Bradford Anderson, Damian Spinelli, General Hospital, GH, GH ABC

Considering his character has been name-dropped by both Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) in recent episodes of “General Hospital,” albeit for different reasons, it’s only right that Damian Spinelli made an actual on-screen appearance on the soap, right? Well, just before appearing at last weekend’s “General Hospital Convention” in Burbank, actor Bradford Anderson revealed he’ll soon be back in Port Charles after spending a couple of days at the show’s Prospect Studios.

In a photo shared on Instagram, Anderson appears outside of the show’s studio with the caption, “A lovely few days at Prospect Studios.” No additional information about his return was revealed in the post.

Since the show has quickly inserted actors into scenes in the past, depending on the storyline, Anderson should appear on-screen as early as April. But don’t be surprised if it happens sooner.

Anderson has been portraying Spinelli on “GH” off and on since 2006. In between appearances, the actor has guest-starred on episodes of “Homeland,” “Minority Report,” “Castle,” and “NCIS: Los Angeles,” among others. He’s currently co-hosting the “Stone Cold and the Jackal” and “That’s Awesome” podcasts alongside “GH” alum Steve Burton (ex-Jason Morgan).
