I actually really enjoyed the Shelter stuff because I think this story is gearing up for some sort of interweaving of the tattoo conspiracy story and a sort of Karen Wolek deal with the sugar daddies - I think Dani's going to take that role, and I think KM could rock that kind of story. It's an old staple on soaps and if you do it right it can be very good. Paolo Seganti is so creepy. I'm not buying this dude's innocent act for a second. And I loved Bo lurking around the scene being the old gumshoe and talking with Rama and Nikki. They're well-used.

Todd, Blair and Téa were kind of running in circles but I laughed when Téa did the same, and turned on Todd when she got the text - though I knew damn well Victor didn't have Todd, my first thought was that she would be perfectly within her rights to believe Victor's text was another Tomas sort of con from Todd. I did also giggle when Todd suggested they fake Victor's death - again. That's genius. This tattoo story is a great concept, often executed well, but it keeps switching gears between running hot and stopping dead due to limitations with TSJ for the moment and possibly RH in the future. They just need to keep ramping up and not hitting the brakes. That said, I do understand their scheduling limitations with the actors, and this haven't even begun to approach the horseshit GH fans are suffering through with Frank and Ron and the Robin Scorpio mess.

Kate the teacher was solid. And AT was too - he did a fine job. I think a little rehearsal time makes all the difference with that kid. And yeah, nice body.

Michelle is clearly a little nuts, so I question the wisdom of pursuing this kind of silly storyline for too long unless it has a larger, deeper purpose. Amber Noyes is pretty decent. I wouldn't have minded her actually playing Sarah Roberts instead, after her brother had played C.J.

Viki and Clint was fine. That's another great story that keeps shifting gears - stop and go. She's lost all her money! No, it's fine! Okay, where is it going though?

OLTL is quite solid, but it keeps gathering all its bigger story threads, weaving them together and then letting them drift some more of late. Part of it is when we get just Monday and Tuesday eps one week, like this one, and that creates a false sense of meandering, but there is still a valid issue with it. I'm much happier with the show than I was on network, but it needs to find regular equilibrium that lasts. And I think it will.

so true... and yeah he certainly does have a nice body, hope the show shows it more..

I agree I also love Amber.. would be cool if down the line Tyler reappears as CJ

I also liked Jack saying he wished he lasted longer - that's real. They would never have gotten away with that line on network. It was cute and funny.

I don't think Bandini is supposed to be a serious love interest for anyone except perhaps Dani - someone for her to mistakenly put her trust in while drowning her sorrows away from Matthew. He's a gray hat at best. And creepy. I think he's behind Briana's death and probably linked to the tattoo org. They had Seganti doing a lot of villain [!@#$%^&*] on ATWT in the last few years, I believe.

I believe they pushed both Kate and Bandini's debut airdates way up, unless I'm wrong. I expect we may see

Ron Raines very soon as Jeffrey's mentor, which will hopefully amp up his storyline and character.

Yeah I totally loved how awkward he was, it was adorable.. and how cavalier he was about losing his virginity to an older woman, he was also rocking the sex hair and his face when he found out about her... I love how PP has treated AT....

these reactions said it all

What about Cutter's shady business with Dean the drug dealer at Shelter?

I'm still a little sad that all the excitement for a CJ & Sarah return when her brother walked the red carpet with her at the premiere was a big tease. Oh well the mythology of CJ Roberts continues...

Agreed- Michelle seems like she might have recently escaped St Ann's. Feeling like her greater purpose will be to terrorize the A team and make Matthew realize his feelings for one or some combination of Dani, Drew or Destiny. Too soon to say if the fallout will be worth the long build-up to her that felt even longer on the 2 day schedule.

CJ is the biggest blank slate left, & he's both a Lord and a Buchanan.

Prolly not gonna happen anymore. I'd like to see a romance with him and Nikki or Kim Andrews (if Amanda's willing to come on board again).

Oh I like the Kim idea. That could be fun with her history with Grandpa Clint. I think the problem with some of the legacy kids is that while being Lords/Buchanans/Cramers ties them to the show beautifully, it also seriously limits their romantic potential especially on a small canvas. Even out first grown up Sarah was in some kissing cousin story with Joey back when the cast was bigger. Take Zane Buchanan- he's double related to like literally everyone but Destiny. Which is why Frankie and Leslie Holden are the perfect options should they need new characters. Can Kate be Leslie Holden? Its not too late!

But maybe if they ever call Andrea Evans for a stint, we'll get one of the Lord-Roberts kids.

Kate is WAY TOO old to be Leslie Holden...

I would rather have Frankie and Leslie to be around Jack's age..

I wonder who'd they have to be Sarah Roberts, Jennifer Landon maybe, or some other former P&G actress??

I would love to see Andrea and John again as Tina and Cord, I love them

It's much worse in DAYS, with literally having so few options of pairing. This is why new blood is always good. Hell, I'll SORAS Sierra Rose for Zane.

No disagree unless Kate is like supposed to be 30ish. Its totally doable- they were born before Starr and long before Matthew or Jack. It would be like a relatively minor SORAS and we haven't seen them in years. But really they could make them anywhere between 18 and 25-26.

I'd love Jennifer Landon as Sarah- not an obvious choice for Andrea Evans daughter but it could work and she's great.

I said I'd rather she have played her than rando Michelle - but overall, I can't see bringing Sarah Roberts back on contract again unless there is a really crackerjack story there. That character has failed twice and the last run was just overwhelmingly dull.
