All my other "ride or die" actors either found success outside the genre (Cornelius Smith, Kelli Giddish, Renee Goldsberry, Trevor St. John) or got Prospect Park-ed. His exit is like saying goodbye to the last flower in my soap fan garden. I spent an embarrassing amount of time and energy fighting about or over ME/McBain and while I regret some of it, I can honestly say that I met some of the most amazing people because of that particular fanbase war and I'm grateful as hell to still have them as real life friends.
