Ha! LOST! WOW. Happy Anniversary to the show, my best friend showed me the first episode since he was OBSESSED w/ Lost, and I thought I would never watch the show (Well I did I just didn't know when!) and BAM, LOVED IT.

24 and Alias -- ONE OF MY TOP 2 All Time Favorites - I was like 6 or 7, these shows were starting their third seasons around 2003-2004ish and I LOVED action movies at the time! I always knew about it since my mom was in love with these 2 hot shows! I was a kid so I didn't know what to think of it other than I found it cute my mom had a bond with a show as I had w/ Spongebob and mostly Nickelodeon/Disney in general! Also I would record the episodes in case she missed it b/c I was an awesome technical son smile.pngsmile.png But when I was 8, It only took me to see Jack Bauer shoot a terrorist in the leg in the Season 4 premiere? That's when I got hooked EVER SINCE! And have watched week in, week out, including the A&E re-runs that re-ran Season 1-3 smile.png and later bought the first season on DVD later that year. LOL 24 was my childhood!

Followed by, I always saw Alias re-runs, thought Jennifer Garner was a cutie, saw Alias in the DVD store, so I started probably tuning into it around 8 or 9. Don't really remember much. But I just always had a love for it! I re-watched it all earlier this year and OMG. I still miss it, so sad watching the series finale! (I still need JJ Abrams to answer what was RAMBALDI'S ENDGAME MYSTERY!) and re-watch it! SPYFAM, THOSE INSANE PLOT TWISTS!, Sydney/Vaughn!, SARK! BRADLEY COOPER--WILL! Their Cliffhangers most importantly the Season 2 ENDER still BLOWS ME AWAY! I'm still like WTF!?! TV just doesn't get better that that!

AHH. 24 and Alias just BLOWS your brains out! and for its TIME!?! You can't say there was many shows packing incredible twisty moments into their story! I still hope one day, my Jennifer Garner and Michael Vartan will team up and Alias 2.0 will be born!

SCANDAL - Another ALL-TIME FAVORITE! 2012 had a lot of Great Shows, which taught me to be tv-savvy, be a super (geek) fan, and keep a really open-mind while being entertained by characters and plots for 42 minutes. I was really into Ringer. REVENGE, Missing (Spy series w/ Ashley Judd) that year and GH had a resurgence so I was really starting to like ABC lineup of shows. However I think I didn't understand the Scandal promos as it was like a 30 second of whiplash its why I'm like oh great a show set in D.C w/ sex scandal not tuning into that, however it was JUST THAT. Power, Control. Scandalous Acts, Manipulations. You got the powerful lead that's almost like Superwoman, the villains, the quirky team-squad, and the broken people that need saving and Politics. And your Olivia Pope, Political Drama/Thriller was born! I saw ABC put up the episodes earlier and I LOVED the first 2 episodes, it was fresh, exciting, something new, had an incredible vibe, and based on a real person's career. So the idea of Olivia being this powerful fixer w/ her past haunting her was incredible. Its like D.C in the political arena w/ hungry bloody monsters/tyrants/gladiators who will tear each other to the bone. The show was better than I thought when viewing week after week! I was shocked when Amanda Tanner got killed off! Wasn't surprised by Cyrus going all villan-y because the show needed that and to embrace that! And that I loved, and Have been the ultimate fan of this show since the beginning and week after week! GLADIATOR HERE! I still embrace that this show values storytelling, (Season 3 saw a slight slip in the development of the characters but I'll let that one slip as I still loved it) and values some mind-boggling, masterful scenes, twists, story points, character development, cliffhangers, and more. While some shows try to top itself, or others or goes through identity crisis, Scandal just goes with the flow.

The show would suffer whenever they got away from Locke. Whenever it was a Locke episode you knew major story was happening. When they decided to do a Kate episode, nothing of importance would happen. The thing that was disappointing was how they immediately wrote Walt out. I remember them saying it was because the kid grew in height way too much way too soon and there was no way to deal with it, but it seems clear from the first season they had plans for Walt and for whatshername's baby that just never materialized.
