Can they legally do that, though? That's an ABC story under Cartini.

According to PP, GH was in breach re: that story and character. I don't know if that is technically accurate and really viable as a claim or not, but I tend to believe they at least overstepped. I don't believe they were specifically cleared to kill the kid. I think Ron just did it. He just does a lot of things. The logic being that he is Ron Carlivati and you are not.

I also believe he may have intended to bring the kid back someday - along with Cole and Hope, and obviously Victor Jr. - but when you snooze on a year's lease, you lose.

Probably not specifically, no, at least not in my utterly uninformed opinion.

I'm sure ABC will argue that if PP did not react accordingly within a certain timeframe that they are not liable, and that may or may not be true, but it wouldn't change the fact that they may have at least technically, and certainly according to the basics of the alleged agreement, breached the deal.

Hmm, I'm not sure about the specifics of the Hope/Vic 3/Cole entanglement, but I was wondering more about whether PP has the right to address/"fix" what happened at GH without another court battle.
