I was too unsure to say so!!!! Thanks, as always. I mean, there is NO Elvis Aron Banks Sr. so there was no real need for Susan to make him a Junior!!!  But, she seems to have her own way of doing, just about everything, which is okay.

date: Friday, May 2 | Teresa Zimmerman, Judy Tate | Steven Williford The drama-rama is drama'ing! This is juicier than the freshest of fresh peaches picked right from its home. Deadbeat, finally able to get his frustrations out physically on someone; instead of it being Bradley, it's Dana. I love the unraveling of Dana's names (Leslie, Sherry, Anna, et al.). It's juicy. And look at Dr Carlton, chiming in. I love the way Anita and Dani fled to Nicole's side, and then Vernon trying to excuse everyone but "immediate family" (and I am sure Mona as well) from the room. Dana is coming undone. She really is. Her numerous ways of pronouncing "Teddy" to everyone. Oh, Nicole's collapse into a furious Anita hearing "lover" coming from Dana's mouth. BILL KNOWS SOMETHING! His all-too-casual non-denial shows he knew about something concerning the affair, and of course the child bride wants to know what it is. Love that Shanice visited Vanessa; I wonder what kind of friendship they may actually have. Well, now we know Bill's involvement, AND the bombshell has been dropped: Eva is [supposedly] Ted's daughter he thought Dana aborted. "Smarty Marty". Whew. Good name for Deadbeat. I appreciate Dani's anger and hurt being focused into anger and love for Nicole. Dana swishing her way out of the main part of the country club to her closet was everything. A soap villain sashaying her way from the havoc she's wrecked. I appreciate that both Anita and Vernon are assuring Mona is not to blame in this. She's an innocent in this. But her looks to Eva? Those could cut like a butter knife. Douglas knows Vanessa has cheated and is continuing to cheat. ARE WE ABOUT TO GET KATHERINE VERSUS TED?! Oh, this is going to be even juicier than I could have ever asked for. CAN PEOPLE STOP SITTING ON TABLES! IT'S SO ANNOYING! Dana's little daydream of talking to Nicole was everything; that's the "crazy" (a.k.a., mental illness). Billy boy, it's time for your turn in the hot seat. Stop rubbing toes and get your ass to the main house. Not Dana showing up at the Dupree home. Oh, what does she have planned next?! Whew... chile. General notes: Trisha Mann-Grant (Dana) gave an empowered performance in today's episode. She commanded the set that day. This is an Emmy-worthy supporting performance. Ambyr Michelle (Eva) is one that has really shown in the past few episodes; she's another young star in the making. She embodies Eva in every single sense. She brings the scripts to life through her craft. Maurice Johnson (Ted) brought nothing. I'm not surprised he was recast at this point. Keith D. Robinson would have rocked these scenes and actually presented something to the table.
    • I agree!  I'm excited to see if Nicole forgives Ted, if Ted accepts Eva, if Kat accepts Eva, what happens with Leslie... if Martin's story will play into any of this...
    • I like that I don't know what direction they are going in next for this storyline. It's a great place to be for a fan like myself!
    • I am so appreciative of the camaraderie of watching BTG in real time with other posters here
