Summer and Kyle visited Los Angeles.
Bill Spencer, Wyatt, and Flo visited Genoa City.

Summer and Kyle met with Wyatt and Flo at Il Giardino.
Summer had scenes in the Spencer Publications office with Bill, Wyatt, and Flo.
Bill met with Lauren, Jack, and Summer at Jabot.
Bill met with Summer at Society.
Bill encountered Sally at Society and at Jabot.

Some of the LA scenes aired on both soaps.
 

I don't remember exactly what (if anything) the Genoa City characters learned about Sally.  The episodes aired on both B&B and Y&R.
