He is too old but as an actor I think he is ok…not bad awful but not great either….I am still trying to figure out whose decision it was to hire him….whoever it is needs to be fired.

God, I hope not. "Ball Gag Neil" would be hella worse than "Blind Neil" and "Drunk Neil" COMBINED.
