Now nine Clay Aiken fans are thinking of filing a lawsuit against Clay's record company, claiming they fraudulently marketed him and covered up his sexuality. These fans feel betrayed. That's like gay guys suing just about any male musician or actor whose record company or management feels they should heavily promote to gays to help boost sales for their music or movies. I know the record companies and some people's management do it and you don't see any gay people getting all pissy and suing them for marketing the other derection. People are just too sue happy these days. It's like you accidently bump into someone the street and they break a nail and they decide they need to sue you. It's ridiculous. As soon as he won and got his first #1, he said he was gay. Now he's the biggest male pop star int he UK. Everyone figured Clay was gay and he should've just said it after he got successful. By letting something like this out him it just causes unwanted controversy and will no doubt screw up the release of his next album. Here he could've been a positive example of a gay person and has ruined it with this scandal.
