Great Thursday and Friday episodes! Clearly Ally is off her meds, but at the same time, she's taken a dislike to the great e-nun-ci-a-tor and I can't say I blame her. Just because everyone at FC thinks Wyatt shits diamonds doesn't mean Ally's dislike is fundamentally off. Pam (yes, I know she's nuts too) implied as much. Great scene between DB and the actress who plays Ally btw. That was the first time Wyatt didn't come across as weirdly, grindingly fake.

Nice to see HT and looking so fabulous, too. The show really felt like old school B&B yesterday. Thanks to Michele Val Jean and Jack Smith. HT needs to return to the fold, man. And this is a long time Brooke fan talking! Also Thorne who has chemistry with everybody. Love those long time Forrester vets.

Oh! And kudos to the production and lighting technicians who lit the Paris scenes. The view of the Invalides building from Thorne's office, the peachy Paris sunlight. This time of year, Paris doesn't get that much blinding sun, but it does in spring and summer and that's what it looks like when it floods a large-windowed room. That, plus the outdoor shots of Paris, the Cafe de Flore, etc., gave the scenes a different tone, and made it seem like the Forresters were out of the country and not necessarily in an LA studio.

Also, it's a nice shoutout to the French-speaking world in Europe where B&B is a consistent performer, has been for decades.
