Hope also has two half-brothers---Steve Olson, who was the son of Addie and her first husband, Ben Olson (Addie and Ben were Julie's parents),and Dougie LeClair, who is Doug's son with a surrogate mother, Rebecca North, who was Hope's nanny after Addie died. We've never seen an adult Dougie. He was raised by Robert LeClair (who had married Rebecca when she was pregnant). Rebecca was killed in a plane crash. Doug didn't know Dougie was his son until after Rebecca died. Doug and Julie never had a child together.

Yes, she had the big 18th birthday and wanted to sleep with Bo, and Doug ended up having a heart attack. Hope was first aged by 3 years in 1975, when Natasha Ryan (born 1970) started playing the role. So, Hope went from around 2 years old to 5 years old in 1975 (who played her until 1980). Then Hope jumped from 13 (what she would have been in 1983) to 17 when Kristian Alfonso took over the role in 1983. Based on it being the same actress in the same role in 2015, one could say Hope turned 49 last month.
