JY has pretty much been treated as an afterthought through most of his run. The only time he got a real story was the beginning of the Widge+C2+Rick+Myrna. It was key in that B&B finally figured out how to utilize KM - as a social climber. The story was working great and finally gave B&B a diverse lead actor. Where Brad went terribly wrong - unlike JY's comments - was Myron and then everyone on canvas being accepting, the forced 'perfect' marriage, etc. It actually could've been a great longterm story instead of a benign PSA.
