This is ridculous. That's like gay guys suing just about any male musician or actor whose record company or management feels they should heavily promote to gays to help boost sales for their music or movies. I know the record companies and some people's management do it and you don't see any gay people getting all pissy and suing them for marketing the other derection.

Clay should've done like the original Idol winner Will Young. As soon as he won and got his first #1, he said he was gay. Now he's the biggest male pop star int he UK. Everyone figured Clay was gay and he should've just said it after he got successful. By letting something like this out him it just causes unwanted controversy and will no doubt screw up the release of his next album.

Here he could've been a positive example of a gay person and has ruined it with this scandal. Now if someone like Justin Timberlake were gay, I can understand staying in the closet, but Clay wasn't fooling anyone, lol.
