How did PP get the rights to use old clips from AMC and OLTL from ABC in those recap videos?

When Prospect Park licensed the soaps, it included archival footage. Not sure why people thought it didn't. Would you purchase something in order to move forward with and not make sure you took all of it in the deal?

Sadly, no, it isn't. That baby died last summer. It shouldn't have - I thought it was a shitty, heartless thing to do to Victor and Tea's fans given that RC was already making them wait for Victor, and I had it on good authority that he intended to resurrect both Victor and Victor III down the line on GH - but he waited too long, as he often does with his plotting, and here we are. I unfortunately don't think solo OLTL will resurrect that kid. It's dead, that's the story. I'm sure Tea and Victor will want to flay Todd alive for what he did, and that it will come up, but is it immediately relevant to plot here and now? No.

Yeah but for fans who never watched a lick of GH, Tea is still pregnant in their minds because that was her big cliffhanger at the end of the show. It's a relevant pick up point for sure.

I know the music at the end was supposed to build anticipation for the show, but it sure sounded like a nice theme song smile.png

I thought the same thing

I'm not digging Dorian's wig mellow.png

Does that mean they can distribute DVD's of the show?

Looks like a very high quality production, impressive. I'm really hoping that being online and the shorter format will open up the show to new viewers. A half-hour, four days a week is something more people would be willing to keep up with.

If they wanted to...yes!

But I thought the show's characters/footage were only licensed, meaning they don't own them, ABC still does. No?

I'm really not that crazy about that wig that Dorian is wearing

I said the same thing! Not a fan

Dorian was wearing a wig?

For people concerned that the new OLTL is going to be youth focused, take note that the video was mostly about the vets and tent couples of the show.

From that small segment and other spoiler tidbits

Jack will be a troubled young man

Matthew will be a deadbeat ass

Dani/Destiny may be rebelling

Jeffrey is the typical good guy

David is still trying to make it big (I think a divorce is on the horizon for David/Dorian)

Bo/Nora are happily married

Cutter/Rama may be scheming together
