She always speaks about Monty with respect. On her lifetime intimate portrait she named an ABC executive as the person who said Luke was the show and she could have been anybody. I think a producer under Monty also was shitty to her but Francis never says Monty was the one that was so awful too her.

Also during her return to the show during the rape revisit storyline she said in an interview that a producer grabbed her stomach and made comments to her about her weight. I read on another soap board that it was Shelly Curtis but I would be shocked by that much insensitivity from a Riche era producer.
